The house is beautiful and has a spectacular view, but I have a couple of negative points. 1. The house has security cameras inside the property, which, apart from making us feel watched all the time, made us uncomfortable. Airbnb has a privacy law that they are ignoring. 2. The electricity consumption is a trap to get more money from you. They include 80 kWh, which is ABSOLUTELY NOT ENOUGH for even minimal use. We only used the air conditioners literally to sleep. We were extremely careful, and even so, 112 kW were consumed in 1 day. I want to mention that we did not use the freezer and we unplugged it, but the house staff plugged it back in. 3. They took away almost 3 hours of pool use from us because they came in to do maintenance in the middle of the stay (and we were charged for all that electricity). In summary: The house is nice, but it's not worth the price. You will always pay extra for electricity, and you will always be monitored by cameras and the house staff.

Lots of hidden fees. They wanted to charge us up to 500us for extra electricity but couldnt prove our consumption because the counter "restarted" at zero during the week. We ended up paying around 400 to save us the headache. We were only ten and just did an usual careful usage of power (closing AC during the day, keeping bedroom doors closed, not long hot shower etc). I dont care paying very high prices for nice things, but I hate scammy bs like that The staff was however very nice.

I have stayed at this property four times over the past four years, and unfortunately, its condition has consistently declined. While the location remains excellent and conveniently within walking distance to the beach, the current state of the house is unacceptable given the price being charged. Despite Eduardo’s efforts to accommodate us, we experienced multiple serious issues during our stay, including a fly infestation throughout the house, a significant roach problem in the kitchen, and an inadequate supply of basic kitchen utensils. These issues should not occur in a property positioned at this price point. Although the house is visually appealing and the staff is friendly and helpful, the lack of proper maintenance and oversight from the owner significantly detracts from the overall experience. Without meaningful attention to cleanliness, pest control, and upkeep, this property does not meet reasonable standards or justify its cost.
