Nice garden with lots of space, several facilities, and a very comfortable pool. Clean house with enough bathrooms and bedrooms for a large group. The house is located very close to the main street of Avandaro, and you can walk to restaurants and shops. The service from Briseida and Federico, who maintain the house, was excellent!

We spent the May 1st holiday at Paola’s house, a very large property that comfortably accommodated three families. The house support team—Federico, Paul, and Brisis—were excellent and helped us with everything throughout our stay. For a relaxing trip with children, the house is wonderful. It was quite warm, so perhaps having fans available during this time of year could make the experience even better. Overall, we were very happy—the house is also conveniently located right next to the center of Avándaro.

We had stayed at this house in 2023, but only for a very short time. We stayed here again, and it was a great choice. The house is comfortable, spacious, and has many amenities; it is ideal for families and groups, especially those with children. Briseida, Federico, Paul, and Iris provided truly wonderful service. We will be back!!

Everything was fine with the service; I would just recommend doing some maintenance on the property because some of the furniture is already looking old.

The place is great for large groups or families Federico, Brisi, Paul, and all the staff are super friendly and make their best for everyone to have a good time. The pool is warm and fun. Plenty to do in the spacious garden. Avándaro main street with all its restaurants and shops is just around the corner.

It's a very large house with space to play soccer, basketball, soccer, etc. the garden is very spacious. Comfortable rooms and mattresses. It is a house that is not new, but with excellent maintenance. There are staff who assist the house and they are very friendly. Mrs. Bri, for a more than affordable fee, makes delicious food and is very attentive. Mr. Fede is also helpful and very helpful

The stay at Paola’s place was amazing. We booked the house for a birthday weekend with 9 adults and 4 children, and it was literally perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and thinking along in everything. The house is super comfortable, we enjoyed the pool, the outdoor grill and the children had so much fun with the playgrounds. A great place for playing games, having fun and good dinner! The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and we could not have asked for anything else. The communication with Paola could have been a bit better up front, but I fully understand that she trusts her staff and the place to be exactly how her guests would like to see it.

The house is huge, we had a great time. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back, it's bigger than what you see in the photos! Fede's service was 5 stars! Bri is always very helpful.

The place is very nice and above all spacious. Rustic decoration but cozy and comfortable at the same time. Great for large groups looking for individuality as couples. The service from the people at the place is unbeatable and very good. The location is quite good as it is a 5-minute walk from the commercial avenue, where you can find shops and restaurants. Likewise, the area is very quiet, so it allows you to isolate yourself from external noises.

Paola’s place is wonderful for a large group. The pictures don’t do it justice - the property is huge with ample bedrooms, bathrooms and plenty of outdoor space. Very well located and easy to get into town walking. The staff was super attentive and helped us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend for groups and families.

There were some problems with the power. However, Bris, Fede and Paul make the stay very pleasant. They are always available and help you with whatever you need.

Excellent place. Fede, the person in charge, is always available to resolve any issues, such as one day when we ran out of water for a few hours. The house is much larger than what you see in the photos, and very nice for large families.

The place is perfect. It has many areas to enjoy, all of which are comfortable. My teenagers enjoyed the facilities. The beds are super comfortable, and it's worth mentioning that the blankets are lovely!!! The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, there are staff who are available for whatever you need, it's very central, the pool is warm and the water is very clean.

The house is very large. The outdoor spaces are very beautiful and all the spaces work perfectly. The pool temperature is wonderful, there are balls for the courts, the bikes, everything's great. Fede and Bris are wonderful. They took care of all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was amazing. It had all the necessary amenities, Briseida and Federico were always attentive to us, the barbecue is quite large for the large group we were. The beds were very comfortable and everything was always clean. It had plenty of cookware and the rest areas were great. An excellent place to spend a family weekend. The spaces and activities available are great. The attention of the kitchen and cleaning staff was great. We didn't have to worry about anything other than having a good time thanks to Briseida (the cook) and Federico.

Paola's house is amazing!!! Lots of spaces to spend time with family or a group! Fede was super attentive along with his son Pol... and Bri, the lady who cooks and cleans, was super nice and cooked delicious food!! We would definitely stay there again!

The house is very comfortable and super equipped, with lots of decoration and super comfortable tables and garden rooms. Highly recommended for children, a huge garden where children can play. It has a boley net, basketball, children's games, soccer, ping pong, bikes and a hot pool. The complex has 4 important modules. (HOUSE with 1 master bedroom with king size bed and incredible bathroom with steam, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 shared bathroom and 1 bathroom for one bedroom, huge TV room, dining room for 12 people and super equipped kitchen) (APT next to the main one with king size bed and a single bed with a shared bathroom that gives independence to both rooms. They can be inhabited not necessarily by a family, living room and kitchenette) (Bungalow for 1 family with king size bed and double bed and shared bathroom) (separate room with double bed and bathroom) an incredible terrace to have a fabulous time! And Briseida and wonderful team! Pao is attentive to everything. Perfect location and we will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, they pay great attention to detail, it has everything you need, and the best part of all, the real highlight, is Bris and Fede's service. They make the stay 5 stars; they helped us and supported us with everything, we were very well taken care of. Plenty of spaces for adults and children; the pool is ideal for young children and is heated. The location is wonderful, just around the corner from all kinds of shops and restaurants in Avandaro. We will definitely be back.

The house is very comfortable and super well equipped. The pool is at the perfect temperature, there's a lot of garden and space to be comfortable, and enough wood for the fireplace. Briseida cooked delicious food for us and was super attentive. Maybe more information is missing in the ad to know how the beds are distributed, but we fit the 14 perfectly well

Excellent weekend experience at the house. Ideal to rest and disconnect. The garden and all the children's games make this house an ideal destination for a large family. The house staff were very friendly and very attentive to our needs.

The house is very large and everything is very clean. Several cars fit and there are many spaces for both children and adults to play. It's a walk from Avandaro's main street. It has a barbecue and several outdoor spaces. Brie and Pol's service was the best. Highly recommended. The bedroom with a bunk bed is actually a loft for children. Very comfortable beds.
