The house has 2 units: each unit has a living room and kitchen and 2 master bedrooms. In the outdoor area you can enjoy a private pool, tanning beds and a dining table. g. The whole house is rented as one property. A cleaner can be sent every day. The cost is $20 per day. The space Casa Primavera is located in the heart of Santa Teresa. It's a brand new house with all the amenities for a comfortable and unforgettable vacation! The house has 4 master bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. We will do our best to make your vacation as wonderful and memorable as possible. If you are looking for modern, intimate, spacious and luxury, this is the perfect house for you! Santa Teresa beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Clear warm water, white sand, coconut palms and spectacular sunsets! Is the perfect combination of amazing beaches, waves all year round and luxury. Many activities to do in the area, such as fishing trips, snorkeling, Canopy, waterfalls, boat tours, massage sessions, yoga classes or surf lessons. I think some of the previous reviews were a bit harsh, this place delivers a good experience overall. I stayed my my family including kids, and we had a great time. it's not perfect by any means, but good enough to make your stay enjoyable. I would stay here again considering the cost vs value.

1000/10 a este lugar. Es igual a las fotos, ubicación muy accesible y cerca de todo, en la pura entrada pudimos rentar los cuadras a un muy buen precio. Que hicieran limpieza durante la estadía es un plus que nos encantó, la comunicación muy clara y rápida y el lugar es hermoso, mágico y tranquilo. Muchísimas gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo, y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Las amenidades en general cumplen, lo que hace que el lugar tenga potencial. No obstante, hay varios puntos a mejorar: se notó falta de mantenimiento en algunas áreas con fuerte humedad, la presión de agua en las duchas es muy baja, algunos artículos de cocina estaban sucios y la limpieza general no fue la mejor. También la seguridad es limitada, ya que la entrada era muy fácil de abrir. El parqueo no estaba delimitado, lo que permitió que personas ajenas se estacionaran. La piscina necesita una grada adicional, ya que la existente es muy alta y poco accesible. Además, no había un espacio adecuado para colgar ropa mojada, algo esencial en un lugar con piscina, y una de las cocinas no contaba con microondas. En general, es un sitio con buena ubicación y espacios grandes, pero que requiere mejoras en mantenimiento, limpieza, seguridad y equipamiento para brindar una mejor experiencia.

Excelente ubicación, está cerca de supermercado, playa y restaurantes, fácil acceso en vehículo y caminando. El lugares es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Lo recomiendo.

Aviv was a great host.. However zero hot water in kitchen. And Luke warm to no hot water in showers. We have children and had no way to wash or disinfect the dishes being used..I’m not sure how the cleaner for the unit achieved this either. So essentially all the dishes in the property get cleaned with cold water. The property is falling apart.. needs major maintenance.. if it rains outside..it’s raining inside also. I’m not going list everything because it’s a very long list of things that need replaced or fixed.. the photos of the property make it look fantastic but the true state of this place look very different.. beware
