We had a really lovely couple of days as a family, enjoying the pool and the stunning garden, incredible sights of the mountains, while staying in a beautiful and very spacious house.

The house is even nicer than the pictures. You wake up with birds singing surrounded by nature and an exquisite garden. You can walk to town in 15 mns. Worrh every penny.

Everything was wonderful. Nicolás always responded very quickly and was attentive. In addition, the house and facilities are very good. It's private, safe, and comfortable. The caretakers, Roberto and Lucy, were very friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times. Highly recommended!

Very nice, comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We really enjoyed the house. Ideal for spending time with family and pets. The heated pool was very convenient, as we had a small child with us. The accommodation is safe, clean, and located near the center, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Nicolás was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Roberto and his mom, who are the service people, were always very attentive and very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

The house is very nice, the pool is super comfortable, the service from the staff was very good… they gave us many extras like a ping-pong table, Apple TV, etc. There are many common areas to hang out and socialize.

Our sibling reunion at Nicolas’s home in Tepoztlán was magical from the moment the gates opened. The home felt incredibly spacious for the seven of us — comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly accommodating in every way. Christina and her husband were absolutely amazing hosts, and I truly cannot say enough about their warmth and hospitality. We spent our evenings outside watching the beautiful electric storms roll through the mountains, then welcomed the peaceful morning sun with coffee and conversation. The town itself is very walkable — definitely a bit of a trek at times, but taxis are easy to find when needed. More than anything, there was something special about the energy of Tepoztlán that made the entire experience feel unforgettable. It was one of those rare trips where the home, the people, and the place all came together perfectly.

Our stay at the house was very nice. The property is really very nice, comfortable and very well maintained. The heated pool was definitely one of the best features, ideal for enjoying and relaxing. Both the front and back gardens are beautiful and make the house feel even more special. Without a doubt, the best thing was the master bedroom, which has an amazing view. In addition, the people who look after the house were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which is greatly appreciated. The only detail to consider was that the water filter had a lot of dust, but other than that, we really enjoyed our visit and had a very nice time in Tepoztlán.

We booked and checked in into another air bnb and we ran out because it did not match the description ( not to say that we felt unsafe ) BUT then we found Nicolas place… a total hidden gem in Tepoztlan There is not enough word to say that our stay was more than perfect…. I would totally recommend this place and would not hesitate to book his place again and again

Nicolas was a great host! The home was nothing short of amazing and my friends and family had an amazing time. Aside from the beautiful property, Raymond and Christina who are the on site caretakers, provide a comfortable and welcoming feeling and helped us all weekend with establishing transportation, recommendations for food and drinks and any other questions we had. There’s no question of if we will be back, but when. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The house is much nicer than the photos; the garden is amazing and perfect, and my babies really enjoyed the pool because it was a very comfortable temperature. My family, our dogs, and I had a great time.

Nicolás is a great host. Very friendly staff, Pedro and his wife. What I loved the most was that the pool was heated. There are many Airbnb houses where the pool is cold, but I loved it and much more to stay in this place.

Lovely and peaceful place where you’ll be able to read, play, swim and enjoy time with your family and friends. Pedro and Martha, keepers of the property are friendly and always willing to help. If you are lucky to find Martha available for cooking, she’ll delight your senses with local dishes. Nico is a great host who can be reached with any doubt or concern. I highly recommend this place to get away from your daily routine, and find yourself enjoying the simplicity of life .

Just Amazing! The views are beautiful, the gardens are beautiful, the house is very spacious and everything is super clean. The gentlemen who take care of the house were always available to help us with any questions. It's identical to what you see in the photos or even better! I would definitely come back!

Absolutely stunning place. The best place we have been so far EVER in the beautiful country of Mexico. Beautiful house and area. The keepers of the property that we met, Señora Lupita and Sr Pedro, keep the property pristine and immediately tend any guests needs. The only issue is that this house is so beautiful and perfect that makes an obstacle to go outside and know the beautiful town of Tepoztlán. The owner, Sr Nicolas is extremely responsive and accessible for any communication. This is truly a hidden gem in the ARBNB community. For sure we would like to be back and if possible always stay some days in this amazing house

It's everything shown in the ad and more! We went with the family and had a great time. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the garden is dreamy and the pool is delicious. The house is clean and well maintained. Pedro and Marta are attentive and friendly at all times. There are sometimes parties on the property next door - and that's not controlled by the host - but everything is so nice that we still rested a lot. In short, we would come back!

Absolutely magical stay. Nicolas was incredibly helpful and communicative. The home is so lovely and the grounds are even more beautiful with all of the gardens. We felt right at home and very safe. We were surprised and grateful to have a house and groundskeeper on site at all times. The house is a bit of a walk uphill to town but it wouldn’t have been a big deal if it weren’t for carrying a two year old 😂. The neighboring event space plays bass music quite loud until 1 or 2 am on the weekends, which was unfortunate but certainly not the airbnbs fault. We were very happy to have stayed at Nicolas home and we would be grateful to stay again.

We stayed at Nicola’s place for a week with my family and enjoyed the most wonderful, peaceful time in this stunning home. The gardens are breathtaking with a stunning view from the living room and pool to the mountain tops of Tepoztlan! The house is cozy and welcoming and the host was incredibly responsive, helpful and very kind! The house staff Martha and Pedro took care of everything. Martha’s cooking is incredibly good - we enjoyed the food a lot! It’s a 15 min walk to the city center and 5 min car ride. A perfect location and a unique home!

We were very comfortable in the house. Very well equipped compared to other houses we've been to. Very friendly and flexible host. The gardens and pool are very enjoyable. The view of Mount Tepozteco is well worth it. The area is very quiet. Great place to relax and rest.

The host is a very friendly and courteous person, at all times he answered our questions, he even allowed us to arrive a little earlier the day we entered, the house is wonderful, plenty of space, plenty of clean air, the pool always had a good temperature for my girls... Anyway, I highly recommend the place, it's completely worth it.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place, it certainly matches the photos and description of the house. It is a very beautiful place to relax and spend pleasant moments with family. The view of the tepoz is great, the whole house is very clean and tidy, the pool is the same, I fell in love with the garden area, it makes you have a very nice interaction with nature. Its location is good as it is very close to downtown. Nico was very kind and attentive during the stay, always attentive and answered almost instantly. The managers Pedro and Martha are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to Tepoz on my next stay.

This place is so beautiful! I don’t think the pictures do it justice. You wake up to gorgeous views. I was able to rest, work, swim, and enjoy Tepoztlán in this beautiful home. I hope I can come back soon.

Beautiful property with wonderful pool, lovely gardens and overall excellent space. Care takers Pedro and Martha were very accomodating also - particulaly loved the extra ammenities like ping pong, pool towels, many outdoor spaces to relax and take the stunning mountain views in. Probably the best Airbnb or rental we’ve stayed in. The house was exactly as described. Fully equipped, very comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor space was great for meals, and lounging. The pool was impeccably clean, with very warm water. The grounds and gardens were amazingly beautiful! Lots of space for our family. The caretakers of the property, Martha and Pedro were very helpful during our stay. We hired Martha daily to prepare our meals, and everything was delicious. The host, Nicholas was very responsive to messages, and answered any questions we had. I forgot a bag there, and the next day he sent it to me. We’re looking forward to go back in the future.

This house is probably the best kept secret in Airbnb in Tepoztlan. The property is really spacious, comfortable and the pool and garden are simply beautiful! The place is also very comfortable and super clean! The people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. The cook is wonderful. Absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely return. We had an amazing time in the house these three days. Everything is just spectacular! The garden, the house, the pool, everything. The experience is more like a boutique hotel than a rental property. The kitchen and terrace are super equipped and the caretakers took care of us in luxury. Mrs. Marta cooks very well. Something I really value in my stays is the cleanliness and I think the property couldn't be cleaner. My only recommendation is to upload better photos because the ones that are are short of how beautiful everything is. 100% recommended and we will definitely return many times.
