Great spot at Sandy Beach. Walking distance to several restaurants and an easy drive to many activities. House was described accurate and had a few added bonuses, like pool noodles, beach chairs, and a beach cart we weren't expecting. Perfect for our annual family vacation.

House is amazing. The brickwork in the ceilings was beautiful. Very relaxing home and the beach is a 1 minute walk down a beautifully landscaped path. We felt very safe and relaxed the whole time. The hosts were very attentive to any questions we had and I Would definitely stay again!!

We are Puerto Peñasco regulars and have stayed at many places along sandy beach and this beach home was fantastic for our family and friends with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a large open concept kitchen and living room. We also enjoyed the patio in the evenings. This home is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, has great beach access with a walkway directly from the house to the beach and is only a short 2 minute walk to the community pool. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Esperanza, it was the perfect place for our group!

Thanks David for letting us staying in your beautiful house. You had everything we need that allows us to have a great time. My only suggestion would be the 2 bunk beds. Since there was not a lot of space in between them, it was a little uncomfortable to sleep like that even for kids. A different kind of bed would be better. Thank you!

Our family had an AMAZING time. House has easy access to beach and community pool. Location was perfect, not too busy but close enough to restaurants and town to grab snacks and food. BBQ grills did not work but we managed. Definitely a beautiful place and highly recommend!!!

This property is not only spacious, accommodating 12 of us easily while allowing for plenty of personal space and no competition for bathrooms. Adults and kids found their little nooks and peaceful spots in the house and/or on the deck and balcony. The beach was incredibly accessible and we felt like we had our own personal pathway to it (even though technically it is part of the community, the way the house is situated makes it feel private.) It was so nice to just look out the windows or sit on the deck and see and hear the waves. We were right next to the security gate, which was very reassuring, and the guards were helpful and great resources for info about the community, etc. One potential thing to consider is that if you are planning on cooking a lot of big evening meals, the lighting in the kitchen is very limited. During the day it's fine! The house is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. We found almost anything we were looking for that we needed-- even a ball pump!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. If you bring 3 cars, like we did, do not expect to park in one of the bay, it is full. Other than that, everything was great.

This home was gorgeous and perfect for a milestone birthday celebration! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. Security on site was super helpful and friendly and there were restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The house was very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed and we had an absolutely amazing time staying here.

We keep coming back to this rental year after year because the house is amazing and the location is perfect! David and Amanda are kind, helpful and prompt.

This is a beautiful home on a beautiful beach. The kitchen is well stocked with every dish, glass, pot, and utensils you could need. The beds were comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the home thoroughly.

This was a family trip and we had a great stay. Awesome location with the beach in site and a very short walk away. The house is right next to the entrance/ security office. Being in a gated community area we felt very safe with young kids and pool area was nice as well. Security frequently rounds premises night and day. We had no problem following the quiet hours that start at 10pm but if you are looking to have loud music/ party after 10pm this would not be the place for that. You are only able to have three vehicles per community rules and the three car garage can only have two cars parked inside due to the garage doubling as a storage area for the host’s quads and jeep and beach toys. This means the third vehicle will have to be parked outside in the driveway (wasn’t that big of a deal for us, but maybe something to consider if you are driving flashy/ expensive cars). The fridge works, but is fragile in the sense that you will be notified by the host to come with frozen water bottles to place in the fridge in order to help the fridge keep cool. Don’t expect the freezer to be cold enough to make ice in a timely manner. I placed two ice trays and took well over 12 hours for the ice to freeze completely. There is a dishwasher but make sure to bring your own soap/ sponges. Kitchen counter area is limited and they do not provide things like foil or plastic wrap. Dining room seating is very limited for large groups. We had 8 adults and 2 kids in our party but we had no issues with bathroom availability. Water pressure in the showers were mediocre, but pretty good in the upstairs master bedroom. On our checkout day we had to deal with a leaking gas tank from one of the quads in the garage and the smell had spread VERY quickly throughout the house, but hopefully wouldn’t be an issue for future guests. Overall, the house is spacious, beautiful and functioned well for our group, but could be a bit more homey considering the cost.

Home was a great getaway for our group. Close to the beach, very nice home layout and vibe. Community pool was excellent. Would recommend for a large group. We certainly would plan another trip & stay with our Host.

The house was huge and clean! Better then the pictures! The proximity to the beach and town is great. Close to the other resorts if you know people staying at resorts as well. I also appreciate the security a lot. Felt very safe and fun. The pool in the community was nice and not super far. Overall amazing and big! Everybody was happy in any of the rooms they stayed in. This home had the best location , right on the beach, grocery & food delivery was also provided by the host. Gated community that leads on to the beach which gave us a sense of security. Definitely booking again soon.

This place is absolutely amazing! It is right on the water, wonderfully spacious and had all the things we needed!!! There were some issues with doors locking, curtains not working and the burners in the middle of the grill didn't work. We simply moved the food inside and pan seared instead,just know BBQ may be out of the question if this is not repaired prior to your arrival. Despite these things I really recommend this place! We did have a major kitchen sink clogged situation but someone was there within a couple of hours, the problem was fixed and we did not have any further issues. I cannot wait to come back again!!

Booked this home for 14 of us and it was more than enough room. The beach was just walking distance with your own private walk way. The place is very well secure with two guard stations to the home and one next to the home. The security was very nice and helpful. Will defiantly be back soon!

Perfection!

This house is beautiful, the Views are amazing, but the Memories our family made here are priceless!! This house is amazing for a large family! We had 12 adults and an 8 month old and it was absolutely perfect!! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, griddle, blender and so much more. We even had an unforeseen maintenance issue occur and within hours it was completely repaired. During these few hours I had continuous communication about what was going on. I was SO IMPRESSED! Repairs don't happen in hours EVER. Safety was never even a thought, and we actually got to know the guards as they are consistently patrolling the area, even on our later nights. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful home I promise you will not regret it.

It was such a beautiful weekend in such a amazing house! David’s & Amanda’s house was way more beautiful that what I expected amazing view from there back yard! Only down thing that we where not able to be at the beach because of the pandemic but the pool was open we all had such a good time. And just spending it in the house in the back yard it was just amazing! Can’t wait to book this home for our next trip😊

This house is beautiful! It had a private walkway to the beach that was much closer than we expected it to be. With 4 master bedrooms and bathrooms and an additional bunk bed room and bathroom, it’s perfect for a large group. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was awesome we had 3 other couples with us with their children and it worked out perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there was plenty of room for everyone plus the location couldn't not have been better. We would definitely book this property again.

We brought a rather large group on vacation, and this was the perfect property for us! The house has a large, open main area, and five bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It gave us the ability to hang out all together but also have our own space and some privacy when we needed it. The home is beautiful and just a few steps from the beach. The beach was gorgeous and we had a great time boogie boarding, snorkeling, sunbathing and looking for shells. There were plenty of vendors (and we bought more than our fair share of trinkets), but they were all polite and not too pushy. We felt very safe, being right by the guard gate, and never saw any signs of any kind of trouble at all. Mandy was very quick to answer any questions and we had just a couple of issues that she dealt with very promptly. I'm so glad we chose to stay here, and we would do so again!

The place was great. The two things that stood out to me the most was the cleanliness and location. You can see the beach from the home and only a minute walking distance. They also have a great community pool. The home is beautiful and plenty of space for a big party. This one will stay on my list for next time.

House was great. Our families really enjoyed. Has everything a group needs to have a pleasant stay. Tons of private bathrooms make it comfortable for 4 or 5 families. 100 ft from the beach. Nice grill and patio to enjoy the view of the sea. My only complaint is the water pressure could be better. It leaves something to be desired when you want a nice shower after the beach.

Our large group loves this house! You can’t beat the location just a short stroll to the sand but a house away for a bit more privacy. The huge living room was perfect for the kids to gather and play card games or watch a movie. The bedrooms were very comfortable and our children loved sharing the bunk room for a great sleepover feel! We used the outdoor grill and wood burning fire pit several evenings. The community has a nice sized pool and hot tub as well as a small basketball court. We found so much to entertain our families! We always felt safe and secure at this location. The security team at the gate was friendly and kind. We also ran into security patrolling the grounds on several occasions. One evening they did break up a large party next door (although it wasn’t a concern for us) and were very professional. For days at the beach we left an easy up and chairs in place during our stay with no problems. Lots of great vendors came by - get the braids, buy those homemade tamales and get a pineapple drink for us!

Casa de Esperanza was absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do justice to the home. It is located in a nice private community. There is a pathway leading from the home directly to the beach. It is a perfect home for big groups! David and Mandy were able to accommodate our large family (of 19 including little ones) and we all fit perfectly! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare some meals at home and if you’re looking to head to town the guards at the gate are extremely helpful in guiding you! Overall extremely great experience at the Casa de Esperanza! Would definitely book here again!

First time booking through Airbnb and it was a breeze! Check in was quick and easy. David responded quickly every time I had a question. The house was very beautiful in a excellent location. The beach is so close. Just a walk down a side walk. The community pool and jacuzzi is very clean and fun. We loved Direct tv after an exhausting day at the beach. The house keeps cool in the hot weather. We also enjoyed the barbecue grill. We grilled delicious food in an awesome location. My Dad who turned 60 enjoyed it to the fullest!

This place is everything that is described and shown in the pictures. Beautiful on the inside and spacious. We were 7 adults with 7 kids and it didn't feel crowed at all. You are a 30 second walk to the beach and the beach is perfect for swimming. We all felt extremely safe both in the house and at the beach. This is a place I would definitely recommend, especially if you have a larger group. The only drawback that we all felt was, since we were there in the summer the AC ran often and it is very loud, it was hard to have a conversation while it was running.

The Casa De Esperanza house was beautiful and conveniently located next to the guard shack. There is a sidewalk that walks you straight to the beach a few feet away. The guards patrol the area 24 hours. They were very nice and helpful with any questions. The house has a lot of area for big families. The patios overlook to a beautiful ocean view. They also have a pool located in the gated community for use that was very well up kept with a hot tub attached. The garage is filled with beach chairs that you can take to relax and soak up the sun. Check in and check out was a breeze. Take note to bring your own ice if you like have mixed drinks for a large party. They have a couple trays, but the refrigerator does not make ice. Overall we had a wonderful stay, would definitely visit again.

House is even more impressive in person! Perfect for indoor AND outdoor entertaining. Sliding doors to outdoor bar, kitchen, fire pit provide twice the floor space on main level. Perfect for large groups celebrating special events as well as fun-loving, active party revelers. The unencumbered walkway, directly accessible from side yard, makes your short stroll to the beach a breeze. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are big enough to fit nearly an entire family. Professional 24-hr security staff is friendly, approachable and on constant patrol. Owners are so cool you want them to vacation with you. Great time had by all.

David was easy to communicate throughout, and gave lots of information so we were prepared for our trip. The house is better in person than in the photos. Sandy Beach is my personal favorite area to stay, and this is quite possibly the nicest property in the area. Great for big families, or a large group of couples like we had. Hoping to rent from David again!

Our family vacation was amazing staying in David's beautiful beach front home. From the moment you walk in the front door you feel at home. The architecture and details of each room was beautiful. The open concept made it perfect for my family to connect well even when we were preparing meals or just relaxing after spending the day on the beach. The bedrooms were well appointed so we could have our privacy when we would retreat and not hear the others that remained awake. We utilized the porch and balcony and really enjoyed the amazing views. It was so peaceful and relaxing we wanted to stay forever. Communicating with David our host was a joy. He is such a sweet genuine person and made me feel very comfortable. Kathy is the person that handles all of the arrangements and needs during the trip and I was wowed by how efficient, knowledgeable and helpful she was. She helped make our family trip very enjoyable. We have already referred two of our close friends to stay at the Casa de Esparanza on their next family trips. We can't wait to return! Thanks a million for everything!
