Previous reviewers have covered it well - this place is incredible, in the literal best Amsterdam location in Condesa - we absolutely loved staying here and hope to return soon.

Amazing three bedroom apartment in a centralized area close to many activities

Francisco’s apartment is in a great location for exploring the city. He was very responsive, gave us great recommendations and was incredibly helpful and kind. We had everything we needed for our week in Mexico City.

Francisco was a great host! He was willing to drive an hour to help us get in when we thought we would be late (luckily, he didn't have to!). Everything in his apartment was clean, attractive, and easy to use. The house manual was thorough and helpful. The neighborhood truly can't be beat! Highly walkable to many great restaurants and cafes, with a huge beautiful park a couple of blocks away. We want to return to CDMX and would definitely stay with Francisco again!

This apartment couldn’t have been a better location, with such a beautiful walkable neighborhood surrounded by great food and drink options. It was perfect for a friend group with multiple nice bedrooms and has amazing floor-to-ceiling windows that open in the living room for a peaceful hang out space. Francisco gives a great description of his space and easy to follow instructions and provided everything we needed. An incredible value for a great option!

I stayed at Francisco’s place with my family including 2 teens. We are so glad we stayed in this neighborhood instead of a hotel. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful and we loved being near 2 parks especially Parc Mexico. It is easy to get any where. Francisco’s place was beautiful, super clean, had comfortable beds and everything that we needed. He is extremely responsive and gave us great recommendations. If we are able to come back to CDMX, I would stay here again.

Francisco’s apartment is the perfect place to stay in Mexico City. It’s in a beautiful walkable location right on the Hippodrome in La Condesa with treetop views. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated and well appointed. We will definitely be back. A great perk was that loading our luggage in was super easy. No stairs.!

This was our third visit to Mexico City and we were very happy we stayed with Francisco. It was the perfect location, situated <5m walk between two parks, both with playgrounds (perfect for our toddler) and surrounded by world-class restaurants, cafes and bakeries (perfect for us). It's also a short walk (10-20m) from almost anything else in Condesa or Roma. The apartment was nicely decorated with a beautiful green view, with a well-stocked kitchen and well set up for a week of remote work (3 desks, one with a monitor). It's on a small, tree-lined road so noise levels are relatively quiet for being in the city - no issues sleeping at night. Francisco was extremely responsive and flexible. Thank you!

We took a friends' trip and stayed at Francisco's and absolutely loved his place. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location with easy access to cafes, shops, and wonderful restaurants. One of my favorite apartments I have stayed at in CDMX. Francisco was amazing and super responsive. We had a seriously disastrous flight getting to CDMX and were extremely delayed. Francisco responded quickly and was flexible with our arrival time. The place was amazing and the beds were very comfortable, not an easy find in Mexico. We had everything we needed and were in walking distance of a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and parks.

Francisco was the best host, he was super attentive, always flexible and has the best vibe, the apartment is amazing, it feels like home. We were very happy during our stay.

We felt at home immediately in Francisco's apartment. He met us when we arrived to show us the exterior entry and elevator. He is lovely, fluent in a few languages! and was very cordial and gracious. The apartment is as peaceful and serene as it looks, it really does look out on a beautiful leafy tree canopy, and the Condessa neighborhood is extraordinary. All things are exactly as described and the beds are VERY comfortable (I have herniated discs so am sensitive to beds). We were here for my daughter's wedding and had lots of coming and going - there were three keys available for us, the place is easy to find ... Would absolutely stay here again. Top notch.

We had a fantastic stay here for more than a week. The location is incredible, in La Condesa – quiet, beautiful, and walkable, with restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and shops to experience. The metro is accessible. It is a great base location to explore Mexico City. The apartment itself is well laid out and spacious, quiet, bright, well-equipped, and very comfortable to spend time in when not out and about. Francisco communicated well and in a timely fashion. Check-in was seamless. This is a gem in Mexico City!

Major pros when traveling to CDMX: fans available for airflow, a working elevator, and reliable hot water; all of which hit the mark in this apartment. This AirBnB truly felt like home away from home. I highly recommend staying here; it is now at the top of my list of accommodations to choose from when I come back to CDMX.

We loved staying at Francisco’s place for our sister trip to Mexico City! The elevator was out of service when we went and Francisco offered to take our bags up to his place when we arrived. The location was perfect as well!

I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs in CDMX and this one is my favorite. It’s really well located, with a small convenience store and larger grocery store nearby. And, of course, your in the heart of Condesa and a short walk from Roma, so there loads of great restaurants, shops, galleries and parks nearby. The apartment itself is fantastic. Huge floor to ceiling windows in the living room at the look out at the tree canopy on Ámsterdam, which also open and make a great spot to relax. It has a great kitchen, spacious bedrooms and it was *spotless*. Francisco is a great host. Super communicative and very friendly. We would definitely (and hope to!) stay here again!

Our family of five spent a week exploring Mexico City with Francisco's place as our home base. Our kids are younger and we needed a place cool their heels and relax as well as sleep, and this was great for that. We played many games at the dining room table, cooked many meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed relaxing and watching TV in the bedrooms. If you have never been to Mexico City, this location is about as good as it gets for a tourist to fall in love with the city, is walkable to endless things to see, eat and drink, and on a particularly beautiful street. Being one block in either direction from two large parks was wonderful, and we were always able to hail a car within minutes given the density of demand in this area. The Metro is about a 12-15 minute walk (in either direction, depending on what line makes sense).

We three women loved Francisco’s bnb. The location could not have been better- we walked everywhere- to wonderful restaurants, cafes, through the beautiful parks and tree lined boulevards. We felt very safe day or night. The condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We each had our own very comfortable beds. WiFi is strong, each room has tv- but we never used . Many amenities- he thought of everything. We agreed we would book again if/when we return to Mexico City. Thank you Francisco.

I cant say enough good things about Francisco's place. Very well appointed and comfortable. Great location in Condesa- very walkable. Francisco went out if his way to ensure we were comfortable even providing accommodations for the 8 month old infant traveling with us. He met us at the apartment to give us a key at 9:30 at night. I usually stay at upscale airbnbs, and this is at the top of my list.

Francisco was such a delightful host! He met us upon arrival (with an umbrella!) and helped us get acclimated with the apartment. Our stay was super comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. The rooms were well equipped with fans, clean linens, and laundry baskets and we loved the cool lighting options throughout the home! Big bonus: access to weights and a yoga mat so we could get a quick workout in. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness Francisco!

Francisco was such a great host. Our flight was delayed coming to Mexico City and my cellular connection was not working very well the first day. However he waited till we arrived at the Airbnb to greet and ensure we landed safely. Our flight out of Mexico City was at 3pm and he also let us have a late checkout. Overall great experience with him and the apartment was beautiful!

Francisco is an excellent host. He was always available to answer questions I had and his instructions were super clear. The location of his apartment is perfect,especially if you have small children. Parque Mexíco is 1 block away and we made sure to pop in there to run our kid after dragging him around the city. Love Amsterdam and Condesa. Great home base for foreigners, just make sure you branch out! The city is beautiful and more than just the immediate area.

Loved the location in the quiet and beautiful Contessa neighborhood. Just out the front door are great restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's an awesome neighborhood to walk around and explore and feels very safe at night. The apartment has a living room with a wall of glass that opens onto the trees (it's beautiful). All the beds are very comfortable. And it was great to have a washer/dryer and fancy coffee machine!

One of the best Airbnb experiences anyone could have! Lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment with a chic and expansive living/dining room looking out over the tree-lined oval of Ave. Amsterdam. A stone’s throw to the night life of Roma, but such a delight to c stay in the elegant peacefulness at the heart of Condesa. Good grocery two blocks away, and several great restaurants if you c prefer to stay close to home. Wonderful assistance and prompt responses from our host Francisco. Top marks across the board!

If you want to be in the middle of the best part of Mexico City, this is the spot for you! The host is extremely responsive and helpful and the building is really great. The elevator works really well and as soon as you walk into the apartment you’ll love it! There is a lot of natural light And plenty of room for you and other guests. The kitchen is set up nicely so you can cook if you would like, but you are in such a great area that you might just go out for every meal! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and clean, I would definitely recommend staying here with a group!

We had an amazing time at Francisco's Airbnb. There were 3 of us celebrating a 40th birthday. We each had a comfortable room and the apartment had all the amenities one could want. The location is second to none - walkable and close to many shopping and eating options. The host was communicative with easy instructions. Definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

We couldn't think of a more perfect apartment and neighborhood for a week long stay in CDMX. We were two couples that found the apartment spacious and fully equipped for all of our needs. When we contacted Francisco he responded graciously and immediately. The neighborhood is safe and wonderful; quiet with beautiful parks and lovely cafes nearby -- a real oasis in the midst of the traffic and pace of this fascinating and busy city.

This was a great place - wonderful location in a safe, walkable neighborhood that is close to cute restaurants and two great parks. Easy to get to all that Condesa and Roma Norte have to offer. Francisco was a responsive host and the place was well appointed and comfortable for our family of five. We especially loved the yoga mats, coffee set up and board games.

Francisco’s place was amazing. We loved the space, very comfortable, solid wifi, great kitchen. The neighborhood was fantastic, we loved walking around Amsterdam Ave, so many amazing restaurants, bars and shops. It was also great returning from the greater Mexico City to such a tranquil relatively traffic free neighborhood with so many trees. We also enjoyed the proximity to two great municipal parks.

Francisco was super communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed to get in and check out the apartment. It’s a great place in a super cute neighborhood that’s so walkable. Highly recommend this place! The only flag is you can hear the street noise/neighbors inside the apartment so if you’re a sensitive sleeper would recommend bringing earplugs.

Francisco created a beautiful sanctuary! Comfortable beds, incredible details of aesthetic beauty, everything you could possibly imagine needing is In the kitchen. And the location is absolutely beautiful one block from a park that has everything you could want and great restaurants and fabulous croissants Half block away!!! A beautiful tree lined walkway to go to the restaurants.. There are not enough words to say how happy we were to stay here!!

This house is gorgeous and about a 15-20 min walk from everything we wanted to visit. Very clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Many thoughtful touches like phone chargers all over the house, a very nice coffee machine, and even some fitness equipment. Francisco was very communicative and easy to reach.

Highly recommend this Airbnb that’s located in a quiet part of Condessa. The Airbnb has everything you could ever want and the kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Shops, bars and restaurants all located within a quick walk. The host is very responsive and when a small issue came up it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

The appartment complex has an elevator as it's located on the 6th floor. Great space, complete kitchennamd other cool ammenities. Located in the heart of condesa, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and walking/biking distance to other awesome cdmx areas. The host is flexible and with excellent communication. Francisco's apartment is totally beautiful, with a view out onto the trees from an expansive window in the living room. All the amenities are top notch and well maintained from the modern washer dryer to the superautomatic coffee machine. We loved the neighborhood with its parks and ample restaurant scene. He is communicative and accomodating. We would absolutely go there again when we are back in Mexico City.

Our family stayed in Francisco's lovely home during our first trip to Mexico City. It is perfect!! Francisco is so kind and responsive. He has outfitted this Airbnb with all the amenities and it really feels like you are a guest in one of your friends' homes. It's beautifully appointed and high end. The area is gorgeous, walkable and safe. You are close to great restaurants and shops. We loved every minute of our stay here and will book it again the next time we are back in Mexico City!

The location is perfect, with a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and stores in the area but not to a point of making it noisy. A lot of big trees on the street so the view from the apartment is gorgeous. The apartment is clean, well organized, fully equipped, the bedrooms are very quiet and the bathrooms are new with strong run of hot water. I will definitely come back to this Airbnb next time I visit Mexico City.

This place was absolutely gorgeous, had so many great touches and amenities, everything was super well thought out and accommodated for. Francisco was so so nice, super proactive and responsive - very easy to coordinate with. Everyone loved their rooms and the zen vibes in the living room - we had our morning coffee in front of the big windows every day. The location was perfect, centrally located and walkable, and having the tree-lined walkway in the middle of the street was so nice and calming. So many great shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, and the coffee shop half a block away was perfect (and had super delicious pastries!) Francisco was a great host. He was very responsive and would check in on us to see if we needed anything. He also met my parents when they got to his apartment and took the time to show them around and helped get them situated. The apartment is in a great location just around the corner from parque Mexico and parque españa, which was great for us because we had our young kids with us. It was nice just being able to take them to the park when they needed to get some energy out. You’re also between two great ice cream shops, which is a must when you have kids and a sweet tooth… we’re also really going to miss his coffee/espresso machine. We normally go out of our way to hit all the local coffee shops, but we loved the fresh ground coffee and lattes at home so much that we never needed to go out to grab a coffee in the morning… we’d definitely stay here again and would recommend Francisco and his apartment to anyone that wanted to stay in an amazing location in the Condesa neighborhood.

Amazing stay!

This is a great apartment in a lovely part of town with lots to do. There are many restaurants and parks near by. Very safe neighborhood. There are Americans everywhere in the neighborhood, take that as a plus or a minus depending on what you want. The apartment was very clean and beautiful, great for cooking and relaxing. Make sure to close the blinds during the day or you will be hot!

Francisco was very helpful and responded quickly to our messages! His apartment was lovely and a great spot in the neighborhood. The apartment didn’t have AC and we had weather in the mid- 80s, but using the fans and closing blinds the apartment was warm but not unbearable.

Nice, clean quiet place to stay in Condesa. The windows open up to the lovely green treetops of Avenida Amsterdam which is the most beautiful street in CDMX. You wake up to birdsong. Fracisco's instructions were clear and he gave us some great recommendations for places to eat.

My family and I stayed in Francisco's place for 10 nights in April, and it was close to perfect. The space is bright and clean, overlooking the tree tops on Amsterdam, perhaps the lushest street in Mexico City. Every morning my sister and I walked out the door to the carless path in the center of the street (which serves as a ring road for Condesa) and enjoyed the shady walk to various coffee shops. Hipódromo Condesa was is the perfect neighborhood for enjoying all the CDMX has to offer: you can get almost anywhere via foot or Uber, and it is incredibly peaceful to come home to. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked, and Francisco is perhaps the most responsive AirBnB host I've ever rented from. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
