The best place to stay in Santa Teresa! 🥰 It was a real pleasure to stay here. The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an incredible stay and feel at home. The hosts were super friendly and helpful at all times, always available to assist us and responding very quickly to any questions we had. The service was excellent, and they really made our experience even better. Without a doubt, if my friends and I return to Santa Teresa, we would stay here again! Highly recommended. 💕

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The property was not clean upon arrival, the beds had hair and dirt on them, and overall the entire house felt dirty and poorly maintained. The outdoor shower didn’t work because, according to the host, it was “too expensive” to have it running, which was disappointing since it’s advertised as an amenity. The pool water level was extremely low, and there was trash and dirt around the pool area, making it look neglected. Water pressure throughout the house was a major issue. The showers had extremely poor water pressure, and the sinks were even worse, making it difficult to do basic things like wash your hands or brush your teeth. Overall, the property is in serious need of maintenance and a thorough deep cleaning.

Accommodation that could be much better. Very basic in terms of amenities, no bottle opener, very limited in the kitchen, two defective air conditioners. I needed to rest, and during our 2 full days there, there was a cleaning lady from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and air conditioner repairmen from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on both days... In addition, there is construction on the other side of the fence. On the other hand, the owner (I think he was) was very quick to respond to us. Our trip was still a flop 😔

Very good place. It's exactly as shown, and for stays with large groups of people, it's great because it's like 2 houses in 1. Very central, shops nearby, restaurants nearby, beach nearby. Very friendly host; he let us leave a little later. Great response time, always. No hassle.

Me, my boyfriend, and three of our friends stayed here and absolutely loved it. The private bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group because everyone had their own space and privacy. We especially loved how the home was set up around the pool, which made it the perfect spot to relax and hang out on hot days. The location was also fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was listed as “brand new,” but it was not as described upon arrival. Within the first 10 minutes, we documented several material issues that impacted both safety and habitability: • Broken lockbox for the gate key/main security door (access/security issue) • Loose stair tiles creating a fall hazard • Front door lock coming out of the door (security concern) • Pool water level significantly low • Overall cleanliness issues, including visible stains, dirt in corners and very dirty bedroom mats • Strong odor consistent with sewer gas masked by air freshener Due to these conditions, we did not feel the property met basic safety and cleanliness standards and were unable to stay. We left immediately and secured alternative accommodations nearby. We promptly notified the host and requested a refund under Airbnb’s “not as described” and safety standards, but the host

Was bad experience nothing was working leaking from air-conditioning sewer Stock water come out from the sewer water running everywhere. We need taking a shower mold on the tile noise from the door you cannot close or open the door. No parking people block your car you cannot move or do anything horrible horrible house not worth any money. That was a wasting money big mistake not recommend at all.

There were six of us staying at this property, and we had a really great time. We stayed here for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. The location is great and everything was easily accessible. We definitely recommend this place!

the place was great for a few families. We were 2 families so we each had our own separate areas and bathrooms which was nice. There was nice table outside and in living area for us to eat and hangout. The pool was nice. The location is Great. Just a few blocks from the beach and main road of stores and restaurants and grocery stores. So nice to hear the howler monkeys in the mornings.

Very happy with our stay. The place was clean and tidy. Host was responsive and helpful. Cleaner comes each day. The location is great, located close to the beach front and lots of restaurants and bars close by. I would highly recommend this place.
