The house is in an excellent location for going for a walk, and you can find everything nearby. Naleen is always attentive, and communication with her is very good. We will definitely be back.

The house is super nice, and the location is perfect, one block from the esplanade, with ocean views from all floors. The layout is very good for large families, with a bathroom on each floor. And very close to places to eat and downtown La Paz. We loved it.

Nice house, very spacious, very well located!!

The place is in a great location, towards the end of the Malecon. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, including great fish tacos and amazing ice cream right below the house. Short walk to diving and snorkeling meetup spot. Having a dedicated garage made it feel extra secure, though if you come prepared (or like to eat out often) might never have to pull it out since everything you need is so close by.

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s very spacious and great for a big group, which is hard to find in this area. Right by the Malecón and absolutely wonderful area. Some local restaurants sometimes have loud music going late at night but we were there with kids and they slept just fine. Maybe bring some earplugs but with the windows shut we were fine. Overall great experience and excellent host. Would love to come here again.

Three families with children stayed, and it was very comfortable.There were also toys, which was helpful.The location was also very convenient, close to the Malecon.Thank you very much.

Great place if you stay here you don’t need a car very walkable. We stayed here for carnival it was perfect. We liked the garage for medium sized car fit perfect. We had a great stay overall. After we checked out we were charged for stained towels. In the future I’ll will expect these item’s closely so we aren’t charged.

From any level of the house you can see the sea, which makes it pleasant for everyone. The accommodation is very clean and has lots of cooking utensils and some toys for children.

this house was awesome. Three floors that were kind of their own apartments. Bathroom on each floor. Ac worked fantastic. can't tell you how good it felt to come home after a day of fishing to a nice cool house. There were also two refrigerators with freezers. One on the bottom floor and one on the second floor. Also this place is super close to the water and with the balconies on the second and third floors, the view was really good. Amazing sunsets. It was really close to restaurants and stores too. The only thing I have to complain about is the futons were not very comfortable. Also it will really only sleep 7 people if each person wants their own bed. Over all, I highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay at Naleen's place. It is walkable to almost anything in the area and has great access to the boardwalk and nearby dining. It was also super nice to have a place to park the car. My favorite part was the two beautiful patios that look down upon the boardwalk and waterfront area. I would definitely stay here again!

The view is the best part of all excellent

It is a very nice house and has incredible views. Walking, you have access to several restaurants. Also, by car, it is close to the main beaches. Naleen was always attentive to what we needed, supported us with recommendations and was always kind to us. We will definitely come back!

The house was big and spacious with views from all three floors. Located in a nice area next to the Malacon. There were plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. I've spent alot of time in Mexico and have never felt safer than I did here in La Paz. I was really surprised how clean the city is and the locals are really welcoming. Nadeen was a great host! I would no doubt stay here again. We were a party of 5. The house can comfortably sleep alot more. We'll be bringing more people for sure next time.

The place is very comfortable. We felt right at home. It has everything you need and an excellent view. It was our second time at the house, and on our next trip, we hope it will be available so we can return.

The house is super cool and close to everything. No hassle finding places to eat or have dinner, and it's super close to downtown. Everything is easy and accessible.

The beaches are beautiful including Balandra beach of course. The place has everything you need. We loved the big windows and the peaceful view of the sea from every floor. Naleen's service is well worth it! The view from the second and third floors is amazing! It is ideal for a walk! Super central! There is a little stairs for people that are complicated by age or something but it even has a first floor that is easier to access! Totally recommended! 👌🏽

I liked the proximity to the esplanade and the ocean view. The furniture is in very good condition. Pleasant for a coffee while watching the sunrise or sunset. Necessary cooking utensils. Spacious and clean upon arrival. Naleen responded quickly.

Everything was spotless! The apartment is very comfortable by a group, clean and with a beautiful view of the beach. The 3 levels provide plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The Wi-Fi was around 70-80 mbps. I was able to make video calls without any problem (always from the main floor). The perfect location for exploring the city, close to everything on foot. Naleen was friendly, flexible, and communicative. I recommend her!

The place is amazing, very good location, impeccable cleanliness and the area is very quiet despite being in front of the seawall. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around. Naleen is always attentive, he is very friendly and approachable. I would definitely stay at his property again.

The place was wonderful and suited our group's needs really well! The top floor has a hugh jet tub and balcony views overlooking the water with two full size beds and private bathroom, second floor had a great kitchen, living room with fold out futon, balcony with views of the waterfront, and bedroom with two twin beds. First floor had a bedroom with queen bed a small kitchen and fold-out futon. There was also an enclosed garage for our car to be secure! Naleen was responsive and helpful host taking care of our needs!!! We will definitely stay again when we return to La Paz! Located in the quiet north part of the Malecon it was still convenient to walk to restaurants and shops.
