The Space
The villa welcomes you with expansive open-concept dining, living, and lounge areas that seamlessly open onto a massive terrace and an exceptional infinity pool, unique in San Juan del Sur.
In addition to the stunning pool and several relaxation spots, the outdoor area includes:

Pricing
The listed price is based on accommodation for 12 guests. Additional guests are charged per person, with a maximum capacity of 20 guests in total.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay.
Electricity usage up to 80 kWh per day is included. Additional consumption is charged at $0.50 per kWh.

La casa es bonita y tiene una vista espectacular pero tengo un par de puntos negativos. 1. La casa tiene cámaras de seguridad dentro de la propiedad, que aparte que nos sentíamos vigilados todo el tiempo he incomodos, Airbnb tiene una ley de privacidad que la están pasando por alto 2. El consumo de electricidad es una trampa para sacarte mas dinero, te incluyen 80kw lo cual NO ALCANZA ni de chiste para un uso minimo. Solo utilizamos los aires literal para dormir, fuimos extremadamente cuidadosos y aun así se consumieron 112kw en 1 dia. Quiero mencionar que no utilizábamos freezer y los desconectábamos y el personal de la casa los volvían a conectar. 3. Nos quitaron casi 3hrs del uso de la piscina porque entraron a realizar mantenimiento en medio de la estadía (cosa que todo ese gasto eléctrico se nos incluyó a nosotros) En resumen: La casa si esta bonita pero no vale el precio, siempre pagaras extra por electricidad y siempre estarás vigilado por cámaras y el personal de la casa.

Lots of hidden fees. They wanted to charge us up to 500us for extra electricity but couldnt prove our consumption because the counter "restarted" at zero during the week. We ended up paying around 400 to save us the headache. We were only ten and just did an usual careful usage of power (closing AC during the day, keeping bedroom doors closed, not long hot shower etc). I dont care paying very high prices for nice things, but I hate scammy bs like that The staff was however very nice.

Eduardo helped put together an amazing group trip. His communication throughout the process was great, and the chef and transportation services were very good and well organized. His place was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful. Everything came together smoothly, and we had a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our big family. Everything was well organized, clean, and made us feel right at home. The staff and security guards were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The host Eduardo was wonderful—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt safe, cared for, and welcomed throughout our stay. This is the perfect place for a large family or group, and we would absolutely love to come back!

We had an amazing stay! The house had great amenities! The view was breathtaking. Very close to everything. It was everything we wanted. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Hospitality was great and the house was exactly as described, pictures do not do justice for the amazing view, especially at sunset. The hosts were very attentive, we liked that there was a guard at all times even though we felt safe, we stepped out at night and he was there to greet us upon our late return. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!
