This home is beautiful and in a good safe area. The pool is nice with a waterfall and color lights to relax and cool off. Gabriela is very responsive check in was a breeze. If your in the PV area I recommend staying here

The place is the same as in the pictures. The locals told us it was a very safe area and that made us feel comfortable, since we were traveling as a group of women. The house is spacious and private. The pool temperature is perfect, and we were able to get a good night's rest. There was just one small issue with a leak in the living room, but Gaby responded quickly to resolve the situation. She was even flexible with the check-out time.

The place was incredible, it was near everything making it very walkable. Me and my family enjoyed our stay, Gabriela is super friendly and responsive, always making sure her guests are having a comfortable place. Me and my family would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and space

Our experience at this Airbnb was amazing The house is super spacious, very comfortable and perfect for large groups. There were 13 of us and we were all very comfortable. There was plenty of space and everything was very well laid out. In addition, the place was clean, beautiful and as shown in the photos. The host's service was also excellent. He was always very attentive and kind. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended for group trips or special celebrations.

The place is great! I really enjoyed my stay. Ismael was awesome, he was very helpful. Gabriela was quick and responsive. Overall everything was good , there was a few maintenance issues but nothing that would ruin your stay.

very good location

The house is very nice, very comfortable, very large, working air conditioning, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, I highly recommend it, I went for a bachelor party and there was no issue with music or the atmosphere, we were very well received, and there was no issue, super recommended. Not to mention it's located in a nice area, it even has a Costco and a Mexican supermarket 2 blocks away. 🤘🏼

In general, my stay was pleasant, you can enjoy the view and the location, the house in general is very nice, I highly recommend it to have a good vacation. Due to its location, it is easy to go out to buy groceries and other necessary things.

Beautiful huge house with great lighting and superior Wi-Fi. The host was great to communicate with and allowed me an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this property to families or those looking to celebrate in a large group. Also great for solo travellers who need to work online. Definitely a great environment to walk throughout.

Very nice house, I would definitely stay again

It is an excellent house, it is located very central to everything, beach, shopping centers, restaurants, the area is very quiet, the attention was very friendly and accurate. We will return soon.

Overall the home was very beautiful and had grocery and plazas within walking and driving distance of just a few minutes. Gabriela was very responsive with messages and concerns we reported with one of the rooms that didn’t have AC and a few maintenance issues. Pictures were as shown but had the third floor in construction. Amenities and Pool was great with the kids and a use of a grill was great for having a nice night out. I would definitely stay here again. Major tourists areas like the Malecon were just a 10-15 min drive away and beaches to visit were just 8min away. Great location.

Gabriela’s place is very nice, in a very secured and beautiful neighborhood. Our stay was amazing but our favorite thing was the pool! Gabriela would respond in less than a minute every time I had a question.

I really liked the place, it has everything you need to be comfortable, we really enjoyed the stay in general. Gabriela supported us with inflatable mattresses, the place is very well located it has in Costco 2 blocks away, bars and antros very close too

Everything was amazing! Gabriela was very helpful with any questions we had and Ismael who was the caretaker of the house was so friendly and very very helpful. Our A/C in one of the rooms stopped working properly and he literally went in that same day and got it fixed for us while we were on our day trip. Honestly, I’d come back and book this exact same house! Super quiet neighborhood, super safe, accesible to lots of great places like Costco and “La Comer” who h was so continent! Overall an amazing stay!

Very nice and very large house with very comfortable furniture and beds, the area is very quiet and accessible to supermarkets, 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the airport

We had a lovely stay at Gabriela’s place. Everything was as pictured in the listing and the house was great for our party of 10. We loved the shared area and the outdoor pool as well. Gabriela was quick to respond when we needed help and she accommodated for us to arrive early and leave late which was a huge help. I would highly recommend staying here if you come to PV!! The location of the Airbnb was also very central to many of the places we went to and there’s a Costco and local grocery store within walking distance.

Gabriela’s place was very beautiful, super clean and very roomy. It was not super far from local stores and just a small drive towards the Malecón (boardwalk). She was super easy to reach and very quick to respond. Definitely recommend

One of the best airbnb services I have had. Gabriela genuinely cares about the people staying in her house and wants them to have a good time. She had always asked is everything was okay and was quick to answer any questions when we had them. Gabriela had recommendations about what to do in PV. The house is beautiful (just like the pictures) and is situated in a perfect location within walking distance of Costco and La Comer grocery store. Lots of shops near by. Easy access for Ubers to take you downtown. Felt extremely safe and had a blast. One of the guests even left their phone when we left. Gabriela quickly called me to inform us that we forgot a phone and even offered to drive to take it to us at the airport. Couldn’t ask for a better stay during my bachelor weekend. Very blessed to have found this location. Will be staying again here in the future!! Thank you Gabriela!

Beautiful and spacious home. My family really enjoy the stay. The house is walking distance to Costco which was great to buy grocery and put gasoline. And my kids had a blast in the pool. Also Ismael and his wife were nice and friendly.

Great place for a large group - we rented the place for a small retreat and the dining and living areas were very spacious for what we needed to accomplish. Great location! When we had a small maintenance issue, there was someone by within a few hours to fix it. Gabriela was great to work with in planning this stay.

Our kids loved the pool. Location was great but you do need some sort of transportation to get to the beach. It’s a beautiful house and can easily host big groups.

I enjoyed my staff at the Villa. It was a group of 10 of us. We had enough space for everyone. I expected the pool to be a little larger, but it was adequate. The Villa is located in a quiet area of the City near the airport and Costco. It's about a 10-15 drive to the Romantic Zone. I was expecting an electric lock, but there was none. That was the only downer for me.

Gabriela and the lady were very responsive, flexible, and helpful. Our stay was fantastic. There's a nice pool that heats up. A lot of places nearby to eat breakfast, tacos, or get groceries. All around 5 minute walk. The lady also provides services to cook and/or get groceries. Very attentive and comfortable.

This is a really good home for the price. Great host we had a really good time. They even accommodate us after hours so we left our luggage came back and take a shower even though we were supposed to be out at 11 they accommodate us to 5 PM no charge this great people. Tnx Lupita

everything was fine!!

I would definitely come back to stay in this house... They have everything, both a trip with friends and for the family. From what I read, everything seemed like our choice would be good, but being in the house and taking advantage of each and every one of the amenities, we leave with a very good taste in our mouths, we missed days to take advantage of it even more since it has everything you need to have a good time. Its excellent location allows you to get what you need, as well as feel safe where it is. Last but not least, both Gabriela and Mrs. Lupita were ready to help make sure our stay was the best and that we enjoyed it to the fullest.

This house is amazing. Much better than any of the pictures! The host is so sweet and accessible. Lupita and her family make it the perfect experience. They are so helpful but not at all invasive. We had all of the privacy we wanted buy also knew that if we needed anything, help was just phonecall away. We all felt right at home. If you are thinking about renting this house, do it now! You will NOT regret it.

Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at an Air BnB. We were a big group celebrating a bachelor party and Lupita and her family gave us the best service. We couldn’t have asked for a better time, the rooms and living room area were very spacious and extremely clean. We appreciate everything they did for us, and would definitely stay there again.

Well this is a first!!! Not much to be writing reviews, to be honest. I have to say I got more than I expected with this home. It felt like home. First of all the house is no where near the pictures, so much better. The water in the pool was always at a perfect temperature so we truly enjoyed that. It’s a quiet area, very nice area but, there wasn’t any problems with is having music and talking until late. The communication with Gabriela was great. Always made sure we were well cared for. But, the house keeper Lupita!!!! I have no way to thank her for her hospitality! We had her cook Pozole one night and, yeeessss!!! We Ended up waiting Pozole like 5 times in 2 days😂 it was amazing!!! She was so good with making sure we had everything, explaining everything we needed to know about the house and staying in touch. Well this ended up being a very long review, I would keep writing honestly. It was just the best rental I have ever had and trust me when I see I will definitely be back soon. This will be my go to for every PV trip!!! Thank you again Gabriela and keep Lupita around because she is a true treasure ❤️

In general, my stay with Gabriela was great! The house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. It is close to many markets and stores like La isla Shopping Village. Despite the fact that the first night we had problems with electricity, the issue was fixed soon. Gabby and Lupita really made sure my friends And I had an unforgettable bachelorette weekend! Will definitely come back to this house when visiting Vallarta!

The house is located in one of the best areas of PV. Fluvial Vallarta. 1 block from Costco and 2 blocks from a very nice park. Ideal for going for a walk or getting some exercise. If you bring a car, you can reach the boardwalk in 15 minutes. If not, you can find one of the main streets, “La Francisco Villa,” a couple of blocks away and take your transportation. The house comes with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Spacious rooms and the pool area is the best. The super attentive hosts. Very responsive at all times. If you come to Puerto Vallarta, don't hesitate to stay here.
