The villa is ideally situated 1.5 kilometers from Playa Grande beach, approximately a 20-minute walk. Nearby, you will find restaurants and convenience stores. The property is also close to several other beaches, including Playa Conchal, Minas, Real, and Tamarindo.

It is recommended to rent a vehicle to explore the many nearby beaches. While Playa Grande has two small convenience stores, the nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.

Wildlife such as birds, raccoons, coatis, skunks, and opossums may occasionally visit the pool area to drink. These animals are harmless and simply passing through, offering a unique opportunity for great wildlife photography.
