Beautiful place! We knew the moment we walked in that two nights were not going to be enough! The place was perfect - bedrooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet, the roof deck and views were great and you can’t beat the location! Both Vani and Veronica were great hosts - always proactive and responsive. Veronica’s cooking is delicious! Hope to be back soon!

Vani was a great host. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, she was physically there to answer all our questions make sure we were comfortable. She was very responsive when we had any questions regarding the house and gave us a lot of tips. The house was clean and located within walking distance of the main square and the Parroquia. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all the basic necessities we needed. The housekeeper Veronica was outstanding. She made breakfast of our choice each morning and took care of our laundry which is very important when you are traveling. The terrace is beautiful and had great views of the city. It was ideal for hanging out in the mornings while it was cool. All in all, I highly recommend Vani’s place for all the above reasons.

This property was perfect for our trip to San Miguel. It was an absolutely beautiful house. The rooms were great with very comfortable beds. The rooftop has an amazing view and was an awesome space to relax. Veronica made delicious breakfast and the house was impeccably cleaned every day. Vani was there to personally greet us at check in and was extremely responsive. We hope to be back to San Miguel to stay here!

The place is absolutely beautiful and so close to the main town square and church. We felt completely safe and comfortable and although close to downtown it was very quiet and private. We traveled with 4 other couples and each of us had our private full bathroom in our individual bedroom. The living space was great to hang out and watch TV and the courtyard downstairs was a great hangout spot to gather and chat. The view from upstairs was stunning and very well equipped with plenty of space to relax by the fire pit. I can’t say enough about this place and Vani 😌 is definitely a super host. Very responsive and communicative and with plenty of resources and recommendations. Service for cleaning and breakfast was amazing 🤩. We had an incredible full breakfast every morning including fresh fruit, pastries, fresh squeezed juice and a main egg dish. All top notch! Thank you so much for the great hospitality and service. We will definitely 💯 come back!

We loved staying in Vani’s beautiful home. It had a wonderful fire place which we used multiple times. The home is well equipped and Vani couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable.

Oh wow. What a wonderful and perfect home-base in San Miguel. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures suggest: fantastic views from the roof deck, great layout with many useful sitting areas, comfortable beds, and certainy spacious enough for our family of 5, plus my father-in-law and sister-in-law. You are just blocks from the plaza and the parroquia, as well as dozens of restaurants, shops, and the lovely Parque Benito Juarez. Vani is a terrific and responsive host, with many good suggestions. And we can't say enough about Veronica the housekeeper. Not only was it wonderful to have her services every day but she'll also cook a delicious Mexican breakfast for you, which we utilized every single day! This is truly a 5-star rental!

Let me start by saying that you can stay in the most beautiful place but the host and hospitality is what makes an experience. From booking and throughout our stay, our host Vani was an absolute pleasure. She was responsive, proactive and communicated with us providing everything we needed. The place is squeaky clean, and while equipped with modern amenities, it has the "old" San Miguel charm. It was wonderful to use the rooftop fireplace at night and have the famous Parrish view. You can literally walk out of the door, cross the street and be at one of the best cafes in San Migues, Ki'bok (for coffee, breakfast, lunch etc). Everything is walkable from the house and we had a great time to use this home as our base while we attended a wedding in San Miguel. Highly recommend Vani and this property.

We enjoyed our stay in San Miguel. The Airbnb was a great location. Vani picked up groceries for us so they were ready at the house. She helped us set up some drivers for some wedding events and to and from the airport. We loved the rooftop patio. There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Vani was a great host and the check in and out was easy. She was very responsive!

Vani was an outstanding host. From the time we booked the house, she did an outstanding job of providing information including transportation, coordinating dinners at the house and answering a number of questions related to San Miguel. She consistently responded to all inquiries within a max of 15 minutes day or evening. She made our group feel welcome and accommodated our requests. The house is in an excellent location in the center of San Miguel and was well maintained and clean. Vani made our stay truly enjoyable.

After a week at this home, no one wanted to leave! The house was fabulous with plenty of room for the 8 of us. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, Kitchen was well stocked with all essential needs plus extras and the views from the top floor were just beautiful! The fire pit was great for the cool nights. We had breakfast prepared each morning during our stay and it was delicious and fabulous presentation! Everything about this home is just perfect! It's an easy walk to centro and it is surrounded by the absolutely best restaurants in downtown. Vani, our hostess, was so easy to work with and helped with many of our reservations. She provided us with ideas and great restaurants, as well as a beautiful winery. Each day was better than the previous. We would highly recommend this home!

I've stayed at many rental homes over the years all over the world and this one is absolutely a gem. The location couldn't be better and the privacy of the en suite bedrooms and the multiple sitting areas makes this a real find. This was a girlfriends trip and we had a blast...the roofdeck is gorgeous and there happened to be fireworks the night we arrived. Vani was extremely helpful and communicated clearly and as often as we needed. Highly recomended - everything was perfect!

Location is a block from the jardin/ Parroquia. Prime location and the house is amazing. The host Vani is great. Breakfast daily was perfect. Rooms were pristine. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

5 stars for our recent stay in San Miguel at Casa Sollano! Our host, Vani, was fantastic! She was helpful and responsive from the time we reserved the house until the time we walked out the door to head back to Texas. She answered any questions we had and made amazing dinner reservations for us every night of our stay. She greeted us upon arrival, and came to say goodbye the morning we left! Very pleasant to work with! This home was perfect for our group of 8! Loved the rooftop area! Plenty of comfortable seating for all of us plus many more! Beautiful views! The 5 bedrooms were spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space, and the bathrooms were lovely. Loved the living room area where we all gathered at night. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the kitchen staff made sure we had any "extras" that were needed. The house staff was amazing as well! They always greeted us with a smile!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Sollano! It is the perfect location in San Miguel de Allende, with many shops, restaurants, bars and town attractions within blocks. The house was perfectly spotless and Vani was the most thoughtful, accommodating host. We hope to return!

Our stay was flawless. Vani met us at the house and took care to show us around. She was super helpful and friendly. Everything went well until electricity failed in the entire Centro. We notified her and she was on her way with lights in no time. Fortunately, service was restored but she brought them anyway. We ordered breakfast one day and it was beyond delicious, including the orange juice that was squeezed right there in the kitchen. Beds were comfy, sheets were fresh and crisp, there was plenty of space for clothes and the bathrooms were attractive and immaculate. We used every inch of the house, including the rooftop (which also had a half bath!) and enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is great, too. I recommend this casa 💯

Our family spent a fantastic Christmas holiday at the lovely Casa Sollano, where the host, Vani, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. She provided prompt responses to our messages and offered valuable recommendations for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The Villa was stunning, situated on one of the most picturesque streets in San Miguel de Allende, just a short walk from the city center and its many cafes and bakeries, restaurants, and artisanal shops. The Villa was well-maintained, with comfortable amenities, and the cozy living room with a lovely fireplace was perfect for an evening family gathering after a long day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view of the " Parroquia" and the city from the terrace. The Kitchen was well-equipped and very spacious. Although we did not have the opportunity to cook, we did enjoy several days of having a fantastic breakfast made by the Villa's housekeeper, Veronica. I highly recommend staying at Casa Sollano.

Casa Sollano is an absolutely beautiful home. It is everything you see in the description and more. In addition, Vani was an exceptional host giving us some great restaurant insights, as well as helping us set up an extremely memorable dinner and wine tour with Alessio (Italian Winemaker). Veronica fixed a fantastic breakfast every morning ranging from Mexican specialties to a typical American/English breakfast. Our week in San Miguel was absolutely great! We will be back.

We had an incredible time, everything was first class, and the mango margaritas the best!!!

The location perfectly accommodated five couples. There was ample space for All to do whatever they wanted to do without getting in anyone’s way. Veronica, the maid and her assistant kept the location perfectly clean and provided delicious Mexican breakfasts for all. Vani was always available and provided us with great recommendations. Being there four nights we ate out at two recommended restaurants, and hired a chef recommended by Vani to cook in. All meals were delicious. The location was only a block and a half from the main square making it very easy for us to go anywhere we wanted to on foot. Obviously, we all had a great time and would love to come back and stay here again.

There were 8 of us traveling together and loved the space. All bedrooms are very similar (with the exception of some with king beds vs queen beds) which makes it nice for couples traveling together. Veronica, the housekeeper, was amazing. Breakfast was over the top, every morning. Vani was the most responsive homeowner/manager I've ever dealt with. She was very proactive in suggesting drivers, restaurants, and things to do. There is a rooftop deck that we enjoyed watching fireworks from. Great location - just a couple blocks from the Jardin. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was incredible for me and my family. It very conformably accommodated nine of us. Each room has its own bathroom. Vani was a great host and was very helpful in helping us set up transportation from Queretaro airport, having groceries ready for us and even arranging for a massage therapist to come to the house. The location of the house is about as good as it gets in San Miguel. The house was incredibly clean (and was cleaned daily). The rooftop view is the best you can get in town, photos do not do it justice. We took advantage of breakfast at the house on our last day, and we wish we had done so every day. This is a great family friendly house, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

A group of 8 friends spent an outstanding week in this beautiful city! Vani went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. She communicated before we arrived with outstanding recommendations, she greeted us on our arrival to make sure we were settled. She proved herself as more than a host by facilitating medical attention for one of our friends and even checked on him later. This speaks volumes!! The house and the city were spectacular! The ladies provided a traditional Mexican breakfast every day that was second to none. Thank you for a wonderful memory!

I can’t say enough about Vani and the place. Vani was accommodating, responsive, available for the (many) questions we had, and charming all throughout our stay. The place is magnificent. Centrally located to all that SMA has to offer. It comes with Vero and here team. Definitely recommend the Mexican breakfast cooked each day! We had an amazing time from start to finish. We can’t wait to go back and will definitely seek out Vani as our host next time.

This villa is beautiful in a beautiful place! It was convenient to the main square and all favorite San Miguel sites. The villa itself was stunning - the rooms were perfect and the common areas, especially the rooftop, were perfect for our family gatherings. Vani was helpful with getting groceries ahead of time. Vero and team prepared delicious breakfasts daily for us and kept our place tidy. Everything was perfect! Truly!

My family of 8 adults stayed for days at Vani's place while attending my son's wedding. The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. It was perfect for us - and so glad we had air-conditioning! We were so well looked after by Vani and by her housekeeper Veronica who cooked breakfast everyday (and washed up!). Thank you Vani and Veronica - you added to what was already such a memorable weekend! Only downside for me are the fireworks at 6am on the weekends for over an hour - but this is a San Miguel problem not a house problem!

BOOK! Vani was the best airbnb host I’ve ever had!!! I actually switched to this airbnb because of how incredibly responsive and helpful she was. Vani not only communicated so easily but also set up all of our reservations, massages, cooks, etc. Having an informed host who operated like a concierge and had all the local connections was a game changer. She even got birthday decor for my husband’s birthday! The location was incredible, pristine living quarters, and the most comfortable beds. Having AC was so nice. We were all right at home. I cannot say enough about this place. We will be back and recommending to all of our friends. Make sure you utilize the amazing breakfast and masseuse. Thank you again Vani! We had the best time!!!

My group of 7 was in town for a wedding and Casa Sollano was amazing! Location was perfect - just behind the main church so everything was walkable. Plenty of nearby activities and restaurants. As for the property, it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Up to 5 king bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Veronica was a huge benefit as she cooked us breakfast daily and also cleaned the place. Vani was extremely responsive to any questions and accommodated our check in and check out times. All in all, the best Airbnb experience!

Five of us stayed in Casa Sollano for two weeks in March, 2024. With a perfect location, you can walk to almost anything but be forewarned that there is tra"c noise and constant church bells.The house is perfectly laid out for $ve people. Every bedroom is ensuite, well-appointed and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers or baths, mini splits for heat and AC, and good internet. The house has a beautiful roof deck. The only issue is that you have to climb a spiral staircase to get up there and it would be tough for mobiity-challenged folks. The home comes with a lovely housekeeper, Veronica. We paid for food but she purchased it, prepared our breakfast and cleaned our rooms every day. For an extra fee, she also prepared our dinner every other night. There are many restaurants close by.The house is well managed by Vani. She was there for us and sent help over literally within minutes. We have already reserved Casa Sollano for the same time next year!

A group of friends and I recently stayed here and our stay far exceeded all expectations we had. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and spacious and the rooftop was a real treat! I would recommend this to anyone looking for accommodations in San Miguel! The breakfast was also divine; do not miss out!

We had an amazing time staying at this house. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 little ones (2 and 4 years old) and this house worked really well for us. The location was perfect for us-everything we needed was within walking distance for our 4 year old. The coffee shop across the street is a wonderful bonus. The roof top patio is also an awesome spot, we had live music most nights from a rooftop bar a few doors down. Also, Vani is an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions leading up to the trip, and she had our fridge stocked with groceries when we arrived. We were in town for a wedding and she helped us to organize a family dinner party with a private chef. Her cook Veronica also made breakfast for us on a couple of mornings and that was also excellent. I highly recommend this house it is a real gem!

Our family of eight (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. All the beds were comfortable and space for everyone. Four bathrooms and four bedrooms were great. We also loved the location. So close to the main square and a killer coffee shop and jewelry store across the street. We loved having daily housekeeper and her breakfasts were incredible. Got the enchiladas huevos rancheros. The rooftop was a huge bonus. The communication with Vani was excellent. She was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend stating here.

This is the best location you can stay in! Super well located and it has an amazing rooftop terrace with great views. The rooms are all well outfitted with quality beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast they offer was amazing and they were super attentive to our every need. As well as offering help with transportation and local recommendations. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Vani’s place is a beautiful little gem in Saint Miguel De Allende. In the heart of town and walking distance to everywhere. The house is very tastefully decorated. Vani herself is a great host. Very communicative and makes sure her guests are well taken care of. The housekeeper and chef were amazing too and they cooked us absolutely heavenly breakfasts. One just had to ask for help and Vani will have it organised. One of our best Airbnb experiences to date.

We booked this home for a girls trip and it did not disappoint! The location is perfect for exploring San Migel with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The thing that sets this property apart is the awesome service we received :). Check in was super easy, we had a quick and efficient tour of the property and help with all our luggage. The house keeper was super friendly too and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Vani was super attentive and easy to contact with any questions we had. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend!

Cant say enough good things about this property. It is just as described/pictured. Vani was accommodating to our requests before our arrival. The house staff took care of every need we had while there. The location of this property allowed us to walk everywhere we needed to be. It’s a short easy walk to various restaurants. The center square was 2 blocks away. We will definitely stay here again on any future visits to San Miguel!

Vani welcomed us very warmly to his beautiful house in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The house is large, functional, very well equipped and located 5 minutes' walk to the Paroquia. Everything as described and the roof top is really magical. Veronica, present every morning, prepares at the request of delicious breakfasts and takes very good care of the house. Vani is very welcoming and wanted to be present both during our arrival and when we left to know our opinion in order to improve his accommodation in which everything is already at the top! To be booked without hesitating!

Gorgeous home in a perfect lotion with phenomenal views. There are incredible restaurants s few minutes walk away and the cathedral I down the street. The home was comfy and clean and the pictures don’t do it justice. Vani is on top of it! 10/10 would recommend.

The place was impeccably clean, and housed 8 guests easily. The outdoors feel coupled with the terrific AC units made for a uniquely perfect experience in SMDA. Location was central to everything, and most importantly we felt extremely safe. The terrace is the selling point here, with views of the town and relaxing atmosphere. Veronica cooked traditional Mexican food for us every morning and it was outstanding, there was also laundry service which we did not make use of. We would choose to stay here time and time again. Can’t say enough great things about this rental and the hospitality! This was a 4 couple retreat for us. 2 kings and 2 queens. Amazing terrace. And honestly I don’t think the pics do it justice! Vani - the hostess was amazing! Super responsive. We asked for more pillows and they were there within half an hour. She also made dinner reservations for us and answered our many questions. Also she asked in advance if she could do some shopping for us for our alcohol and drinks needs! So it was waiting for us and we didn’t have to spend any of our time hunting down what we needed. Breakfasts were amazing and Veronica even catered to some of our food issues like dairy and gluten free. The only thing I would mention is that one of the kings has a large Tub/shower combo. It is not walk-in. If anyone has mobility issues they need to pick one of the other bedrooms. We would definitely rent this one again!

This place is exactly as described and more magical in person. It is centrally located to the historic center and walking distance from everything. Vani is an incredible host and went above and beyond. From providing a pack and play for our baby, providing us with links and phone numbers to excursions in and around San Miguel, to locating pharmacy's and doctors as our baby got sick during our stay. Lastly, she was there to say good bye before we left and due to certain circumstances very last minute she was able to assist us in finding transportation to the airport. Vani was a lifesaver and a pleasant person who enriched our experience in San Miguel.

She offered to give us local recommendations, met us at the house for check-in and check-out to answer any questions we had, and even had the kitchen stocked with food and drinks for us before we got there. The house itself was beautiful and very clean. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, the rooftop has plenty of seating and a wonderful view, and the door code made coming and going very easy. Thank you Vani for a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here for their next visit.

We’ve had the most wonderful experience in this amazing beautiful, large, spacious house with so much natural light, beautiful rooms and amenities, the kitchen is full equipped, getting breakfast service, our laundry washed every day, the ubication cannot be better in the middle of the center a block from the parroquia and the view of the parroquia in the large garden roof … THIS IS A MUST HOUSE WE ARE DEFINATLY COMMING AGAIN

Had an amazing time at this place over a long weekend. The house was spectacular in every regard with beautiful bedrooms, common areas, and a truly spectacular terrace. Since it was so close to everything, it worked out really well for a large group to have people come and go as they pleased without feeling like anyone was being left out. Vani did an incredible job of taking care of us by answering so many questions for everyone before we got there, helping with transportation, planning a little event for us, and going above and beyond with everything. She was amazing! Veronica cooked us breakfast each day and made a special birthday dinner for us all that was fantastic. Very sweet and always accommodating. Out of a group of 7 friends and family that stayed here for the four days, several of which are extremely hard to please, there was not a single complaint about the place, and it was only just overwhelming joy because the place was so much more than any of us expected.

If you're debating on staying here, look no further! This is a gem you want to live at while in SMA. It's spacious, charming, and quite private. Only a 4 minute walk to center garden and conveniently located by coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique stores. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights over Mexican Independence Day and we enjoyed a clear view of the fireworks over the cathedral from our rooftop. Vani was warm and accommodating throughout the weekend. She quickly resolved some of our minor inconveniences (e.g. Fire alarm was out of battery) and answered any questions we had about the city. We were a group of 8 friends, 4 couples traveling to Mexico for the first time. We are thrilled that we decided to rent Vani’s place - it was a new listing and had no reviews but we fell in love with the location and home based on the photos - and we were not disappointed. The location is phenomenal, right across the street from K Bok coffee where some days we went over for coffee on the terrace, in our PJS 😂. We walked everywhere, enjoyed shopping, dining, visits, came home to massages on the terrace. The housekeeper spoiled us with the loveliest traditional breakfasts served beautifully! The beds are dreamy comfortable, the bathrooms lovely. You don't hear the traffic because of the special windows. Vani, the hostess is beyond helpful - she helped us with a Ron of pointers, resources, and with every little request we had. The home is everything you can ask for and more. Just go!
