The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean, but we had several problems that made our experience not what we expected. We were charged for bills from days prior to our arrival. The first room had a strong drain odor. In the second bedroom there was a light that could not be turned off. Although it was reported, nothing was done. The power would go out due to thunderstorms, and when this happened, the thermostats would stop working, which was quite uncomfortable. The check-in process was also unpleasant, as we had to wait outside in the heat to complete the check-in before going inside. The apartment has a lot of potential and is generally nice and clean, but we believe these issues should be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Excellent place, incredible view, excellent amenities, good restaurants, fair prices. The paddle tennis court and the amazing pools. There are 2 paddle boards available. They will have a good time
