This house really is incredible! The reviews are right: this house is beautiful, the pool is fantastic, the beach is stunning (but rough), etc. We were four adults and four kids, and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Plenty of space to do your thing, and lots of common area to be together. This house is far-ish from Huatulco, closer to Puerto Escondido. It is isolated in terms of being able to walk anywhere, or even getting a taxi to go into town. Taxis can be pre-arranged into Puerto Escondido so no worries if you want to spend a morning at the markets in town, or go for dinner. Also, there is no problem arranging transport for day tours from the house. The staff is fantastic. Marisol and Pablo, and their crew keep the house pristine. Each day, Marisol makes a delicious and huge breakfast, lunch and supper, that you choose from their menu. Pablo goes daily to buy the groceries and whatever you need, which you pay. The best food of the trip was Marisol's! PERFECT!

Excellent house, great service and attention

We were very difficult guests, given the group we were (parents, god parents, and friends of all ages and backgrounds . We asked for so many accommodations and needed so much help above and beyond what was normal ir even reasonable in some cases. Felix and the team remained cool, calm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and like we were normal. Their team were exceptional cooks and warm hosts. I can highly recommend this location and their team. They’re hard to beat, even when we’re hard to deal with. They were the best :) But Felix and his staff made us feel like we were not. They bent over backwards for us We were celebrating a wedding and had numerous people staying close by and we made it hard on Felix with our numerous requests and exceptions to what was normal.

We are very happy to spend a few days at Casa Sunshine. Since I booked, Felix was always aware of any questions we had. When we arrived, Pablo and Marisol and the other people who work in the house treated us very well. The food they cooked for us was very tasty. And the house is very clean. We have no complaints. Everything was great from the time we got there until we left. We will be coming back to you in the new year.

Marisols food alone was worth the fee. Her cooking was incredible. Best part of the trip, and that’s saying something because the property is beautiful.

This place was fantastic! There were 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 teens - it was perfect for us. The pickle ball / basketball court was amazing - it had lights so we played well after dark. The house itself was exactly as described. Perfect layout, nicely furnished. The pool was amazing and we also loved the ping pong table. You can't swim in the ocean here, but the beach was STUNNING and went on forever in both directions. You can walk/play on the beach and we went into town for swimming/surfing etc. The staff was super friendly, Felix was ultra responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Marisol was a wonderful cook, we ended up not going out for dinner at all because her food was so good! House was clean and well stocked. Honestly we don't have one negative thing to say and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful house on a gorgeous beach! Would definitely return.

It exceeded expectations! The house is amazing, the service impeccable, the food they prepared for us DELICIOUS, the staff extremely attentive and kind, they helped us solve everything to be comfortable. Totally and completely recommended.

We had an incredible experience at Casa Sunshine. I cannot rave enough about the food, the staff, and the hospitality. The house was spectacular, the views were stunning, and the property was so tranquil. One tip: bring pesos for groceries! They do all the shopping for you but the easiest way to pay for it would be pesos. Thank you Casa Sunshine! We will definitely be back!

The house is incredibly beautiful, exactly as described in the listing. The best part about our stay, however, was the service. The food prepared by Marisol is spectacular, and Alex's drinks are excellent. You don't feel like leaving the house at all. In fact, we only went out one night for dinner and regret that we would have preferred to continue enjoying Marisol's food. The only downside is that we did not know that the sea in that area is not suitable for swimming because it is dangerous. However, this did not affect our experience much, as we spent most of our time enjoying the house and the excellent service.

The best experience that you can get. Sunset and sunrise are awesome. Felix and his team are always attentive and friendly.

The house and the team are a dream. We got married in this beautiful place. The pictures and description match reality 100%. The team, including the cook, gardeners, and housekeeping, are super nice and helpful. They fulfilled all our wishes and made the day something special. I can recommend the house to anyone, whether it's for a relaxing vacation, a special occasion, or to feel a bit like royalty for a few days :) Thanks!

Excellent accommodation option for groups, we had a great time and the service from everyone was amazing.

We had an amazing vacation, the house is better than what you can see in the listing photos. The attention they gave us was exceptional, we were able to enjoy the delicious dishes of Marisol, Alex's rich drinks, the place remained clean all the time thanks to Marisa and Pablo was always on the lookout for anything we needed. We hope to return soon and recommend it for group of friends or family.

Casa sunshine is ideal if you are looking to accommodate many people, the house is very nice and spacious. Felix's service and his people were exceptional, they prepared delicious food and drinks for us. We have a perfect weekend
