Glad to hear you had a nice stay Misja. Cesar's prices are up there for sure, he can get away with it being he is mostly the only one near by and urgency for vacationers who don't want to travel or can't and have limited time. As suggested in the house profile, shopping is ideal in Rivas and Tola at the farmers market. Sorry if I steered you wrong there.  The paths are over grown for sure, there used to be a good trail to Rancho Santana beach and Los Perro's right from the house, just down the ridge. I will have to update, or get Jose to clear it again.  Thanks for the note on the sink drain, I will get my best man on it :)   Best of luck this year!

Hi Nina, thank you some much your pointers.......Jose has been told more than once to accommodate your suggestions. I am guessing that since we had guest prior to your arrival he did not take the time or priorities the towels and soap........I get it and am sorry. Neither are expensive and I push him to get to town to purchase simple items. Perhaps if you come back I can offer a free night?  Best of luck with the new year!
