The place was great. Smaller than what it appears in the pictures but still comfortable. The foosball table and cornhole shown in pictures are not there. Basketball hoop but no ball. The heat was extreme when we walked in. They should really turn on the air prior to guests arrival. It was horribly hot and took quite a while to cool down. They were fast and attentive when we had issues with some fans and mini splits. They sent a repair man right away. I truly appreciate this. They answer their messages quickly and professionally.

Everything was excellent. The TV in the master bedroom and one of the washing machines need maintenance. The facilities really look new and clean, and the pool is clean. I really slept like at home. Plus, parking in front of the private area with cameras gives us peace of mind. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

The house is well equipped and is ideal for large groups. There were 9 adults and 3 minors and there were still beds left over. The rooms were spacious and clean. The house is located very close to restaurants and shops in San Carlos and in a very quiet area. The pool was clean. The only thing was that the grill didn't have any gas, so we had to go fill the tank.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place! The house had plenty of space for us all. The “everyone room” as we called it, with all the bunk beds, had plenty space for all the kids. Definitely fit for large families. Would stay here again.

Amazing place!!! Family enjoyed every single part of it !! Very spacious, rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, very cozy. The backyard is so beautiful, pool was clean. Definitely recommended and planning to come back soon !!

Great for families! We traveled 10 adults with 6 children, we settled in very well in the rooms, it is in a private and protected subdivision, pool and other facilities in good condition, it has a lot of variety of restaurants around and an Oxxo two minutes walk. Highly recommended overall

Excellent host, always attentive to our trip. The house is beautiful and very cozy, it has everything you could possibly need. It has plenty of room for the whole family to live together and sleep. My family and I had a great time, we will definitely be back soon!

Everything was super comfortable. A fairly spacious house where the 15 of us who went were perfectly accommodated. They have extra mattresses. Always attentive and ready to answer any questions or concerns that arose Thank you for your attention
We had a good stay. The home is very spacious and was able to accommodate all of our guests. The home was a little hard to find but our host Ana Lucia was very responsive and helped guide us. The home is located just off of the main road near restaurants, shopping and night life (it was a bit noisy during the evening but once all doors and windows are shut the noise is minimal. We did lose water and water pressure upstairs on 3 separate occasions but our host as very responsive and we were able to get the issue fixed.
Excellent house to spend a pleasant end in San Carlos. I loved the layout of the spaces and the order and cleanliness. I would definitely rent again.
