Excellent stay. This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at the accommodation, and everything is excellent. The communication with the host, the house, the comfort of the rooms. I would definitely come back whenever I can.

It is a very nice, very comfortable place to stay. It is as seen in the photos. Everything is in good working order. The rooms are clean. There is no air conditioning and it was very hot, but each room has a fan.

the house is just as described, its facilities were clean and tidy. there are enough utensils in the kitchen for meals. The pool water touched us at a very good temperature. Not far from Downtown but auto is required to arrive. would repeat again for a new occasion

We went as a group to celebrate a birthday, and we had a great time. Rodolfo was always attentive to us and was flexible with the check-in and check-out times. Always very kind ✨ As for the house, it's very nice. The pool in particular is incredible. It's heated, which makes it much more enjoyable. It is approximately 15 minutes from downtown Malinalco. We were able to walk around the small town and return to the house without a problem. We hope to return soon 💕

The place is just as seen in the photos. It is worth mentioning that the green areas are large. The place has everything to make you feel comfortable. It is provided clean and ready to be occupied. There is internet and many channels to watch on TV. The water in the showers is hot at all times. There are fans in each room so you can sleep well. Because it is an area with many trees around and green areas, you can see many small animals, such as birds, crickets, etc. It is always recommended to keep the doors closed. I think the pool area is the most enjoyable. The pool water is not cold, and the sunnier it is, the warmer it is. Check-in is very easy. There is a very short stretch of dirt road, but the area is very quiet since it is surrounded by other houses with their green areas. Finally, Mr. Rodolfo was always attentive. His kindness stands out and his service is unbeatable. We will definitely be back.

An excellent place to spend a weekend in the company of friends and/or family, the pool water is not cold, it comes out hot at all times which makes it super nice to be there. Super equipped in all aspects, each of the rooms has bathrooms, the living room with TV and internet, the pool area with all the necessary equipment, as well as the kitchen and the grill for a roasted carnita. The area is very quiet and if you do not like cooking there are restaurants nearby where you can go to eat without problem :)

The house is much nicer in person than in the photos, the rooms are very well laid out, the pool and the house in general are very well maintained, you can tell that they are well maintained. The weather is very pleasant, the space is large and has social areas, which allows for a better coexistence and distribution of guests. I went with family and friends for my birthday and 10 out of 10. Only the campfire area is missing lighting.

The pool was always at a pleasant temperature, the kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the rooms and bathrooms were super clean and fresh, the view is beautiful, and there is a lot of tranquility and privacy. The experience with the accommodation was really excellent. It fulfilled everything mentioned in the ad. The host provided us with the address via GPS, so it was very quick to get there. The house has all the amenities mentioned in the listing. The pool temperature was excellent since it does have a heater. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and we were provided with enough blankets and towels for all of us. There was high-speed internet and we had pay TV, which we used to enjoy the soccer games 😅 The grill is just right for making a good meal, and the garden tables are very well maintained and have enough chairs. They're really 1000% worth it.

The views of the mountains are very nice, it is a place surrounded by nature. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Malinalco by car and is very easy to get to. The service and communication with Rodolfo is super efficient and attentive at all times. We look forward to coming back soon.
