An amazing place that exceeded our expectations. Honestly, we would go back without a second thought. In addition, the people who work at the place are super friendly and helpful; it's a place with great people.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo building has everything and you can’t beat the location! It is a beautiful area! Jansoulet responded quickly to any question and was easy to communicate with!

Beautiful suite in a wonderful setting. Ground floor made it very convenient to access pool and racquet courts. Tennis rackets in the suite was an added bonus. The unit is very large and very quiet. We would definitely return!

The Peninsula resort and this condo were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. It was our first stay in Nuevo Vallarta and we were expecting more restaurants, markets and shops within easy walking distance, but had to Uber everywhere. But for sand, sea and sun you can’t beat this location. The pool is beautiful and we always found lounging poolside or on the beach. Having poolside food and drinks was a wonderful opportunity each day. Our Host was extremely responsive and helpful and accommodating. We would stay again.

Beautiful place! Kitchen was stocked perfectly. Anything you need she has. We have stayed at many places in this condo complex and this was the most beautiful and well stocked. Absolutely loved our trip and staying here. Worked out so amazing - we had our 4 grandkids with us and we were so so comfortable 🥰

Jansoulet’s place was amazing! She is very responsive and her unit being on the ground floor is so convenient. It’s perfectly set up with the double twin beds both with trundle - very clean and super safe building. The building has amazing amenities from a games room, to a business center, gym, pickle / tennis courts, playground, large pools, and amazing beach! We didn’t want to leave. The staff are amazing and they have massages on site as well! Highly recommend the unit!

We had such a wonderful time. The pool is amazing and huge. Our condo was amazing and Jansoulet was very prompt in answering our texts. We had outstanding service! The weather was perfect and next year we are going back for 2 full months!

Great location. Simple decor and fully equipped. Highly recommended for family vacations. Super advantage of quick access on the first floor. When you come and go to the beach or pool several times a day, you value it much more than having an ocean view.

Jansoulet was a fantastic host. She was very attentive and accommodating. We really enjoyed staying at her condo. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were a few steps from the pool and beach. The complex has a nice gym to workout and a restaurant to service guests at the beach and pool. We definitely recommend staying here.

This was one of our most favorite ABNBs we’ve stayed at. The unit was very well outfitted for cooking compared to others we’ve stayed in. This ground floor unit was very nice. The resort was extremely well maintained with very friendly staff. There is a very nice gym and game room. The pool area was very nice with some heated pools and the restaurants were handy. A short 1 minute walk to such a nice pool area and lovely beach was great. We could see whales and dolphins while sitting pool side. It’s a short 15 minute drive to some local eateries to the north with more expensive tourist spots within walking distance. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Jansoulet is a wonderful and thoughtful host. She was super responsive and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in her spacious and well appointed condo. The patio for a morning coffee is steps from the pool area and beach. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise and food/service awesome. The complex is clean and calm, and the security and reception team is also very helpful. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay!

The apartment's location is excellent

Fantastic condo right on the beach. Photos are accurate. The building and amenities are modern and new. The location is at one of the less built up sections of the beach. I would recommend renting a car. Uber sometimes cannot find cars. Jansoulet was very helpful and responsive. Very understanding when needed to book longer as we tried to get flights home during the Covid-19 crisis. We hope to return.

We had a lovely time in this property, everything is as described in the information and the photos. Jansoulet was a very attentive host from days, even weeks before our arrival. She is a prompt and very attentive communicator and always on point for any need. We are greatly impressed with her service and attentiveness.

Amazing place!

Where to start? It's the second time we stayed in this magnificent apartment and we will definitely be back. Without exaggerating, everything is impeccable, very good taste in decoration and details. First-class cleanliness, location and security. In the way of a great detail from Mrs. Baeza, we found a bottle of Cheno wine next to a welcome message next to a welcome message. You can tell that the hosts are very well-educated people with excellent taste. It's very important to feel at home and that's how we felt.

We recommend this place for everything. Cleanliness,organized, and super location. The joust es exceptional and very pleasant and accommodating. The 2 restaurants at the complex are excellent and affordable, the swimming pools are super large and one of them heated,. The ground is beautiful and well maintained

The apartment is excellent, and the building is majestic. The location is unbeatable, and the decoration is impeccable. The pool and beach are excellent, and the lunch bar in the condominium also has very good food and excellent prices. It is very well equipped, not only with basic appliances and many more, but also with a variety of dishes, a cooler cart to take to the beach, and a very good hot tub. The owner even left us cleaning and hygiene products and condiments. Small details that make vacations easier Attention has been paid to every last detail, even in the Poets, so that everything smells of nature. Highly recommended and the owner was always available for any needs, such as suggesting where to go to eat or shop and other very practical suggestions
