Have stayed at multiple of Daniel’s homes in Manzanillo. Beautiful places!

We took a family trip and were very comfortable. The house is very nice, just as shown in the photos in the listing. The bedrooms have air conditioning and the living/dining room has very good fans. The pool is very nice and clean. The common areas, such as the dining room and the terrace, are very spacious and comfortable. Club Santiago is very nice and the beach is beautiful and clean. The house is very close to the Oxxo, and across the street there is a supermarket and a place that sells seafood. Without a doubt, an excellent option in Manzanillo.

We went as a family, we really enjoyed the facility, the pool and especially the security. The rooms are comfortable, and for us who are from a cold climate, having air conditioning in each room was very helpful!!! We would definitely stay there again.

The pool had warm water and we were able to have a barbecue to celebrate my children's birthday. The place is very spacious and we were able to be comfortable, despite being a large group.

The stay was pleasant, the house is nice, comfortable, it is in the first houses when entering the subdivision, very close to the Oxxo and three blocks walking to the beach. The rating dropped a little because the refrigerator does not work well and it has been mentioned several times by other people, also consider that it does not have cleaning service included in the fee that is paid. The direct contact is not Daniel, the host is another very friendly person who answers very quickly to any situation or question, however it is important to mention it when booking to avoid triangulation of calls/information.

The manager responded quickly to any situation that arose, the place was clean, only at night there are cats or raccoons that throw out the garbage and break the bags, so it is better to keep the bucket in the bathroom outside at night and consider that the room does not have air conditioning, however, it has large windows that open to the pool From there everything is fine

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the garden has excellent space and the rooms very comfortable, the fractionation is super quiet and the access to the beach is super well, the house is practically two blocks away the house and the area is exclusive for guests of the fractionation. it's definitely a home to come back. Oswaldo was always attentive, very kind and attentive.

Very satisfied with the service and the place. The house is beautiful and comfortable, just as shown in the photos. Daniel was very kind and understanding when we asked for help upon our arrival. The cleaning lady was very nice and her work was excellent. Very cool house, everything in perfect condition. The pool area is excellent. Everything is very nice. Highly recommended, and of course we will return if possible. The truth is, when we arrived at the house and saw it inside, it fixed our Weekend, since we had a mishap the day before at another house that was nothing like what they offered us. We had a great time.

The facilities, location and capacity of the house are luxurious, we had some setbacks that were solved by Oswaldo, the price/comfort ratio is really worth it, the house is actually new so I highly recommend it! We want to go back this year

Is a very nice house with lots of space, very private and great place to stay, very recommendable, definitely will come back 🙌

We really enjoyed our one night there. The property manager was super responsive and the house was beautiful and well equipped. My only recommendation is to give out at least 2 keys instead of just one specially for a house that big when you have 14 ppl staying there, having 1 key makes the logistics a little difficult and the property manager did not have a spare key. In general, we liked how close to the beach it was and the neighborhood felt secured and safe.
