Brendan as a new parent, I understand you want everything more than perfect. I do however believe an unaffordable all inclusive hotel is what you were looking for. Your single hair in a basin 24 hours after check in is open to interpretation. And although crockery doesn’t rust, we replaced it. Comments about the dust was just gratuitous. Despite turning the internet off for other people on the grounds so your infant could sleep everyone took your actions into their stride. <br/>Brendan please familiarize yourself with Guest safety at the bottom of the listings page for details with regards to infants and potential for noise. We all regret the noise but some people are making a home for themselves and their young families. We all need consideration for everyone who call Costa Rica a home. Pura Vida

Mey was a little inconsiderate of the neighbours. They damaged the linen and mattress on the king bed without any mention. The guests who accompanied her burnt through the sheet with the iron. Overall they acted entitled and demanding, it would be better had they could afford a hotel.  Happy it was a short booking
