The beachfront location of this home in Costa del Mar was great, and the layout provided plenty of space for our large group to gather for meals. ​However, we ran into several significant maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. The power went on and off repeatedly, and the water completely shut off at one point. Most concerning was a severe cockroach infestation throughout the home. It was bad enough that bugs crawled on some of the kids at night, forcing them to sleep on the living room couch instead of their beds. ​The house has potential given its size and location, but it urgently requires proper pest control and utility maintenance to provide a safe and comfortable stay for guests.

Really enjoyed the stay and loved the views in the morning with the beach being right in front of my stay
