We spent some beautiful days as a family and enjoyed our stay very much. The house has something very special: it feels private, quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for disconnecting and simply enjoying time together. The beach was definitely one of our favorite things. It's just a few steps from the house. It's beautiful, clean, without sargassum, and with perfect waves. Most of the time we practically had it to ourselves, so it felt like our own private beach. It was amazing to be able to leave the house and be in front of the ocean in just a few steps. We also really enjoyed the pool on the terrace. It has a spectacular view of the beach. Spending time there as a family, surrounded by nature and with that view, was one of the most beautiful moments of the trip. It's a place we'd definitely love to go back to and recommend for those looking for privacy.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the property. The location was peaceful, the home provided plenty of space for our group, and it was a great place to relax and spend time together. The host was pleasant to work with, and we appreciate the opportunity to stay there. Maribel and Gabriel are so loving and attentive, they are priceless!  Thank you for helping make our Sisal vacation a memorable one.

Excellent host, the place is beautiful, they keep everything very clean and have all the amenities, and the town is 10 minutes away in case you need anything extra or groceries. The service provided by the staff is very friendly, and they are always attentive. The view, the ocean, and the amenities: 10/10. Simply put, if I had the chance to go back, I would.

This house is amazing for families traveling with small children, it has everything even a stool in the bathroom. The fact that we were right on the water and had a lovely pool with comfy lounge chairs made out stay relaxing and the fact that we had Gabriel and Maribel helping daily with housekeeping and cleaning the beach/pool/grill was probably the best part! FYI there is no oven and no air fryer, so plan ahead for how to cook. It’s definitely a drive from town but we loved being somewhere so quiet and peaceful. Definitely go see the flamingos coming in to rest at sunset, it’s right down the road and so beautiful to watch.

If you're looking for tranquility and not many people, this place is your best option... spectacular sunsets, perfect pool, practically private beach... and only 10 minutes from the village.

Very good stay. The place is very nice. It has plenty of space for a large family. You need to bring your own groceries from the moment you arrive in Merida because there is no store nearby. The nearest store is 3 km away. I recommend bringing a car because of the distances.

This place is PARADISE! This house is a dream with amazing views, you can’t beat that! We had a private beautiful beach for ourselves, an infinity pool, great bbq, the place is better than in pictures, the rooms are so big and comfortable. Gabriel and Maribel are the BEST they’re so nice, helpful and hard working. We had the best stay, we can’t wait to go back. We had a lot of space and privacy, Albania was always answering all our questions and concerns, we were so concerned about being so far from town and once we got there we felt so safe. The beach is stunning, we were able to use the kayaks and had lots of fun Albania recommended to eat at “La palapa de Soco” and it’s a MUST food was delicious; this house let me connect with my loved ones and we are going back FOR SURE! Thank you Albania, Gabriel and Maribel.

Increadible place, designed to maximize family/group time. Private and peaceful, one of the best vacations of our lives. Super well equiped and comfortable. Had an issue the first night, it was sorted out immediately, couldn't have asked for more. I would recommed this place to anyone looking to spend quality time with their family or friends.

Fantastic house in a truly majestic setting. We were a multi-generational group of six and it was well stocked for our small children. Albania was a very responsive host and the on-site staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. Photos are accurate and it was clean. The view is stunning and feels very private. We hope to return. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Everything was great! This is my third time staying at this house and I will definitely continue to do so in the future.

The home was beautiful, very spacious, and clean. The style of the home was perfect, so modern, and spacious. My family loved it. Mary and Gabriel were super attentive, they made our stay even better. We were here for three days and we truly relaxed. I hope they build more homes and a paved road to the home soon. The place was hard to find the first day but as long as you communicate with the host it should be fine. I didn't see a soul there besides Mary and Gabriel, which can be good or bad, depending on your perspective. We would recommend this place.

This is a beautiful house and Mari & Gabriel are beautiful people and very helpful. They are very friendly and helpful. they are making sure the start of your day is great with a clean pool and beach area as well as a clean kitchen and rooms. we loved sharing this with our family from Merida. It is a secluded area but easy to find. Please remember to bring items from Merida if that is your start area, but you. an find items in sisal with a car if needed. the guidebook left at the house has great restaurant and tour recommendations. We loved our star and hope to visit again next year!

Great stay. Mary and Gabriel (help staff) make you feel at home. They are really helpful and helpful.

The house is more beautiful than the photos. The pool was unexpectedly warm. The location is wild and natural. The housekeeper is very good and eager to please. Before you arrive ask Albania to remind the gatekeeper to rake and clean the beach in front of the house and to fill in the steps to the beach with sand. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

This place was absolutely amazing! Almost private but a house directly next door with other guests that you could clearly hear while outside. Kitchen and furnishings were amazing! Water pressure was great! There are so many amenities at this place that in 4 days we couldn’t even use them all. The staff were amazing. The entire home was impeccably clean. The pool is an outstanding addition. The beach is so close and very clean and inviting. The bedrooms were very private with outstanding views of the ocean and the AC units worked perfectly for the climate. 100% satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended.

The house is incredible !! They have thought of every detail , they have a baby chair, baby bathtub, board games, books , barbecue , everything you can think about has it!! It is a super complete house and makes your stay comfortable ! The beds , pillows, and delis sheets!

It goes above and beyond what's shown in the listing. The house, the location, Gabriel (the caretaker), the attention of Albania (host); all above expectations. An unbeatable stay. The activities and amenities of the house are superlative. We'll definitely be back. This is the example of what an AirBNB should be. We're leaving because they're taking us.

The house has everything for you to have a great time. They take everything from the beginning to avoid going out to the village. There is no oven but a grill.

Best please to have a multiple families get together. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, kitchen has all that you need, and when I say everything I mean everything. The beds are comfortable and you don’t need AC because has amazing ventilation, we come from Seattle and didn’t used the AC even when was 100’ degrees outside, internet is very strong. Perfect view of the sunset and sunrise, plus you get to see the flamingos go bye after 4:30 pm. Perfect place to watch the stars because you don’t have any neighbors near or public lighting. Have a car in case you need to go out because this place is not walking distance to the stores. They provide complementary cleaning service, for the pool and inside, all though we didn’t use it, I can see some people that want to have the extra pampering service. Communication was very fast and effective. I shared pictures on my social media and my phone was going crazy because many of my contacts from USA and Mexico want to rent it. We can’t wait to comeback to this wonderful place. Thank you Albania for sharing your beautiful house with us!!!

excellent house, it exceeded my expectations

Loved this spot - I stayed 3 days for a girls retreat and had the best time even though the weather wasn't ideal (early March rain). The property is beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated but homey. Friendly service and housekeeping is provided daily. I suggest renting a car and shopping for groceries beforehand because this place is quite off the beaten path.

The place and attention are excellent, it has a 10 out of 10, we will feel very overwhelmed while we were there and we didn't want to leave, before leaving we were already thinking when to return. Very good for traveling as a family with or without children and/or friends. You can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, but at the same time you have all the amenities of connection if you require them. Thank you, see you soon!
