The place is just like the photos, very clean, large, very comfortable. We had very good communication and they were always attentive to all our needs and to making sure everything was right… excellent place. We would definitely return, and it is very pet friendly 💖

Excellent place to stay, very quiet

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Piña! The house felt so private and safe and was well equipped for a family trip. The only slight hitch was one bedrooms upstairs is not fully private and open to the rest of the house but the balcony views made up for it! Totally loved our time and would come back.

Amazing house and perfect location, only a short walk away from some great coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Pina. The house was very clean, and Juan was a lovely local manager. We had a few minor issues that were immediately addressed. We were allowed to have a late check out because there was no same day turnover which made our stay so much better. Communications were prompt and helpful. The location was walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and only two blocks from the beach. We were a group of 4 and the size of the house was perfect for the size of our group. Note that the third bedroom is an open loft style bedroom open to the kitchen/living room. We had a great time and can recommend Casa Pina!

It was our first visit to Sayulita and Kimberly’s home was beautiful and relaxing. The photos don’t do it justice. Juan, the house manager was super responsive and accommodating. They were very flexible and let us check in early. We had a private chef cook us dinner and brunch. The pool was refreshing and the second story views were stunning. We’ll definitely stay here again. It was also quiet, but 3-5 minutes to the beach or restaurant/bars.

My friends and I stayed at Kimberly's place for my birthday and it was amazing! Juan was so kind, informative and very responsive. He helped out in every way he could, shared ideas for activities and favorite restos in the area. It was so helpful having a local help us navigate our stay. The home exactly matches the photos. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. The home is on a smaller hill that's not too steep but did give us a bit of a workout in the heat. The ACs work very well and cooled the home quickly. The third bathroom is an outdoor shower and separate half bathroom which was helpful while lounging by the pool and we avoided getting the floors wet inside the house. Also noting that one of the bedrooms (queen bed with gray curved bench seats) does not have a door to the room. There's a curved wall that separates the room from the stairway and is long enough to provide some privacy from those walking by. Overall, this was a beautiful home and I hope to return someday!

Kimberley’s place was amazing. We had a group of 10 people and it was more than enough room. The location is very walkable just 1 short steep hill but it was very close to everything. The house itself was immaculate with lots of space and beautiful view (especially at sunset 🤯). Overall it was a great house and I would definitely stay there again!!

La casa piña was perfect for our family vacation. The home was gorgeous and walking distance to the main parts of Sayulita. It is up a big hill which was difficult for our older family members but you can always rent a golf cart in town if needed. Juan was an amazing local host and connected us with seamless airport transfer, in home cleaning and a private chef for one of our dinners. He also made sure we had everything we needed for our infant daughter. We absolutely loved Sayulita and will for sure stay at La Casa Piña again when we return!

Kimberly & Juan were amazing hosts. Super responsive and made our trip so easy. They arranged airport pick up & drop off and connected me with a local private chef. We had a BLAST celebrating a bachelorette with 8 ladies. The pool is amazing, views are unbeatable, and they really had every accommodation you need. I highly recommend staying here!

Casa Pina is the true definition of an oasis. I spent my 50th birthday here with my friends & family & it was the perfect place for us! Juan is an exceptional host & met us at the house to help us with our bags & provide any support that we needed during our stay. He was very responsive & communicated with us in a timely manner. The architecture, interior design & layout is phenomenal. This house has many special features that allowed us to relax & feel at home. The outdoor space was a special treat. It's large and has many different spots for lounging & watching the sunset. The upstairs bedrooms have terraces with ocean & mountain views. It's an easy walk to town & to the beach. The hill is steep but it's a short hike. Juan was kind enough to arrange a private chef at such short notice for my birthday dinner. Santiago is an exceptional & professional chef. He & his crew were amazing! One of the best meals we had in Sayulita! I highly recommend him & staying at this Oasis.

It was a good stay from the first moment the host was attentive and responsive upon our arrival ; the house is faithful to the photographs , the place is very pleasant and pleasant , located in a quiet area ideal to rest and close enough ( a 10 minute walk) to the city center and all the entertainment.

Casapina was a beautiful home for a week long getaway to Sayulita! It was located near the beach as well as a 10 minute walk to the main plaza filled with bars, restaurants, shops. Keep in mind, the house and neighborhood is located on fairly steep hills. The backyard of the home was wonderful for laying out in the sun. We had a group of six of us (3 couples) and really enjoyed the house. One thing to note is that one of the main bedrooms is up the stairs and open air with no private door. However, we made it work and we all had a lovely time! I would definitely recommend this home and wish I could have stayed another week!

Wonderful property. Can walk to almost anywhere in 2-15 minutes. Would stay here again. Juan was fantastic and was available and very helpful.

Beautiful house, family friendly.

Kimberly’s place was absolutely amazing. We live in Puerto Vallarta and had some friends visiting that wanted to check out sayulita - I am not big on the day trips to Sayulita as it makes for an extremely long day, plus on this occasion we had our two service animals and two children with us. We lucked out with having Kimberly’s place open for one night and took advantage. The property was absolutely stunning and we felt so comfortable letting the dogs and kids roam around the backyard/pool area. The host was so responsive and was even accommodating to let us drop our bags early, as well as come a bit sooner than the check in time. I really appreciated this as we were only there for a short time. I did have a “oops” moment where I accidentally kept the garage door opener. The host was was extremely understanding and allowed our driver to return it back to them after taking us back to PV.

This is a beautiful property two blocks from the north side of Sayulita’s beach. This is the nice part of the beach, away from crowds. The house is right by restaurants, coffee shops and other cools stores. That’s away from the busy downtown, so perfect spot for us who like peace and cool places to go. Juan was wonderful and helped us with whatever we needed. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time!

My husband and I stayed at Pina with two friends for a wedding and it was the perfect home! I’ve been to Sayulita a lot and this is the way to go. The lap pool was so needed on the hot days. And plenty of space inside to cool off and hang out. Juan was a super start. He took amazing care of us!!! Can’t recommend staying with Casa Pina enough! Will be back.

We had an incredible stay, this place is absolutely stunning! Kimberly was so helpful and responsive, and we can’t say enough good things about her property manager Juan. He was incredibly accommodating and truly helped make our stay special. From recommending experiences to helping provide transportation and vehicles to get around town, he’s definitely the guy you want to know in Sayulita. Not to mention that once again the house is absolutely amazing!

We loved staying here. The house was gorgeous and we ended up spending lots of time at the house since it was very comfortable and had lots of great areas to socialize. Airport transportation was coordinated by the lovely hosts and were greeted by very friendly and helpful faces at the airport and home. Beds were very comfortable and the AC units were in excellent condition. Would stay here again!

Very tastefully remodeled home with great and responsive host. We loved our time there and will be back. We traveled with our 2 kids (2 and 4) and it was great. The stairs are a bit stressful for young kids because there is no gate on the side, but we knew that before coming in so we were carefully escorting them up and down the stairs.

House was beautiful. Location great. Juan was our onsite host and he was excellent. Any requests or needs he handled everything. I highly recommend this house and host if you are traveling to Sayulita.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The house was beautiful and very close to town. Kimberly and her property manager were responsive and helped us plan our stay, and found us shuttles to and from the airport. I highly recommend this beautiful home in the heart of Sayulita. My family and I didn't rent a car because we are used to the hills in San Francisco, but if you aren't, consider renting a golf cart. The host will help you get one :)

This place was a true delight! The house is beautifully decorated, offering a cozy retreat in the heart of the city. The highlight? The serene pool area surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the charming outside seating was ideal for enjoying a quiet moment. Juan arranged our transportation, greeted us at the house and made us feel at home. Juan even checked to make sure we had arrived at the airport after we had checked out.

This was an amazing stay! Cannot recommend enough. The private chef was so fun and amazing (ask for Erik). 11/10 would recommend.

He helped book our airport transportation as well. It’s a great property with an easy walk to town, but it’s also quiet and private so you don’t hear the sounds of the town. Great place to stay!

We loved staying here! So close to downtown and a quick walk to the beach. The private yard at this house is a little oasis. Decor is beautiful and comfortable as well. Our co-host Juan helped to organize many things - cabs, a 4x4 and a meal prepared by locals in our very own kitchen. Delicious! Rent this place!

We really enjoyed the property and host. The house is beautiful. We liked that the location wasn't right in town where it was loud. It was a straight shot down Calle Coral to the beach which made it easy to navigate. The property manager came by and assisted with every need we had, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas. Our family enjoyed a wonderful and peaceful visit. The kitchen and amenities met all our needs and saved us the hassle of eating in town for a large party. There were stores and pharmacies within a short walk that made it easy to replenish the kitchen after each meal. If you are considering a place in Sayulita give Casa Pina your consideration, we had a wonderful experience.
