Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Great location to beach, restaurants and shops.
It was a beautiful home very close to the beach. We had a lovely time! A severe storm took our power for over a day- no fault of the owners- and we made it through no problem! The host was incredibly responsive and we loved the house and location!
Our stay was incredible! So peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. Playa Pelada has won my heart forever. This location is minutes away from multiple gorgeous beaches, restaurants, bars, conscience stores, and shopping. I can’t recommend it more! 5 stars! It felt very safe and it was extremely quiet.
Beautiful home that ticks all the boxes for a large group! We were 5 adults and 1 child + 1 infant. Tons of places to sleep and the pool was a hit! Laundry on site is a bonus. Everything was as described. The only note I have is that the couch in the livingroom is not really a couch but a bed, it seems? It’s very high with no back on it so it wasn’t safe for our son to be on, but we just made a play area on the floor rug for the kids. A small vacuum would be a huge help! Other than that, everything was perfect!!
They are working on the garden specially the grass rocks area. I think it will be stunning. It’s nice now!
The house itself is nice. We felt safe, the outdoor space was lovely and we were close to Playa Pelada. Kattia was easy to reach and helped us to quickly resolve any minor issues.
We had the best stay here with a group of 9. Comfortable for everyone and the outdoor extra bathroom was very useful for privacy amongst the big group. We loved the pool and the 2 min walk to a pretty secluded beach with an amazing sunset view. Would definitely recommend for a big group
Steven and his property management team were very great hosts. They explained everything in detail and also were very responsive when we had small issues come up. The area is beautiful and quite great for families. The short walk down to the beach is also super convenient! Kattia was very helpful and is a great property manager, would definitely come stay here again!
Great house, plenty of room for 7 adults. the pool house with two rooms and a bathroom was great. There is a washer and dryer, the pool is nice and private. There is a little bodega in walking distance with great coffee and groceries. There are a few restaurants in walking distance as well. It is a very quiet area, everything pretty much closes at 9. It's a short walk to the beach and the beach is not crowded, which was great. Beautiful area.
The house for our large family was great, a beautiful well-maintained garden. The house offers everything we needed for our stay.
We were lucky to book Casa Playa last minute, and it proved a very pleasant retreat. Its close proximity to the beach is a major benefit, as are its amenities and quiet privacy. The check in/out were very well handled.
The property was clean, as pictured, and in a great location within walking distance to the beach. However, there were serious safety and habitability issues. During our stay, the property was broken into despite all doors and windows being locked and the alarm being armed. The alarm was triggered, but neither the security company nor the host contacted us. We returned to find forced entry through a bathroom window. Security later confirmed they attended, assumed the alarm was accidental, remotely disarmed it, and left without inspecting the home. We later learned this was not the first break-in involving guests, which was not disclosed at booking. One bedroom smelled strongly of sewage and was unusable.
