George’s place is a hidden oasis near to a beautiful waterfall, and close to the beach. It is only a short drive to the town of dominical and uvita, where there is lots of restaurants, activities, and sights to see. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed 1 week, and wished we could have stayed longer! George’s place is surrounded by jungle and wildlife. A serene and peaceful getaway, yet close to everything. Other reviews mentioned there was no hot water, but this is incorrect. George’s place has hot water which is an added plus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting uvita or the surrounding areas. Thank you so much george, we look forward to visiting your place again ☺️

George was super friendly and attentive. We were well received and welcomed. In many places, he also accommodated us. Made us coffee or opened my coconut outside the grounds were very nice and there were also some animals to marvel at. Freddy the house dog was also super gracious. Unfortunately, the accommodation was rather loveless inside. The biggest problem was probably the insects. Mosquitoes outside are to be expected close to the river. Even the one or the other ant inside is not the end of the world. However, there is no reason for cockroaches in the crowd as they were present in my opinion. When I arrived at the next Airbnb, I fell out of my jacket...yikes. Don't leave anything around and close everything tightly to bags.
