We frequent Las Conchas at least yearly and I must say this home is my new favorite! The views are amazing, the home is clean, the host is very responsive,check in/check out was easy, and we loved the home in general. We have no complaints!

Lovely place and amazing view. Having the Kayaks was a great plus. Rooms were spacious and the living space was great for a big family. Host was responsive and gave updates when needed.

Honest review from family of 6: Overall, this was an amazing house in Rocky Point. We have stayed at many houses and this was one was great! - AC works great- a big bonus in the summer months - Plenty of hot water and water pressure - Very clean - Plenty of extra towels and linens provided - Access to use the garage and laundry room - Large bathrooms The only downside is the stairs outside of the back patio. If you have little ones that bolt out the back door, it may not be the best fit! Thanks for a great trip!

Our stay at Christopher’s place in Rocky Point was truly incredible easily a 5/5 experience. Christopher was extremely communicative, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. The house was even better than the pictures, a quiet beach, absolutely stunning views, and unforgettable sunsets. We stayed as two couples and had the best time. The floor plan was fantastic, the beach was perfect, and everything worked flawlessly. AC, showers, hot water. The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor amenities were top-notch. The community felt very safe, and the location was perfect even close to a convenient little market. For the price, it was perfect. We’d 100% rent again!

The beach is literally your backyard! Lots of room and space!!! Lots of games and outdoor activities they left for you to utilize. Loved it

This home exceeded expectations and I would certainly rent it again. It was comfortable for four adults with room for more. We especially enjoyed the outdoors decks and easy steps to the sand. I was delighted to find a putting green that for me doubled as a shaded seaside yoga space. Our first night we were treated to a rare bioluminescence show in the waves. The place is air conditioned, well equipped with modern appliances and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay, Christopher.

Had an amazing time, house was clean and in a great location. Seeing the sunrise and sunset everyday was amazing. Christopher was polite and quick to respond to any questions.

JUST AMAZING EVERYTIME!! After multiple trips to other l9cations in Rocky Point this is our second time staying here. We will only stay here now, we will schedule our vacation around the availability!!!! Host is perfect and super responsive. Location is UNBELIEVABLE, walkout the backdoor into heaven every morning. House is great for a family, we have 4 kids and its perfect. Close to everything with a 5-10 minute drive and secluded enough you forget other people are even at what feels like your very own private beach!!!!!

Our stay was wonderful!!!! The views from the living room/kitchen and bedrooms were amazing. We loved the outside patio area with the cool breeze from the ocean and was a perfect place to have a massage! Overall a great experience, recommend and would book again.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The highlight was definitely the private beach—it was such a relaxing and quiet spot, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Beautiful place at a very safe and almost private beach. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. To it top off we were celebrating a surprise birthday party, I messaged Christopher a few days prior if they could set up several balloons, wow they went above and beyond. There was a garland of balloons a number ballon and a Feliz Cumpleanous sign.

Would stay here again! Lots of room, great vibes! Great for a big party!

My only complaint is that we didn't book the place for longer. It was paradise! So comfortable, right on the beach, had everything we needed. I would hands down go back again (or just live there, can I live there?). Thank you for a wonderful vacation 💕

This was such a lovely home to stay in! Our first night something happened and we lost power to the appliances and ac but Christopher had someone out in the morning to fix it so we were only without power for about 8 hours. Other than the one small hiccup everything was fantastic and we would love to stay here again in the future!

Great beach house & excellent location to downtown. Plenty of beach chairs, kayaks & boogie boards were fun! Drinks and dinner on the patio and around the fire pit was incredible! Christopher was a great host and very responsive. Can’t wait to stay again!

Ok first and foremost WOW!!!! We were blown away by the house and the view. On the beach elevated on a hill with a perfect huge back patio to take in the sites of basically a private beach. Christopher was super on point with communication. He responded to and handled each question I had with urgency. We usually stay at resorts with a cosierge and Christopher was better. The amenities were awesome kayaks, boogie boards, sand toys.....you name it it was there. Saved so much room packing knowing all the fun stuff was there. Basically you should book this location ASAP(unless you wanna book when we wanna go next year then stay away it's our vacation spot)!!!!

It was a beautiful home away from home. I loved this home and the view was breathtaking taking. My family of 7 all lived comfortably over our stay and every time we got we would say a positive thing about it. Definitely a diamond find! If available again for our Rocky Point trips in the future we will definitely book again!

Beautiful house right on the beach. Really nice and whole thing was seamless.

Has to be one of the best rentals in Las Conchas. you have big glass doors right out onto a nice patio and then nothing but beach. the house layout is perfect for groups of multiple sizes.

We had a wonderful stay at Christopher's ocean-front house. Very comfortable, peaceful and clean. The outside spaces are particularly beautiful, with a lovely palapa from which to watch the sunsets over the sea! Kayaks are a terrific boon to an already great experience!

This place was just what we were looking for! Great location. Christopher was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely look at booking with Christopher again!

The home is beautiful and really spacious with beautiful views of the ocean. Super close to the water and host has a lot of things to use including Kayaks. We will definitely be renting again in the future. Christoper is great on communicating and helping you out.

We have rented several houses on the beach with our family. This house was one of the best. The house had everything you could need or imagine, and I mean everything. Linens were stocked and the kitchen even had marshmallow skewers for the fire pit. We cooked full meals there for days and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach chairs, too. I am picky and this house was very clean. I would definitely go back and not need to bring anything extra, as this house has it all. The location was gorgeous, all windows on the back side of the house made for a breathtaking view of the ocean. House was close to town for many restaurants. Thank you very much!

Christopher has a lovely home that’s right on the beach! The back patio is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. We only had a couple of minor disappointments… first was the back stairs that lead to the beach are gone so there’s a steep sand hill you have to walk down & up. Not a huge problem but I have very bad knees and it made going to the ocean and coming back up difficult. The other issue was that the beach vendors were very aggressive and do not respect any sort of privacy. We had a few times that we were in bed reading and vendors would walk right up to our sliding door trying to sell us things… good thing we were dressed. All in all we had a great time and I definitely would recommend Christopher’s home.

We’ve stayed at many homes in las conchas, this one was our favorite yet. Everything worked great, the bedrooms and beds are nice. At high tide the water is right up to the back porch.

Great beach house! Cant wait to come back only suggestion would be a few more Tupperware/large containers with lids. Home was super clean! Kayaks, fire pit, PALAPA was awesome! cant wait to book again!

We had a wonderful stay in Los Conchas, beautiful home and perfect set up for 4 adults and 2 kids! The only complaint I had was that most of the beach chairs and one umbrella were broken, but we made it work. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and accessories, but did not have any spices besides salt and pepper (no big deal). The home it was wonderful and felt very secure with lots of parking space and an open garage! We will definitely book this home with Cris again!

We've stayed here twice now. Beautiful place, very conveniently located near the west entry to Las Conchas, so it's close to coffee shops and restaurants. Place is always spotless, well-equipped and well-maintained. Chris is just a fantastic host, responsive to guest needs. Best of all, house has amazingly beautiful beach views from just about everywhere inside, plus expansive deck, cool palapa and beachfront firepit. And unlike many houses at Las Conchas where there is a steep grade to access beach, access here is literally right off the deck. Love this place and will be back as often as we can!

We had such a great trip at this home! Everything was perfect and the view was even better!

The house was bright and cheery, with a lot of charm. The family thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and the views were amazing. Standing in front of the big bay windows, watching dolphins swim by was breathtaking. We will definitely stay again!

The house was amazing, even better than the pics. Great spaces inside and out, including kitchen, common areas, deck, the palapa, firepit plus the beach right there. Dolphins galore and amazing sunsets (in winter). Master BR was perfect with double sliders overlooking the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer but will be back!

The rental is well appointed, clean, and the configuration is great. It's easily accessed right as you enter the sector of the Las Conchas area and the unit was secure. The bedrooms were comfortable, it had working A/C and heat, and the beach access is right from the back door. Christopher was responsive and incredibly accommodating for us, which we appreciated greatly. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay! The view is spectacular. Booked this for a suprise birthday celebration for my husband. He completely loved it! The kayaking experience was breathtaking. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Christoper was super helpful and always available.

Great stay for 6 nights in October and we loved it. Nice clean house with everything you need during your stay. Christofer was a terrific host and answered all our questions promptly. Very quiet in the area and some days you almost had the beach to ourselves. Highly recommend!!!!!
