Jesus was the PERFECT host and the house was way better than the pictures! Miguel cleaned the pool and outside area daily. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We will most definitely be back the next time we are in Mexico. Loved that it is a secure neighborhood and you can’t beat being right on the beach. It was paradise!

We spent a few quiet days as a family We traveled with teenagers and a child, so the depth of the swimming pool for children was excellent. The place was very quiet, so we really enjoyed the silence and the fact that there were no people on the beach. The house has the necessary dishes to prepare food. Don Miguel always keeps the surroundings and the pool area clean, which is very good. The host, Jesús, answers your questions and recommends places where you can eat in case you don't want to cook. He is also always available to answer your questions. We are very happy to have spent those days there. We will be back soon.

Jesus was an amazing host. Very responsive and showed us around when we arrived. He drove in front of our rental car to show us the way into the Villa. Responded to all our needs and request. Great place to stay for our family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. The kitchen was well stocked and the communication was excellent! Jesus met us when we arrived and showed us around the house and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He recommended a wonderful grocery store that was close by and restaurants. We fell in love with the Villa and with the near by town Puerto Morelos. We felt very safe with the fact that it’s a 24 hour secured gated location. The private beach and pool were amazing! The house keeper Miguel cleaned the pool every morning and was available to help with anything throughout our stay. It was truly a dreamy vacation, we can’t wait to be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our group of 7 had a great stay. Jesus was a great host, very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The house is very private and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing. We rented a car since taxis don’t really service the area, and that worked well for us. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking basics, which made it easy to prepare meals. The pool was great, and the beach nearby is very quiet and relaxing, it truly feels secluded. One thing to be aware of: two of the bedrooms are shared setups. We made it work, but depending on the group dynamic, that could be something to consider when booking. We really enjoyed our time there overall and would definitely rent this house again.

This is the most beautiful beachfront location that was perfect for our family. The villa is spacious and full of light with huge upstairs balconies and wonderful unobstructed ocean views. We appreciated the generous supply of drinking water, a fair amount of basic supplies (coffee, sauces, spices, etc), and the provision of a couple of extra futons to accommodate the 11 of us. Miguel came every day to clean the pool and was able to fix a few little issues. Jesus was very responsive and accommodating. While the villa can sleep 18, the configuration of the 4 bedrooms (6, 6, 4 and 2) means you need to be okay with sharing beds! Plus you have to access the double through another bedroom. It’s an easy drive from Cancun airport and into Puerto Morelos with its wonderful restaurants and good grocery stores. We were there over New Years so it was very expensive. At this rate, we would have expected a higher-end kitchen and furnishings. Would definitely return! Thanks!

Jesus is a great host very helpful & responsive, Miguel the caretaker is also very friendly & helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble. The villa is in a magnificent location and has everything you need for a brilliant holiday. We had the best two weeks ever and will hopefully be back. Thank you Jesus

My wife and I stayed here with our five kids ages 13 to 21. We all had our own beds more than enough room to spread out. There is a few from everywhere. We enjoyed having a pool and Miguel came to tend to it every morning so it was always a top shape. The location is private and convenient because it is between client, Del Carmen and Puerto Morelos. Jesus provided a video of the entry and it is gated with a guard. There are only a few homes on the big beach. The neighboring house is being remodeled, but not a factor or anything at all.

Beach house was great! Kids loved having the pool right out back. The beach was right there but unfortunately the sargassum was no bueno. Easily accessible to Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morales. Jesus, the host was very responsive and Miguel was on point with keeping the pool clean everyday. I would love to come back stay again. The house can be a bit tough to get to off the main road but there is a security check post. Also construction around is a bit of an eye sore but the house itself is amazing.

Staying with Jesus as a family was amazing! We had private access to the beach and had a pool to ourselves too. He was super responsive and kind. Very accommodating and helpful. I’d stay here again. The location is 25 minutes south of Cancun and 25 minutes north of playa del Carmen super central! There was some super yummy restaurant Jesus recommended on the beach 10 minutes away. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Towels, extra sheets and blankets, AC units in every room, fully stocked kitchen, and a super sweet old man that came to clean the pool and outside daily for us. A wonderful experience truly!

Excellent space, just as described

Jesus was an incredible host. The villa was as described and our family had a great time here! We loved the pool and all the beautiful spots to hang out.

The cleanliness is very good, the location is very good, the house is very comfortable….

We had a wonderful time. Amazing staff. Safe location. Jesus was very responsive. We had an ant issue and he came every night to spray nontoxic spray because we have kids. It is very hard to get around and into town so either get a number for a taxi, rent a car (we had a terrible car rental experience in Mexico a couple years ago so won’t do that again), or plan to hire a cook and stay home. That is our preference so Perfrct for our family.

One of the most wonderful houses we've ever been to. Located right on the beach, in a very quiet and peaceful location. You can spend most of the day outside, using the terrace, pool and sea. The house is spacious, close to many attractions (Cirque du Soleil is a 5-minute drive away), the kitchen is wonderfully equipped. Jesus is an extremely kind, open and committed host.

We just spent a week at this beautiful house and not for one minute did we regret it! From arriving and meeting Miguel at the door to saying goodbye, everything was flawless. The house is exactly as described, the beach.. stunning! My boyfriend and I went with our 2 moms and 4 kids. We spent every day at some point on the beach in the ocean, Miguel brought out boogie boards and life jackets for the kiddos and even opened some coconuts for them, it was very special! Jesus was amazing, so quick to respond and help if needed. Really such a great host! I could go on and on about this house and how perfect it was, we wish we were still there! But you’re not going to understand it unless you go and see for yourself!

10/10 stay at Jesus’ beautiful beach house! We loved every minute of it—the views were breathtaking and the mostly private beach was fantastic. Super soft sand and pristine beach that Miguel made sure was always free of seaweed. We will definitely be back!

Nothing could have been better than this house for our family of 10. Location, location, location! It was unbelievably relaxing to walk out to the beach at any time of day. All of the amenities were as listed; Jesus even arranged food and drinks to be there at our arrival. He was very easy to contact and though we were planning to go out and explore a lot more, we ended up spending most of our time at the house, just swimming and cooking and relaxing. Our entire family said it was the best vacation ever!

This place is amazing. I read previous reviews and they were spot on. Our family of 6, including two kids ages 5 & 8 and two grandparents, stayed for a week. The beach is incredible! The ocean is that perfect blue green clear. Swimmable and great for boogie boarding and castle building. Being able to move freely between the beach, pool, and house was so convenient and allowed all of us to do what we wanted. Jesus is as amazing as the reviews said - he let us follow him to the house the first night and had groceries waiting for us (we understandably paid extra for that service). And Miguel is as delightful and helpful as everyone said. We ate breakfast and lunch at the house but went to Puerto Morelos for dinner each night which is a short 15 minute drive and full of great restaurants and shopping.

Just spent a week here (4 adults/2 children). House was clean and comfortable. Jesus was extremely helpful and responsive. Plenty of towels, but also has a washer/dryer that work great. Kitchen is full stocked. Water bottle dispensers are on both levels. Most of the time was spent outside though as the beach is beautiful and literally right in the backyard. Pool was refreshing and clean, thanks to Miguel the caretaker who was there every morning! Place was also great for young children, and Jesus had beach toys available for them! Our group felt very safe. We rented a car using "Easy Way" and they were very easy to deal with (the other couple used a different company and did not have a great experience). There is some construction going on in the attached villa next door, and can be quite noisy, however at the beach you can barely hear it! Was overall a great vacation and we would definitely go back.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this spacious house! The view of the ocean was beautiful and the breeze was perfect to keep the house cool. Walking the beach in the mornings and evenings was our favorite! We also enjoyed the lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Jesus was very responsive and helpful. Miguel was on hand to guide us to the house and keep the pool area clean. A few things to note: - The house is down a long road, which may have a few bumps & puddles after a rain. We arrived in the evening, so Miguel met us at the crossroads to guide us to the house and had no issue on the way there. - Access to one of the bedrooms is through another. As long as your group doesn’t mind sharing that wing together, it works. -The ocean currents right in front of the house can be very strong, but there is a place to swim just to the left that is easier and free from rocks. I look forward to staying here again!

Had an easy check in and out process and Jesus went above and beyond to assist with getting our groceries delivered ahead of time. The house was great and the view was even better, would definitely stay here again!

The place is beautiful and the playa un dream

Jesús is very kind and helpful at all times. The place very clean, very nice, spacious; as shown in the pictures. Without hesitation, we would choose the place to stay again. The pool was cleaned daily, comes with everything you need for personal hygiene. The area is very quiet and safe.

My husband and I spent an incredible week at the villa and enjoyed every minute of it. The location was great for what we needed — we felt off the grid (but with great wifi) and safe at the same time. It was like having a private resort just to ourselves. Jesus made it very easy to check in and we appreciated Miguel who cleaned the pool and set us up at the beach every morning. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking our own meals. Would love to come back with more family and friends. Thanks again for hosting us!

Everything excellent!!! An amazing place, Jesus is always very attentive to help with everything. The house has everything, we were 11 and we had an amazing week.

We recently stayed at this fantastic house in Playa Del Secreto, and I can't say enough good things about both the property and our host, Jesus. We were on the hunt for a large, private place for a family gathering and company meeting, and this spot hit the mark perfectly. First off, the house itself is a gem. There are plenty of living areas where you can kick back and relax. The large dining table was perfect for our group meals, and the overall layout made it easy for everyone to find their own space while still feeling connected. A small detail that meant a lot to us was that we asked for a French press, which Jesus didn't initially have on hand. We brought our own, and he went above and beyond by reimbursing us for it. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. The amenities were spot on. There was an ample supply of water, ice, and charcoal for the BBQ. We even had a boombox for our music needs and plenty of towels to go around. The place was immaculate. Recommended.

A place with all the amenities, amenities to enjoy the sea and privacy ! The view from the sea is breathtaking.

Thank you so much Jesus for sharing your beautiful beachfront home with me and my family for my 60th birthday! The cake was a wonderful surprise and so much appreciated! The home was exactly like it is portrayed in the pictures! It is so peaceful and pristine and private and the beach is stunning! We loved hearing the waves when we had the doors open! Miguel who cleaned the pool daily was an absolute delight! We loved the kitchen and made almost all of our meals there. It was very well stocked. We played games and cards and truly enjoyed the large open spaces inside and outside the home. The weather was perfect and waking up to the sunrise every morning was glorious. Thank you Jesus for an amazing stay. Your wonderful communication was much appreciated! We will be back again soon.

This place was amazing and everything it said it would be. We stayed here with a family of 7 and we had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed being right on the beach that was never crowded at all. Jesus also went above and beyond. We left a bag full of some shoes and toys. And after a miscommunication with the guard at the front he met up with us to return them. Great place!

It was a success!! The villa is as shown in the pictures. Jesus' service was impeccable. Located in a very good area, with direct access to an incredible and quiet beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy a few days with friends or family! We will be back 100%!

This was a hidden piece of Paradise . Stunning home and views . The private beach to the pool was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. Jesus was so accommodating and absolutely helpful in every way from meeting us and taking us to the villa and suggesting a great grocery store . We really enjoyed every minute of our stay . Miguel made sure all our needs were met while there . We will definitely be back again . This is a must for everyone to experience.

This place is gorgeous. The photos are beautiful but not even as close as the actual place is! The beach is right out the backyard, there's a private pool and a covered outdoor area as well. We had a wonderful time making endless margarita refills! Note that the closest store is about 10 minutes away, so prepare well. Jesus was amazing and very helpful. Definitely a place to come back to!!

What a wonderful place! The beach is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I have previously stayed in hotels near the beach elsewhere on the Riviera Maya, and most of the beaches are too busy. The location of this house is unbeatable, we felt very safe since access is controlled from the entrance to the residential. We were just 20 minutes away from Playa del Carmen which is our favorite destination for dinner out. I definitely recommend this stay for couples or families.
