We had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s place. She was extremely responsive and made the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. The house is beautiful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future!

Stayed for three nights. It's a big beautiful beach house. No complaints here!

The place was big enough to accommodate our entire crew. We were at San Felipe for an event and the house is close enough to the Malecon and the main entertainment but far enough to where we had real privacy and quiet. The home was beautiful and spacious and we felt right at home.

Quiet place, with privacy and easy access to the beach. The car ramp down to the beach was very helpful when it came to getting the jet skis into the water.

We are more than satisfied with the amenities and the beautiful view we had all weekend. I will totally recommend this place to relax. The house was big enough to enjoy all sports available. Everything was clean and organized as pictures described. I will definitely stay again.

Love the place. Huge and perfect for a big family trip. Very close to the beach for amazing sunrise. The only issue was the ant situation, which the check-in instructions did mention. Just follow those indications in the ant issue. Other than that, loved the place.

This home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of 16+ without feeling crowded. There were plenty of games and activities to enjoy, which made our stay even more fun. We truly felt right at home and look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful hosts, and home! Lynn and her team were extremely accommodating to our needs, and last minute requests. The house was gorgeous, and the location fantastic! 10/10!

My family and me had a blast at this home. 100% recommend this home to stay at. More than enough beds. There is extra space for inflatable beds in 4 rooms . There was air conditioning 24/7. There was wifi . There was towels for showering and the beach. I would recommend to take hefty trash bags. There was cups, spoons, forks, knives, pans, everything you need to cook. Lynn was every helpful when I need to know things about where thing are in the home. She always answered fast. There was so many fun activities to do in the house. We loved the experience so much . We will be back hope soon . Such a beautiful view of the beach !!

Very spacious home with great views. Lynn (host) was very responsive in every way from arrival to departure. Highly recommend this home.

Place was great. Host communication was excellent. Parking was a little tight if you have lots of equipment. There is off site parking available though.

This Beautiful home was amazing! The house had everything we needed and more. Our friends and us are already thinking to do this trip again next year! The location is perfect, the owner was very responsive and helpful. The beach is beautiful and the access to take out ATVs to the beach was perfect. The hot tub was perfect to use as a small pool to hang out! I recommend the place to everyone ☀️

The house is definitely beautiful and really clean, it’s just as described in the pictures, the stay is very comfortable and everything is close by. The house is right on the beach and the property is private definitely will be booking again, the host and the manager are amazing!! Very well communication! Perfect for a Family vacation as well as a Adult only vacay!

Great home for a huge party , plenty of space to entertain guest and also plenty of party space for vehicles and toys. Great backyard area with grill and great view of the sea of Cortez. Several dining areas throughout the home so all your guest can eat comfortably. Home has an easy access to the beach and also easy access for your off-road toys. Home is located in a nice and secure area and easy access to the main highway to the San Felipe.
