This was my second time staying at Sayan Beach and I’ll definitely stay again. The condo was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing.

Thomas’s place is great. Very spacious and well kept. The view from the balcony is one of a kind in Puerto Vallarta. Pools are incredible with top notch service all around. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was as stated in the description. Views of ocean and pools were spectacular. Condo was beautiful and well maintained. Condo staff were also very responsive and helpful. Only disappointment was that the dishwasher was not working, which made doing dishes an inconvenience with two small children. Tom tried to get the needed part, but things move slowly in Mexico.

Tom's place was a perfect home-base for our week-plus stay in Puerto Vallarta. More than enough room for our family of five adults/young adults, and an easy walk down the beach or very affordable taxi/Uber to get to all of the attractions of the Zona Romantic. The complex has great amenities -- a pickleball court (with equipment provided by the host), a well stocked and maintained gym, and incredible views from the multiple pools. The unit was more spacious than we expected, and although there were a few nicks and scuffs here and there, it is a beautiful and comfortable space. And the views from the wraparound balcony are fantastic. The food and service at the restaurant was very good, although we ended up having most of our meals in town. All of the staff members at Sayan Beach were friendly, efficient, and quick to offer help. Finally, the laid-back, swimmable beach is just steps away. We would gladly stay again.

Five stars. Tom is a great host. He was very responsive to any questions we had and he provided great recommendations for the area. The unit is beautiful. It is very clean and well stocked with unbelievable views and a great location. The Sayan Beach Condominium complex is very nice. The pools are spectacular and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

When I tell you the pictures do not do this place justice. It was breathtaking!!! Such a beautiful Airbnb the views are amazing! I really can’t think of one bad thing about this place! I would 10/10 highly recommend this place to anyone! Such a great host too very responsive and friendly!

This place is really big. The tall ceilings make it feel even bigger. Amazing views. Beautiful big pools. Unbelievable infinity pool on the rooftop. Everything clean and well maintained. Food so good and very reasonable and great service. You basically don’t need to leave the place. So relaxing. Perfect in every way.

Have came to puerta Vallarta many times and this was one of my favorite! 😍 The home was very nice with great views. You’ll want tot get some groceries at the store before your arrival if you plan on cooking. 🧑‍🍳 The food at the pools were ok, a little salty. The drinks at the bar were tasteful. Overall I’d stay here again and would recommend family and friends too as well. Love the hospitality of the staff, they will be missed! ❤️

This was one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. We had a group of six friends and had comfortably enough private space with beautiful resort amenities including two infinity pools and hot tubs and two bars and restaurants. The food at the condo was amazing and well-priced, and it was a quick 3 min Uber ride to the main part of town for a night out. Highly recommend staying at this gem!!

Beautiful space! The view from both the unit itself and the pool area was amazing. Thomas was super responsive and helpful, and he even had many snacks ready for us on arrival.

Tom was incredibly warm and welcoming when we arrived. The building and his condo was everything described and so much more. Also, being a gracious host, Tom had left cold drinks and a wonderful bottle of wine along with assorted snacks for us. Definitely staying here again!

The home is in a fabulous building in a beautiful location right next to the beach.

Thomas’s place was a perfect setup for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom/ on suite. The kitchen/ living/ patio area gave the best views of PV. We loved having the option for the rooftop and lower level pool. The food/ service were wonderful- highly recommend this stay!

Simply wonderful!!!. Perfect location, quiet, clean, apartment with everything one would need and more!. Thomas was extremely friendly, welcomed us with sweet amount details and the cooler with drinks!. We fall in love with the place, I dream. We'll be back every time we can. Thomas’s place was SO nice!! The condo was beautiful and the view was the incredible!! The staff at the condo were so kind and helpful from the minute we checked in until check out! The pools and private beach access were so well kept! It was very easy to Uber to/from town, it’s close to everything we wanted to do! I wish we could have stayed longer and we will be back!

Beautiful Place with views. Both pools are amazing and fully staffed. If you are looking for a place that is resort like without having to deal with crowds and in a more private environment this is it. Worth the money and the experience. Jose the concierge it’s out of this world with his service. The Bartender Joaquin best service ever! Best clamatos ever for the hangover! We were celebrating my birthday and had a chef come over to cook dinner for us, simply amazing better than going to a restaurant. Book now! You won’t regret 🫶

Look no further! Tom’s place is the place for you. First let me say that Tom was an incredible host. His condo was beautiful and well positioned for us to enjoy the best of what PV has to offer. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were a group of 5 guests and the condo was the perfect size. The rooftop had a an infinity pool, a hot tub, and a full bar. The gym was also effective for a decent workout. We rented a SUV due to the size of our group and it was such a convenience for parking to be included. We will definitely book Tom’s place for future trips.

We love Sayan Beach! This is our third or fourth time in this condo complex but first at Thomas’s unit. The views are borderline worth the price of admission alone but Thomas was proactive in asking if he could help with anything and addressed any concerns we might have in a timely manner. I think the value of this condo complex is unparalleled in its ability to provide a resort like experience without actually being in a resort. Our last night there we had a fantastic chef named Roman Ventura come in and cook a wild six course meal and he had everything he needed to complete it which I find astonishing. Most STRs lack some kitchen essentials but not here. All and all, another great stay at Sayan Beach. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful views. Spacious living quarters. Thoughtful details - flowers, snacks and drinks. Sheets on the bed were so soft. Pools and food was amazing. Margaritas are delicious and will get you drunk! 10/10 would recommend!!

One of the most spectacular views likely of all Puerto Vallarta ! The apartment was super clean, spacious and inviting. The services of the Sayan were exceptional with courteous and helpful staff. This was my second stay at the Sayan Beach Condo Complex, and will not be my mast.... Thank you Thomas for the exceptional property and service!

This is the most beautiful condo I've been in... I would highly recommend it to anyone. The host was welcoming and always accessible. 5 STARS !!! I'm already looking forward to my next trip there.

The place is clean has fantastic views and comfortable beds, but the food was not that great, service at the bars was good and the security was great but our experience with the food was bad so we went out constantly to eat.

Thomas and his condo are great!! Perfect location, the food in the building is great, and Thomas was extremely accommodating the entire duration of our stay.

There are two things I can say about our stay! Tom was an amazing host and the lodging was magnificent. If you have not stayed at the Sayan Beach Condominiums, you are missing out on an amazing experience. The apt. was clean, rooms were a great size and it was only 3-5 minute drive from anything you wanted. More importantly, Tom was a great host. Responsive, conversational, great company. He event shared his knowledge about PV and the dos and don'ts. He even provided recommendations for a local chef for a birthday dinner. Overall, a great experience and when I come back to PV, this is the only location I will stay at!

Great condo with perfect location and great service..The views are extremely amazing and the receptionists were very friendly and made us feel safe at all the time..

Wow! This place is unimaginable. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Every morning we watched the dolphins and whales in the water. Later on at night we would watch the gorgeous sunsets.. the views were unbeatable. The place itself was fantastic. Night one, we had a private chef come in to cook for us who Thomas referred and they made sure we always had a drink in our hand and the food was amazing!! I highly recommend, especially after a long day of traveling! We also made breakfast in the huge kitchen every morning which was fully stocked with all pots, pans and dishes that you need. The room we had was an ocean view and it made you want to wake up early just to see the sunrise from your bed with your coffee. Then you have the amazing pools.. the private beach.. the easy walk to the other beaches and restaurants.. the service at the from people up desk were amazing, always happy to help, even if that meant calling up a taxi from where we were in town! All around 10/10 would do again! Extremely worth it. (We had 3 couples all together)

Tom’s place is amazing and Tom is an equally great host! Really communicative, accommodating, and helpful. The beds are comfy, the view from this condo is breathtaking, and the condo is well stocked with beach chairs, washer/dryer, and nice kitchen amenities. Sayan Beach is such a great place to stay with two infinity pools and a restaurant as well, all within walking distance to Zona Romantica. 10 out of 10 recommend Sayan Beach and Tom’s place in particular.

Tom’s place is amazing. Clean, comfy with well stocked kitchen even though we didn’t do any cooking. Gorgeous panoramic ocean views. The on site restaurant is fantastic. Great gym and beautiful pools. The location was an easy walk along the beach into town for restaurants, bars, night clubs etc. Tom went above and beyond to help make our birthday celebration unforgettable. Thanks Tom!

Great place to stay with a family. Excellent corner location and on the same floor as entrance, so no time wasted in elevator to get in and out.

Thomas is such a nice host, he awnsered very quick and his condo is absolutely fantastic! Very good option for families, the service at the pool is super nice and u don’t even need to cook during your stay, the food is super yummy at the reataurat! Pool is safe for kids, the condo too, for sure we will come back soon! Thank u Thomas!

this place is difficult to describe, Thomas is a super host. He takes care every detail to make sure your staying is pleasant and comfortable. This place is a ten: great location (close to everywhere), SUPER CLEAN, spacious and i don’t want to talk about the wonderful view because you have to see it for your self. My friends and i enjoyed to the MAX this place. For sure i will go back. Thank you Thomas

If you're "thinking" about getting this place, just stop thinking, and book it! The pictures don't do it any justice, and the service here by the staff was OUTSTANDING!! I can't say enough good things about them. They wentout fortheir way with everything! The air bnb host was very responsive, but we didn't have to talk much because we didn't have any issues!! The view from his spot on the balcony was beautiful! The rooftop was closed for reno so that was a bummer, but the other pool and bar was so amazing, it's like we didn't miss out on anything. Loved my visit, and will definitely book with him again.

The images don’t do this space justice. Beautiful condo with insane views of the ocean and sunsets. The building is impeccably maintained. Was hoping to use the rooftop pool and bar but it was under construction, hopefully next time. Would definitely recommend Tom’s place for a Puerto Vallarta vacation!
