We highly recommend this house; it is very spacious, and the bedrooms are a great size. My family really enjoyed the pool, and Natalia was especially attentive to our needs. The "Ixtapa" sign—great for photos—is very close by, as is the handicraft market if you want to buy souvenirs. While there isn't a food market nearby, there is a small convenience store; everything I’ve mentioned is within walking distance of the house. We visited several beaches—Playa Palmar, Playa Linda, Playa Coral, Playa Cuachalate, and Playa Quieta—with Playa Cuachalate being our favorite. We ran out of time to visit other beaches, but we returned home very satisfied. One recommendation: if you have a large vehicle, ask the driver to find parking away from the house; parking directly in front is not recommended due to new rules being implemented in the area.

I liked it a lot. It's a very nice house and it's close to the beach. Natalia was very friendly and answered any questions in a very short time. I recommend the place.

EXCELLENT VALUE. A very nice house, located at most 5 minutes from the main hotel zone of Ixtapa. In the area, you can find EVERYTHING less than 4 minutes away by car and 10 minutes away on foot. There are people in the area who run errands for you, deliver coconuts and lemonade, and there's even a church, so you won't need anything. My family and I were DELIGHTED. It's one of those places where you don't care if there's a beach or not. You enjoy the place so much that even if you don't go out, it's fine. The staff who come to the house Also, all very polite and hardworking. I never give a review that says more than good, excellent or thank you, but this one was worth it. I will certainly return.

We loved Casa Sirena. We went with a group of friends, and it's an excellent place to spend time together. It has spacious and comfortable common spaces. The pool is the center of the house, and all the spaces around it are very nice: a large outdoor table, lounge chairs, a pergola with lights, etc. The hostess is very kind and always attentive. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay; the photos are a perfect match for the house, and the service is very good, especially since they respond quickly to any issues.

Casa Sirena is as cool as in the photos, rooms, bathrooms, pool and common areas 10/10, clean, tidy and comfortable. We went as a family and everyone from the grandchildren to the grandparents enjoyed it. Nat was always attentive and kind. I would return and highly recommend it 🧜‍♀️

Spacious, beautiful house, excellent decor, has many elements to have a spectacular stay. Perfect to be enjoyed by large families. Walking you reach the beach, you can enjoy the cyclone. I would highly recommend it.

With a large family this is the perfect location for all ages , walking distance to just about everything, we stayed for 5 days and the cleaner came in twice to replace towels and clean. Natalia was great always responsive and making sure we had everything we needed.

Natalia’s place was so amazing! We loved the location. On a cute street and walking distance to Oxxo and restaurants and shops. There are 2 bikes to use which was really fun to explore with. The recommended cab drivers get there really quick and their phone numbers listed on the wall. Pool was nice and beautiful plants all around. Natalia was attentive and quick to respond. She helped us hire a chef to cook breakfast for 16 people every day and a special dinner one evening. It was totally worth it! Natalia even delivered our luggage to the house because it got lost at the airport! The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning kept you cool at night. It is a wonderful place to stay!

If you're in a large group of people, this place is a great option. The host is friendly and attentive and the place corresponds to the listing quite close to reality. I would definitely choose it again, especially for a family trip and several days because unfortunately if you go a few days and visit the tourist places you miss enjoying the accommodation itself.

If we would return...we liked all the facilities of the house and the one with two bicycles was great for going out for a walk in them, it should be noted that the location marks 400 m the beach but unfortunately there is no public access to them, since there are all the hotels Resort and to enter a beach if something is removed the closest. from there in addition, everything is very good with the house and Natalia's kindness makes you feel confident and very comfortable in the house.

The truth is that enjoying every moment while Natalia's house is, as it appears in the photos, I highly recommend it if you want to spend a few days of relaxation

The house is centrally located, 5 minutes from commercial venues, restaurants, nightclubs and Ixtapa beach, it is a very comfortable apartment and where it is located is very quiet, it is like being at home, Natalia's attention and hospitality was exceptional, super host, the pool is great, we enjoyed it a lot in the afternoons, without hesitation if we would return, we occupied 14 people and we loved it.

natalia's house exceeded our expectations, we have been on a family trip for 4 years and we have gone through different houses and it is definitely the best of all, the spaces are excellent for the young and the elderly since the rooms are on the first level, the pool, the grill area and in general everything is super nice, in short we hope to return again

Talk about going above and beyond! not only did she pick us up, she took us for groceries for 3 hours, showed us around and then took us to the airport to a local restuarant on a beach the locals go to, it was spectacular! Couldn't have asked for a better host.
