Very pleasant place to stay, well-maintained facilities, and the location was excellent for our needs.

Gracious host. Booked last minute and they were responsive and welcoming. I appreciate their hospitality! The place is pretty chill. Close Uber ride to town. Easy walk to the beach. Great place.

Absolutely perfect beachfront condo; bright, airy rooms with tall ceilings, large bathrooms, and a sunset patio we lived on when not at the beach. The semi‑private, swimmable beach was peaceful with no vendors; we snorkeled right off the shore. Hosts supplied everything for beach days: umbrella, chairs, multiple coolers, plus thoughtful extras like a bag of purified ice, laundry pods, and everyday spices (salt, pepper, olive oil). Two comfortable king size beds and a queen sofa bed, plus high‑speed internet made the stay easy for everyone. Arriving after a long travel day we loved the ability to grab a late lunch at the on‑property restaurant. Impeccably maintained, beautifully appointed, and stocked with conveniences that let you relax. Highly recommend!

This place worked great for our trip to Cabo.

Super nice condo and super accommodating hosts!

The condo was beautiful and they were very accommodating of our need for the pack and play. The property manager was also amazing at arranging activities for our family.

We came after Hurricane Priscilla had just passed and were there for tropical storm Randy. During this time they were very responsive and helpful with information on safety and how to navigate roads, and when to stock up and stay off roads. Due to the Hurricane, the maids were not able to stop by before hand, but property managers were responsive to help us find what we needed to clean up quickly. We also had an air conditioner not work on arrival, but due to the hurricane, it was hard to get someone out, yet they got someone there that night and resolved the problem by the next morning. I think they did a great job handling all the unexpected issues quickly and communicated very well during the process. They are very responsive and helpful about everything. I would definitely stay again, even though we had bad weather that caused trouble, they went out of their way to try and fix everything quickly. Thank you for having us, we hope to see you again in the not to distant future.

Amazing stay!! We loved it so much, everything was wonderful and better than expected!

I’m trying not to be one of those “Rosy Reviews” where everything is perfect and nothing went wrong. But, this was everything I could reasonably expect from a private party rental. The hosts were responsive. I say hosts, because they work as a team to ensure that our stay was a good one. They helped us arrange a ride from the airport, gave us local recommendations for food and fun, they made sure we had some basic gear to walk to the beach with (that’s right, we didn’t need a ride share to get to the beach, just a short walk around the corner). There is some significant construction adjacent to the condo, but we were made aware of that well in advance, and the hosts were gracious enough to give us a discount for it, which was also published when we were looking for a place to stay. In short: hosts were awesome and honest, cannot recommend them enough. The condo: clean, beautiful view of the ocean and adjacent beach. Had what we needed to be comfortable.

The overall experience was great. The place was easy to find and check in. The only downside is there is an ongoing construction for a building next door. But I am sure once the construction is completed, it will be awesome.

If it could be evaluated with 10 stars I would give them, a very clean place with furniture according to each space.. The terrace area is the best since it overlooks the beach and the pool if they take children, the accesses to the beach an additional that little places have them and I can assure them since I live in Cabo San Lucas. Thank you Garth and Kanoelani for letting me visit and get to know the place taking advantage of my locality, definitely a place I plan to return to.
