Upon arrival, the first thing you notice is the terrible smell inside the apartment. I wish that was all. It looks like it has never been cleaned or maintained. Rotten shower, ceiling full of mold, walls and door full of dirt, air-conditioning that caused throat and respiratory problems whenever it was turned on. Liquid soap with a toy inside. Everything is completely disgusting! It's not clean like in the pictures. Don't believe the pictures. On top of everything, they said they were going to send someone to clean, but it was a lie. They didn't send anyone, and they even lied by saying that the person had knocked on the door and no one had answered. Besides, the owner said the place was like this because it wasn't new. What a joke!! It has nothing to do with that. It has to do with a lack of cleaning and maintenance, and it seems that the owner doesn't care. If you don't want any trouble, don't rent this space.
