This place was amazing. The house was well taken care of and was spectacular inside and out. Situated on a hillside overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. My family and friends enjoyed their stay here and so did I. My son couldn’t wait to go back to the house to swim in the heated pool after a day visiting Ensenada. Everything works as it should have, the Air conditioning was ice cold and the hot tub was hot as could be. I would definitely recommend this place for families or get-togethers with friends. Plenty of room for everyone.

We absolutely loved staying at Joaquin's place! we were 10 guys on a bachelor party, and the place could not have been more perfect. Spacious rooms. Incredible backyard. incredible game room. there were honestly too many fun things to do in this house we hardly got around to half of them. I reached out the week of our stay to ask if the jacuzzi would be heated, and he said he already heated it up, and made sure all the outdoor grills were up and running and that the pool was warm. He was truly the best airbnb host I have ever had, and I have used airbnb all over the world. I, personally, have never given a review on Airbnb, but this stay was so great, I felt like I had to. Could not recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was even bigger than the photos and was very clean. The kitchen had every pan and cooking item we needed, which made our stay so convenient. The ocean view was amazing, and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was always very attentive, and everything else exceeded our expectations. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Casa Blanco. Joaquin was en excellent host - communicated well prior to our arrival and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. He was also very helpful in recommending a private driver for our day in Valle de Guadalupe and for local restaurants that could accommodate our larger group of 10. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. Joaquin also kept the pool heated during our entire stay and we took full advantage of it, despite the cool/rainy weather. We would definitely love to stay at Joaquin's house again especially during a warmer time of year when we could fully enjoy all of the great outdoor amenities (bbqs, outdoor dining area, etc).

We stayed in Joaquin's place for 3 day and I cannot say enough great things. Firs of all, he was very communicative from the time of booking, very respectful and explained everything thoroughly. our booking was so last minute, so all that was helpful. the home is amazing we enjoyed every minute of it. We highly recommend Joaquin's place and we are very great full to have had him as our host. He was very informative about anything going on in town that migh of affected our travel as far as traffic and all. We felt super safe at all time. Thanks you Joaquin 🫶🏼

This house is amazing! Even better than the photos. We went with a group of 8 friends and was the perfect house for a Baja getaway. The waterslide is so fun! Lots of rooms to hang out in, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked, great views and nice furniture + amenities. Joaquin was also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely a great host and amazing house

Definitely highly recommend staying at this beautiful location. Beautiful scenery, flawless house, lots to do at the house, basically a mini resort with all the amenities provided at the house and the space available. The pool and jacuzzi were an excellent break from the hot weather at times. Very relaxing environments, very private and secure. JB was always very responsive when there was questions and very flexible with all the requests. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever have the chance to.

Without a doubt the nicest Air B&B we have ever stayed at. Joaquin was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. His house had every amenity you could think of and more. We will definitely be returning!

This place was amazing! Came here with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. We were amazed from the moment we walked in. Joaquin was always available for any questions we had, provided a wonderful private chef recommendation, and the place had so many items we didn’t even need to bring like most places (coffee, sunscreen, jugs of water, etc.). An even bigger plus was not needing to do an intense “Airbnb cleanup” like most places (i.3e. Start the laundry, scrub down the kitchen, leave it cleaner than we found it) but of course we did do a good once over! Great place for friends, family, kids, and anyone and everyone!

Beautiful, well maintained house in great location. Owner made it very easy and accommodating to spend the weekend at his place. Gated community security guards were always on point around the clock. We really enjoyed our stay. During the evening dew through late morning, the breeze would bring up smell of all the fisheries in north Ensenada. Not an issue for us, but keep in mind.

This house was incredible! Actually better than the pictures. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is really well equipped, we cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. The space outside by the pool is unreal, and views really are spectacular! Javier was attentive and available when we had questions. The location is good too, right between Ensenada and the wine country. The community is gated with a guard making it feel very safe. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Amazing home! It really made this Christmas one to remember with the stunning view and all the things to do in the house! We were never once unsatisfied, works extremely well as a staycation if you are not out and about. Joaquin was also extremely polite , flexible , communicative and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay!

I have been blessed to stay at many great Airbnbs in various countries - i was blown away by this place. Spotlessly clean, everything works perfectly, beautifully/tasetefully decorated, and everything you might need for cooking/etc. just very impressive and the host so accommodating with check in and check out. Also a very safe neighborhood. I just loved it and highest recommendation. Awesome value.

Can't recommend this place enough. It has incredible views, clean and spacious, and has so many amenities including games and entertainment for all ages. And on top of how amazing the house itself is, Joaquin was a great host - excellent communication, provided plenty of recommendations, and was extremely accommodating. Casa Blanco (& Joaquín) were excellent hosts for our wedding weekend! The house was the perfect home base and Joaquín made it so easy on our group. He was extremely responsive and was super quick to get back to us when we would have questions about anything. We’d love to come back and stay here again! The only two downsides are that there wasn’t any cooking oil (not a big deal at all; there were also all kinds of spices and seasonings so it’s why we were surprised by the lack of oil) and the guard at the entrance of the community was definitely on a power trip. Despite us having no issues at all with our host and having had pre-approval from Joaquin to have a hair + makeup team and photographers come in the morning of the wedding. Which should not at all be a reflection of the house / host, but is something of note.

Gorgeous place, clean, Joaquin is responsive and the best!

This house was incredibly clean and wealth stocked with fun games to use the awesome backyard Space. Wonderful backyard grill area centrally located between the valley de Guadalupe and Ensenada. I would definitely recommend this place. I will never go back to Mexico without the fast pass to get back across the border, however.

This place was incredible! There was so much to do and the space was so large that it took a little getting used to and I’m sure we missed some of the amenities. Communication was great! Any questions we had we’d text and get a response right away! 10/10 would go again! Plus it’s centrally located so we could get to both Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe with just a quick Uber ride.

We stayed here for the Baja500. It was our first Baja race, and Joaquin was so flexible and helpful as our plans were changing last minute. There was lots of room for our cars. The spacious yard made for an easy team meeting/dinner the night before. The kids in the group LOVED the pool. Thank you, Joaquin! 10/10 would stay here again.

House is amazing. Completely stocked with everything one may need (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms) and house was incredibly clean. The house itself is extremely beautiful, large, and well decorated. Host was very helpful with all accommodations and was very flexible to work with our needs. I would strongly recommend this stay to anyone. A great value

Great stay for a friends bachelor weekend! You’ll need to take Ubers/taxis/drive into town but it’s only 15 minutes away. House has plenty of space for activities and the backyard is beautiful. We cooked more than a few meals and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Beds comfy and temperature throughout the house was wonderful

Caso Blanco was such an amazing place to stay! Beautiful home with super cool tile all over the place, big open layout with big tall ceilings, and super clean! It was plenty of room for our group of 10 friends we had a blast with with all the fun amenities like the hot tub, pool table, ping pong table. Felt super safe as well inside the gated community. Joaquin was also very helpful and responsive if we had any questions. Check in instructions were very clear and the place was easy to get into and find. Thanks again Joaquin, we had some much fun and will definitely look to book your place again next time we come down!

We had an amazing couple of days at Joaquin’s beautiful house! The house is dreamy and the location is perfection with a quick drive to a great surf break, close to downtown and a short drive to the Valle. The neighborhood felt very safe and Joaquin could not have been more helpful with his detailed instructions for check-in. He was also very helpful with local recommendations for our group. We could have hung out at the house the entire time with all the games/activities he has on the property. Highly recommend his house for anyone looking to explore San Miguel.

Our group of 5 loved staying at this property. They enjoyed all of the outdoor space to relax and socialise in, as well as the spacious indoor areas. Everything is well appointed, and the hosts were 10/10 to deal with. We had to extend our stay last minute and it was handled with ease. We are unique airbnb guests, and these hosts exceeded our expectations. We will definitely seek them out when we are back in the area.

This is a perfect location for a group trip to Valle/Ensenada. Beautiful home with tons to do with family or friends. The house is clean and looks just like the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You are central if trying to get out to Valle de Guadalupe or to Ensenada. Joaquin is a fantastic host. Very responsive and was very helpful with local chef, dinner, and driver recommendations.

Had an amazing long weekend in Joaquin's place. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with some close friends and have plenty of room for everyone. This is one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. All my friends loved the place. Perfect for a big group. The description and photos were exactly how it was in real life. Everything in the house actually worked and the kitchen was stocked with what you need. It has an amazing view, safe, and fun amenities. We went surfing at San Miguel (so close) and short drive to the Valle and Ensenada. It was easy to communicate with Joaquin. I will be back.

Stayed at Joaquin's place for my bachelorette party and it was perfection. Kitchen was easy to use for making big group meals, bedrooms were spacious, and the pool area and backyard come with a wide array of fun activities, from the waterslide to lawn games. Would absolutely recommend staying at this home, I'd happily do it again. Was very easy to get to a local grocery store and to restaurants and bars in Ensenada, and if you're going to the Valle it's only about a 25 minute drive to most of the wineries.

Overall my experience at Casa Blanco was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and was full of amenities. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. the backyard was our favorite, we spent lots of time outside enjoying the pool and time as a family. Joaquin was also great, the communication was on point and he was very accommodating. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and we all felt very safe. This house is PERFECT.

Joaquin’s home is simply amazing!! The pool was perfect and the outdoor bbq area was outstanding! It truly does have the best views. There was lots of space for our group of friends to spread out and everyone slept well and enjoyed hot showers. It’s also a nice location if you plan to go to Valle Guadalupe!

We spent 4 days as a group of 12 guys celebrating a bachelor party and had the best time! We chose the house primarily for the location (its perfectly located just outside Ensenada at the entrance to Valle de Guadalupe and is in a gated, very nice, safe, suburban neighborhood of villas/homes) and the beautiful outdoor spaces/pool. The house is walking distance from San Miguel restaurant which I also highly recommend for brunch. The house was incredible and far surpassed expectations. The pictures don't do the view justice, it's truly breathtaking and so peaceful. Joaquin was very friendly, attentive, and proactive. He's a stellar host and we look forward to visiting again!

Absolutely perfect place for our weekend. It was spacious and description was exactly what the house was - we couldn't have been happier. Joaquin was on top of helping us check-in and turn lights on around the pool. It also felt very, very safe since the house is in a gated community. 12/10 recommend.

Joaquin was incredibly quick to respond and great communication during our stay for recommendations. He has setup nearly every game imaginable - and the good ones! Some airbnbs have monopoly and some boring board games, but he’s setup a ping pong table, pool table, soccer table, and outside games. Overall, you can’t ask for a better experience. The hospitality was unreal. Thank you!!

We had a great time at Joaquin's house over the Holidays/New Year. It has the most beautiful view of the ocean and tons of space. There were things to do for everyone! I was sad the pool was freezing cold, but we knew that going into it (that it is not heated). However, my kids and family had fun in the hot tub and played a lot of games outside as the weather was great. The house also has foosball and pool and some games which were fun! We loved that it had two parking spots for our two cars and was easy to access. It also had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils and all the items you would need for a week long stay. We were able to drive to a lot of fun things in Ensenada and had a great time!

We were just there for our wedding in Valle de Guadalupe, we were able to stay there comfortably and enjoying the gorgeous views! Excellent place, we celebrated my birthday and we found this super house at the ideal point to go on excursions to the Guadalupe Valley or go to Ensenada. We made some barbecues in the pool area, great facilities and with all the equipment you need

The house is very nice, the beds are comfy, we found every appliances we needed (coffee machine, water fountain, hair dryer, washing machine…). We really enjoyed the toboggan and had a great time by the pool and jacuzzi. The view was nice and the fact that it is in a secure residence was really appreciated. Also, the communication was great. Casa Blanco is an absolute dream home! I can’t even put into words how this home looks in person. I was sold with the pictures online, but when you get there it’s more than what you could have imagined. Joaquin has every single thing you need for your vacation. The cleanliness was superb! Joaquin’s response time is immediate, he’s respectful, and extremely helpful! If you are looking for the most memorable time Casa Blanco is the answer! My family and I will definitely come back as many times as we can. Best vacation home hands down!

Joaquin was a great host! Made our stay comfortable and easy. House is beautiful with everything you need. To cooking having a great bbq to enjoying their fire pit right by the pool side. View was amazing! Very beautiful. Pool was so much fun! The water slide was a huge hit for us all, hot tub was awesome when that breeze hit, just make sure nothing on skin even sunblock when going in because that can make the cleaning process longer, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, laundry room was a hit since we were traveling extra days. Garage space was great for smaller cars we had, my husband’s crew cab 1500 barley fit but it did which was great, just have that in mind if driving a big lifted truck. Just a must stay!! I can’t express that enough! My family had such a fun time! See you hopefully soon.

This house is absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed a lowkey family get together here and we never wanted to leave the property! My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Fantastic place, friendly and helpful owner, and overall great stay. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful, so well decorated, and was fully stocked with everything we needed (cooking supplies, board games, water toys, blankets, towels). The check-in and check-out process was seamless! Joaquin was a great communicator and helped us throughout the process. We would love to stay here again! A couple things to note: Ubers are tricky to get here so give yourself time to call one. The wifi was the only issue we ran into. It was not good enough to work on, just good enough to send messages on your phone.
