My group and I really enjoyed our stay! Claudia did an awesome job being very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. The location is right in the middle of the Tulum beach road making it easy to walk around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were able to walk everywhere over our four day stay, that was very continent! The place also had beautiful views! Would stay again!

I recently stayed at Claudia's AirBnB in Tulum, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villas were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with rustic charm. The bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The highlight was the stunning outdoor area—a private cenote perfect for cooling off, and a lush garden providing a serene environment. The location was ideal, close to Tulum's beaches and excellent restaurants and nightlife, yet peaceful. Claudia (our host) and Dee (our virtual concierge) were welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations. They booked private transportation for our group from Tulum's airport, a private chef, and massages at the AirBnB. They also went on a grocery run and stocked the fridge prior to our arrival. Our stay was perfect, combining a beautiful home, excellent amenities, and a fantastic location. Highly recommend!

This is the PERFECT place to stay while visiting tulum. Great location near many restaurants and bars, and just a few min walk to the beach. Very private and felt very safe staying there. The rooms are so spacious and clean. Amazing views from the balconies and roof. It comes with parking spaces too. Had every amenity that we needed. Claudia was so friendly and helpful in every way. Very responsive to everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. I will stay here again when I come to tulum, thank you so much!!

I had an amazing time celebrating my 30th birthday with my cousins. We were a group of 7 and we had a great experience staying at Crisanto’s. Dee and Claudia did an amazing job with communication and made it such an easy process booking transportation through them (which I would recommend to do...from other peoples reviews, taxis were overpriced). Holy deer is right in the entrance of the airbnb, great place for breakfast or coffee. Claudia met us for check in and gave us a tour of both lofts. Parking is available, but most of the bars/restaurants are walking distance. Each loft has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, kitchen and rooftop space to chill. Definitely take repellent!!! AC in all the rooms were a plus. They were kind enough to provide us with a gallon of water and AC on blast for our arrival. It was extremely hot and humid! Overall, really enjoyed their service and I would book again with them. Thank you so much for making our first time in Tulum a great stay!

We stayed for 4 nights as a group of 7. Essentially, each unit is two identical rooms with rooftop lounging areas, the condos separated by a wooden bridge walkway. The bed is extremely comfortable, dual shower heads in each shower, and located in an extremely convenient location. We flew into the Tulum airport and took an ADO bus into the Tulum Center. Abundant Taxis here, costing about $30-$40 to get to the Airbnb. Total drive took about 20 minutes. The Airbnb is located very close to a small convenience store for drinks/snacks, and is very close to the big restaurants and beach clubs. The furthest we had to walk from the Airbnb was 10 minutes in either direction to get to dinner/clubs. There is a cafe at the entrance to the Airbnb called the Holy Deere, extremely convenient for coffee and breakfast. Of the four rooms, 7A is the loudest, but isn’t that bad. This place for the price is extremely worth it and we would 100% stay again! Claudia was an amazing host, very kind!

Loved the location!!! Right in the heart of Tulum!

This was a stunning property only minutes away from the tulum beach area - loved every moment of staying here. Host was extremely accommodating and provided ample recommendations of the surrounding area. Will stay here again at some point

Location is right off the strip. Easy to grab taxis, walkable to shops nearby. The lofts are very nice and new! It is in the middle of a mangrove/jungle (which means nice views on the roof) but make sure to bring a lot of repellant! also the host is amazing! We had a few issues and she responded or resolved them very quickly. Thank you so much!

Claudia was a wonderful, friendly and responsive host. We actually had the AC fail in the morning (there was a power outage in the area and it threw off the mechanicals). She was responsive and we just went out for the day and when we returned in the evening to get ready for dinner…AC fixed! The area can get loud at night but you’re not staying in this area to sleep at 10pm are you? It wasn’t too bad. It’s very private. You’re staying in the jungle here. I would return to this AirBnB the location, hospitality and uniqueness made it great. Go enjoy the roof top everyone. We would hang up there and watch the sunset and then go out for dinner and partying.

Good place and great location

So nice and helpful. 10/10 Would recommend it again and most likely the only place I would stay in Tulum. Super convenient to walk around right across from bagatelle.

I love this place. The house is surrounded by nature and immersed in beauty. The location is sensational. I was able to walk to the beach in minutes. As well there are so many cute stores and restaurants all within walking distance.

Everything about the villa was perfect for our trip to Tulum! The location was incredible with a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The beauty of the place itself was truly one of a kind as it had a great modern feel while also being nestled into the jungle. The check in process was so smooth and Crisanto was a fantastic host! This stay exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to come back soon!

WOW just WOW I mean who knew such a gem existed in the hidden jungle in Tulum. I’m still in my own vacation dreamland just thinking about The Cristanto. The Crisanto in Tulum was hands down the best vacation spot I’ve stayed at in a long time. The check in was effortless and anything we needed was handled by the managers right down to beach, local shopping and restaurant recommendations. The accommodations were on point with any 5 star hotel around. It was so close to everything and I loved the private cenote…what an experience!!! I will be going back and recommending this place to everyone. Thank you to The Crisanto for making my vacation one I won’t soon forget.

What an amazing place!!! I cannot say enough great things about this place. We loved being immersed in nature but at the same time we were a quick walk into the heart of it all. So many amazing restaurants within a few minutes walk from the place. Best of all was the fact that the beach is right across the street ! We will definitely be coming back to this magical little place.
