Excellent location and service

The house is excellent. Really spacious and comfortable. It has a good location with easy access to the airport, the boardwalk, and shopping centers. Jesús's assistance as a host is prompt and adequate, and he is really accessible. Without a doubt, if we return to this destination, the house will continue to be a great option.

Excellent accommodation, good place and very clean... Note: The bedroom doors need new locks, and the televisions cannot be used. The Wi-Fi network does not reach the second floor, and the remote does not work in the living room.

Our stay was very good. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, very spacious and easily accessible. The pool was very good. The only thing is that it had a little too much chlorine, but other than that, everything was excellent. Jesús was a great host, always very friendly, attentive and available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Without a doubt, if we return to Puerto Vallarta, we would stay here again. Totally recommended!

Excellent stay! Jesús was always attentive to everything that was offered and was very friendly. The house has air conditioning in each room, making the stay pleasant.

Jesus was an awesome host! He was super responsive to anything we needed. His home is beautiful and spacious. My family and I enjoyed our stay and especially the pool. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

"We had an incredible stay at Jesus’s home in Puerto Vallarta! We were a group of 10 people, and the house was incredibly spacious—we never felt crowded and everyone had plenty of room to relax. The absolute highlight was the pool; the kids had so much fun splashing around all day while the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi. It’s the perfect setup for a large family or group looking to enjoy. The house is only a few minutes drive to the beach . Jesus was a fantastic host and made sure our large group was well taken care of. We’d come back in a heartbeat!"

The house is very large, with 3 floors, and very nice. Everything was very comfortable and pleasant, and clean. Communication with the owner was always prompt and effective—if we needed garbage bags or dish soap, they took care of it. When they were doing maintenance on the pool, they let us know that they would be coming in and that it would be quick. Honestly, I highly recommend the place, and I would definitely rent it again for large groups! 🙏🏼♥️♥️🌊

This home has everything you need for a great family stay in Puerto Vallarta. Having 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom was FANTASTIC, especially with 4 adult couples. The living/dining/kitchen area is huge, and the open concept allowed for easy communication while playing games at the table. The private pool and hot tub was enjoyed almost every day. Delicious food options in walking distance, or very short Uber rides. Jesus was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and allowed us in a little early to get groceries and supplies stocked up. We would highly recommend staying here, and would book for a big group again! Thank you Jesus!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel truly welcome and at home. The host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Communication was smooth and quick, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the amenities were exactly as described (if not better!). It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one absolutely did. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Jesus was a excellent host. He was very kind and responded very quickly to our messages. No major issues at all and any minor issue we had was resolved responded to and resolved immediately. He gave us suggestions for a snorkeling place although we didn’t have the time to check it out. Spent time in the amazing pool he had in his backyard and the place was very clean. Looked exactly like the photos he posted. I would definitely recommend this place to family or friends. Jesus was also very nice and flexible about giving us some extra time at checkout when we were still getting ourselves together at check out time. Great host & great house!

Our stay was very pleasant, the place is just as it appears in the photos: clean, comfortable and with a good location. The host was always attentive and responded quickly when some issues arose with the water and air conditioning; although it was uncomfortable at first, it was resolved quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this place.

The house is larger and more spacious than what is shown in the photographs. It has an excellent location, many convenience stores are nearby, it has a washer and dryer, an extra point for me. The only bad thing I can say is that I struggled a little with the lock of a room and the bathroom, but otherwise everything was fine.

He was always attentive to what we needed, very kind and friendly, the house is very nice if you want to relax and have fun with friends and family, perfect for holidays

We booked another place with Jesus but we did not book early enough and were not able to get that place for the days we needed. Jesus went out of his way to ensure we had this place to complete our trip. He even had a driver pick us up and move us to this location. This week we had a larger group and we were all comfortable. The home is exactly as described. The pool was clean and maintained. Jesus is a great host and would definitely recommend him to others.
