This is his point of view but I have the right to share my side of the story. He probably expected a resort. It's not an "old bunk house" and we're not "trying to compromise". I've owned this property for 30+ years. Yes, there was a fire back in January. but thank God, three of our beautiful houses are still standing tall. That was a low blow.<br/>Mosquitoes are inevitable. It's the Caribbean coast! We have comfortable mattresses, nice sheets and pillows. The common areas are neat. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped because some of the appliances were at the other house. But he didn't even ask and he jumped to conclusions. The rooms are upstairs, restroom and hot water shower downstairs. He knew it was a shared bathroom. That's what he picked. There's a balcony with jungle and garden view in every room. We even moved him to a bigger room. <br/>I believe Chris made a mistake. He knew it wasn't appropriate and he still booked it. Pictures and descriptions are 100% real. There's no need to be insensitive about it. We don't believe in drama. We could have come to an agreement if he had simply approached us in person. We can't be blamed for his lack of communication skills. What do we expect? Humble guests, nature lovers, and laid back travelers. You get what you pay for, til the last cent. There's no false advertisement.
