Nothing disappointed, exactly everything as described and so much more. Denise (cook/cleaner) and Mariana (drink maker and house cleaner) are true gems and was always 1 step ahead of what we needed. The few meals/snacks we did have prepared were a treat. Once you entered the kitchen and could smell all the aromas and see Denise rolling out and hand making the tortillas you knew everything was going to be authentic. Finally the host Monica is everything you would expect a host would be and more. Mucho Gracias

What a wonderful and relaxing stay we had at this place!!! Everything was perfection from the clean, HUGE home to the pool and the rooftop deck! We had plenty of room to spread out. The home was wonderful, but Denise and the girls really made our stay amazing! We ate most of our meals at the home because Denise’s cooking is excellent! She and the girls were so kind and gracious to all of us- they are rare jewels! If you were on the fence about booking this home, do it! I promise you won’t regret it! We had never stayed in a home that came with a chef and now we don’t want to stay anywhere else :) Monica was also extremely helpful! She gave us lots of places to try for restaurants and a lot of other helpful tips along the way. It truly was the best time! We cannot wait to come back.

Wonderful spot to explore Bucerias and the surrounding towns. The house is located right near the action, but behind the door is a serene oasis with a private pool and great rooftop views. The beach is less than 5 minutes away and the central plaza is easily walkable. The on-site cook (Denise) is amazing and the friendly service is top notch. Monica and her local staff were responsive, proactive, and made us feel right at home. If you are considering this place, Book It!

We’re a group of 7 adults who had a wonderful 2-week stay in this beautiful modern house. Location is perfect - a couple short blocks from the beach, with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Denise and Guille are gems. Responsive to our needs, including vegetarian food and special requests, and encouraging of our rudimentary Spanish. We ate in for breakfast daily and dinner 10 nights. The food was delicious and grocery costs were reasonable. The compound is private and we rarely heard or saw neighbours. There is building construction in the area — as is the case everywhere in Bucerias right now! — so expect some construction noise during the day. It is quiet evenings/overnights and Sundays. Patios and pool are lovely. We happily spent whole days relaxing on the property. A logistics note: Every bedroom has an attached bathroom except 1; it’s down the hall from the room. Rooms are all very private from each other and quiet. Our group would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of ten people staying at Monica’s place. It is very well laid out with many spaces to hang out. The location is great, only 2 1/2 blocks to a beautiful beach. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. When we weren’t at the beach, we were hanging around the beautiful pool area. The highlight of our stay though was the amazing staff. Denise cooked for us incredible authentic Mexican dishes. After a few days she got a sense of what we liked and offered suggestions of items we would likely enjoy. The place was cleaned daily and we always had a supply of freshly laundered beach towels. We had such a great time, that we’re going to return next year.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house is beautiful and actually even larger and grander than the listing can display. Monica was responsive and made both great recommendations for things to do, but also recommendations on things they could have available for us. Denise and Guille kept the house pristine and took care of everything we asked for. They by far made our stay 100 stars!!! We took advantage of the chef service nightly and for many of the breakfasts. I would highly recommend. The beach is within two blocks of the house and the water is so clear, warm and perfect compared to the seaweed filled beaches near Cancun. We found an amazing art walk nearby and so many other awesome finds. I would highly recommend staying here to everyone and our friends and family loved every second. It was definitely hard to leave and we will be back!

The house is well equipped and maintained. The food service from Denisse was beautiful, she did everything we asked for and all you need to do is to ask her, she will do EVERYTHING for you. The spaces are really comfortable, the pool amazing, A/C in all spaces, good internet service. They also have a useful cart to carry chairs and umbrella to the beach.

This house was amazing !!! There were 8 people during our 7 day stay and everyone loved their living space. The outdoor area had a tropical feel with all the beautiful plants , the meals around the pool were the best. The chef and the housekeeper was so attentive to our needs . Every meal was on time and very delicious. I felt very safe in the area , there was a short walk for shopping ,dining out if you chose. But I recommend taking advantage of the Chef services you will not regret it . Big Thanks to Monica and Nicole they were awesome.

It's a beautiful house, super clean and two blocks from the beach. The food was very tasty, Monica and her team were available at all times for any questions and attentive to anything we needed. 100% recommended!

Beautiful house in Bucerias. We had a lovely stay away from the madness of Puerto Vallarta. Arrival at the airport can be intense, so walk along the airport on the left, take the small bridge and you will find local taxis 3 times cheaper than in front of the airport….. get through this difficult little moment, find yourself in paradise in Bucerias. The beach is 5mn walking. Small shops and restaurants near the house. Denise and Guille are lovely and attentive. Monica is very nice and the communication was great! Thanks

Monica’s home in Bucerias is nothing short of spectacular. We traveled with 3 different families, 9 people total, and stayed for 10 days over the Christmas holiday. The home is truly a welcoming oasis. We spent much of our time outside in the stunning courtyard and pool area which has ample areas for seating and a very large table for eating. The palm trees, blooming plants, and tasteful decor were incredible! The home itself is quite large with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms that easily accommodated our party of 9. One of the absolute highlights of the home is it’s proximity to the beach, only 2 blocks, and it’s proximity to the Bucerias shopping district. We didn’t once miss not having a car as everything that we needed or wanted was within walking distance. Finally, the staff, Denise and Guille, are incredible! They worked hard to make our stay amazing! We had fantastic meals every day with fresh ingredients and the home was kept spotless. I highly recommend that anyone traveling as a family stay here, you will have the vacation of a lifetime!

Great location. Close to the beach and town, but far enough away to not hear noise. The girls cooking and cleaning are great and very kind. House has a tonne of space. Perfect for big groups. TV’s everywhere for the kids. Check-in was a breeze. Monica is super responsive as well.

Amazing house, excellent service all the time from Monica. Denisse and Guille are very helpful and cook delicious food. We were looking for a private option but with service included and it really is a great option! 2 blocks from the beach, it is very well located to have a private accommodation, but super well attended! We loved it!

Best Airbnb ever! I give Monica 10 out of 10! The house and courtyard were super clean and it felt like home! Having Denise and Guille to prepare meals and help keep the house clean we’re a game changer for my family’s vacation. All of our needs were met and any issues were handled and resolved promptly! We have no complaints and would definitely recommend this beautiful house to anyone staying in puerto Vallarta or near by!

Although the house is not exactly in a private area, the house is amazing and everyone does their best to make you feel at home; Denise and Guille are excellent people and always very helpful. The house is beautiful. Thank you for staying 😁

Beautiful home and amenities. my family enjoyed it very much. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with beach right next door. What a bonus having lovely and kind chef and house helper. We hope to return back!

Wonderful! Monica’s home is a beautiful, stylish and authentic Mexican casa. The home is very large, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The outdoor area with pool and lots of seating was perfect for relaxing any time of day. The first floor has a full kitchen, sitting area and dining room with a king room beyond the kitchen. There is a wonderful sitting area connected, also with a full kitchen. Upstairs has a large living room. area with 3 couches, including a pullout sofa and a charming queen bedroom with palapa to one side. The primary suite is large with an oversized en-suite bathroom. The highlight is the 2 story standup rain shower and jetted tub- all surrounded by stylish teak. There is another king suite attached to the home, above the garage. We had plenty of room for our family! What makes the experience exceptional is the cook and cleaner, who quickly became like family. They go above and beyond to make the stay outstanding! You will not need a thing! We are planning our return to the lovely town of Bucerias. Monica’s home is also in a quiet and safe neighborhood, very close to the beach and other walkable restaurants, bank, etc. We had a wonderful time!

To all review readers, This house is in a safe neighborhood with all the amenities you need to feel home, beautiful spacious rooms and bathrooms, a pool, laundry room and two wonderful ladies that cook and clean with a wonderful personality and so welcoming. The property is just blocks away from the beach and close to coffee shops, gym and supermarket. If you have any doubts… don’t, trust me you will not be disappointed. We were a group of 10 and we all enjoyed our time that we are missing being there already, spent 8 days and it was not enough… the cook Denis is the best of the best, Guille a great maid and Monica the owner is very pleasant and responsive!
