The exterior is very nice, and the photos perfectly match the listing. When we arrived, we even had the chance to see a raccoon pass by the pool – a great moment 🤩 We recommend this property!

Amazing place, so well equipped!

We had a wonderful 6 days with our grown children! The rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone had their own bathrooms and private spaces for sleeping. Stephanie was a wonderful host-extremely responsive with requests and respectful of our privacy at all times. We had an issue with plumbing once, but David and Stephanie worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the beach but really hot (not complaining) so we chose to drive other times and had no issues with parking. I would totally recommend this villa to friends and family!

Stephanie and David are amazing host. We rarely had an experience like this one! They were always there when we needed them. Super attentive, there were fruits and drinks in the kitchen on our arrival. They got us a high chair and a real bed for our daughter which made our stay super comfortable. The place itself is magical. The interior yard is very private and the neighbourhood very friendly and safe. The pool is clean and the water sooo refreshing after a day out in the sun. They also gave us tons of local recommendations and we were very happy to do them all! We have experienced 5 beautiful beaches, towns and restaurants. We booked the place for our family of 3, but it can comfortably fit a family of 5-6 or even 2 families! We will definitely come back, thank you Stephanie and David!

Stéphanie's place is really home. Everything was well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the fact that the house is divided and that everyone has a private part. We are close to all amenities. Honestly, it's even better than what we saw in the site info. The house is very well equipped and we have plenty of hot water for showers. Everything is clean and functional. Every time we had a question or a need, Stephanie and David were there 5 minutes later. We highly recommend this location. In addition, I would like to add that I fell in love with Stéphanie, who is really adorable. Thanks for everything and especially thanks for making us feel at home. Pura Vida

Stephanie's villa was great! The configuration of the premises allowed everyone to have their own space and private bathroom. The pool and BBQ area were perfect for our evenings. Playa Grande beach is nearby and so much nicer than Tamarindo beach. I would recommend this place without reservation!

I hadn't visited Playa Grande for many years, and I loved this place, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, definitely a place to disconnect and rest.

Stéphanie home was beautiful. Very relaxing area and close to the beach and restaurants. Stephanie was a great host and gave us excellent advice on what to visit. Even a good local restaurant la Forja walking distance from the home. I would definitely recommend.
