This place needs some TLC Improvement of exterior steps and handrails would make access and safely much better Entrance area is first thing you see and is really rouge looking and poorly maintained. Description of accessibility is very understated. Unsafe to maneuver. Spectacular views of the port of San Juan del Sur from the veranda make the "unsafe" worth the effort. On the whole, the place fees unloved and could be so much more.

Great value for the location and views. Charming place with a lot of character. Highly recommend!
