This is the one!! Rosa's place is beautiful and luxurious the photos did no justice! The pool was well kept! I love my privacy especially when traveling with my kids and I was given exactly that! it was worth every penny!

The home was beautiful and honestly even better than advertised! Rosa is an amazing host and Gendel & Franco were always available to assist with anything we needed (and were happy to be of service). This was one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. We were hosting my bachelorette at her place with 10 girls in total and Rosa was so proactive the entire time. She set up a phone call prior to the trip to ensure we had everything we needed. She set up airport transport for us and if there were any issues, they responded very quickly. One night we lost power and they ensured that the caretakers came to set up candles and even tried to find another spot for us to be at for the evening in case the power didn't come back on. The caretakers Jesus and Conchita really made our trip extra special. We were greeted with fresh homemade quesadillas and tomato soup when we first arrived. They also gave us ceviche another day and then we hired Conchita for a private breakfast another day, incredible food. They were the SWEETEST, made us feel right at home. They were truly the highlight of the trip. The airbnb itself is absolutely stunning, and we loved the pool. Highly recommend!!!

Rosa and Jacob were phenomenal hosts! They proactively reached out months before our stay and helped us schedule transportation and activities. We had a call right before the trip to confirm details and it was very helpful. Once on-site Jesus and Conchita were extremely helpful and friendly. Before they arrived they had quesadillas made for the entire group and had completed shopping a large list we provided. Additionally, they took us back to the store for a few items we forgot. On our last day they made us soup and gave us some parting gifts. Rosa and Jacob’s recommendation to use Doris Transportation was great! Both Doris and Sergio we on-time, friendly and so flexible with our group. I would 10/10 recommend this Airbnb and Doris Transportation.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and had the best time! The place is beautiful. The staff is the best, they’re the sweetest and even gifted me a white necklace for being the bride!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! Jesus and Conchita, the caretakers, went above and beyond to make us feel like family. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with fresh quesadillas and a comprehensive tour of the house. Their hospitality truly set the tone for an amazing stay. The hosts ensured that our needs were met each day with continuous checkins. The level of service provided was exceptional, and we particularly appreciated the driving service they arranged for us. Having a reliable transportation option to pick us up and drop us off at various locations made getting around stress-free and convenient. As for the Airbnb itself, the photos simply don't capture the true beauty of the place. It's absolutely incredible. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent house, Rosa was very kind and helpful. Jesus and Conchita welcomed us and treated us with the utmost respect and care. Doris, who was responsible for our locomotion, was excellent, always very lively and respectful. Everything was great!

Rosa and her husband Jacob were amazing! Before we even arrived they reach out to me multiple times to assist me in making reservations, coordinating a driver, hiring a private bartender, booking a yacht and so much more. They respond to me quickly even if i had a question or concern late at night. Overall they were great! The house was spacious and looked just like the pictures. Great pool area and living room, perfect for groups.

My girls and I felt right at home here. Jesus & conchita were so sweet and very attentive. The house was exactly as it shows in the listing and had all the extra amenities we needed. The host was very helpful in booking activities and transportation. Jesus(the caretaker) even walked a few blocks to get a taxi for us so we never had to leave the house and search for one! We did have a couple of power outages but the caretakers came right away to assure us it would be back on soon. Overall, we enjoyed the house and conchitas food!! You must add dinner to your trip so you can taste conchitas food! Highly recommend this house. -Arlene

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Casa Corazones! Rochy and Jacob were truly AMAZING! They helped coordinate all of our plans to make this truly special for our bride-to-be during her bachelorette party. Everything was perfect. They took time to do a call with me to review all of our plans and reservations throughout the weekend. Additionally, they checked in via text to ensure everything was going smoothly throughout the entire weekend. The private chef services were out of this world! Conchita, the chef, was so sweet and a wonderful cook. Her son was very helpful as well! She even wrote down all the recipes for us to take home. The transportation services, Dorris Transportation, were always on time and made our trip so convenient. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, we had the best weekend ever!! I will definitely be staying here when i return to tulum.

Jacob & Rochy were amazing hosts! The dirt roads to the Airbnb were not in the greatest conditions and it was a little hard to find (which is expected as Tulum is a growing town), but Jacob & Rochy were proactive and provided the exact coordinates of the house. Conchita and Luis Alberto greeted us upon arrival, they were so sweet and kind! They gave us the in's and out's of the Airbnb and a set of two keys and then were on their way. The Airbnb itself was exactly as pictured, it provided more amenities than I expected. One thing to note is the location, if you are trying to spend most of your time in Zona Hotelera you will mostly have to rely on taxi's. During our stay, we reached out to Jacob & Rochy to provide a dish sponge and resolve a flat on one of the bikes we wanted to use the next morning to explore the area. They were quick to respond via text and had Conchita and Luis Alberto help us promptly. I appreciated their attention to detail and responsiveness. Would recommend!

What an amazing place!!!! Great communication and excellent service. Conchita and Jesus were FABULOUS!!!! Always willing to help with anything we needed. Would stay here again without a doubt. One of our group member’s got food poisoned and Conchita and Jesus were so helpful and even made her a soup and bought her medicine.

The owners of the Airbnb were great. They were super communicative and quick to response! They were also very friendly, flexible and proactive - there was an extended pool cleaning that needed to take place, and they let us know ASAP and it wasn’t an issue at all! The place was also VERY secure and safe. There were essentially two locks to enter the Airbnb, first a gate/wall that needed a key, and then the actual door to the Airbnb.. so safe feeling! We loved how it was a quick 5-10 min shuttle ride into town where all the restaurants and shops were. The owners also partnered with a shuttle service and Doris was awesome! Whenever we needed a ride, she got us one SO FAST, and they picked us up at all hours of the day/night.. and there were 9 of us! Finally, the caretakers (Jesus & Concheita) live right next door and are such lovely and helpful people! They welcomed us and showed us around the Airbnb! They even prepared us food out of the kindness of their heart! Would recommend!!

The hosts were super helpful and responsive from the moment we booked, until we checked-out, and even after. They were very detailed and helpful with helping us plan activities (including transportation) and meals for our group, and flexible when we had to change our arrival and departure dates. The house is beautifully designed and the decor was equally stunning. One thing we noticed, is that although the listing is four bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms being a loft, I'd say the house is more of a 3 bedroom with futons in the loft. The caretakers were also super sweet and attentive and were always available whenever we needed. I definitely recommend. the house for those booking for a family or group. The house is about a 10 minute drive from "picturesque" Tulum with all of the hotels and boutiques.

This place was amazing. Its a little bit off a dirt road but only because they are in the process of building up that area of tulum. But other than that everything was phenomenal, we had no problems. Everything was included, even our our transportation company. Everything was easy to do. They offer excursions and everything was easy and very seamless. The housekeeper Conchita was the heart of the house and she helped us with everything. She was so kind. I dont have enough words to express how enjoyably and easy everything was. Everything was literally amazing! Not once did we feel unsafe. We had the time of our lives. We did the ATV and yacht excursions they offer and that was and absolute amazing experience. We would definitely recommend and do this whole trip again in a heartbeat.

I hosted my bachelorette party here and it was truly amazing! There was 9 of us total and the house was plenty spacious. It was great that each bedroom had their own bath & shower. The home care takers greeted us upon arrival and were so sweet & generous. Conchita, one of the caretakers, even had warm quesadillas for us as soon as we walked in. Rosa also communicated with us the entire time to check in & make sure everything was enjoyable. It was truly appreciated! I highly recommend taking advantage of the additional services offered with this booking (i.e. chef dinner, grocery shopping, transportation, etc). We did that with our group and it made our trip so easy. The pool & outside area was great and the house even had sunscreen, bug spray, extra hats, etc. I also want to point out that the house was super safe & secure. In the area there is a lot of construction but you do not notice it at this house at all.

Our stay was perfect! First off, the house was exactly as pictured (it’s stunning) and we had everything we could’ve possibly needed. From dishes, to sunscreen, they seriously thought of everything. Check-in was seamless and we felt very safe from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness from the host was amazing. They helped us arrange transportation for our entire stay, provided us with several options for things to do around Tulum and helped us book everything we wanted to do. They were so responsive and willing to answer all of our questions at any time. If you’re on the fence I would absolutely recommend you stay here. You won’t regret it!

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay in Tulum, this Airbnb will be the perfect choice! The past reviews definitely spoke for itself. It’s beyond beautiful and the hosts met my friends and I expectations for my friends bachelorette/birthday weekend! We were greeted by the lovely Jesus and Conchita. They were so friendly and sweet people. They also cooked delicious food for us. A few cons on our trip we’re wifi connectivity and the mosquitoes, but it’s nothing Whats app and bug spray can’t fix. Also, some of the taxi services are a bit pricey. Overall, our vacation in Tulum was amazing and we loved our stay at this Airbnb.

I booked Rosa’s place for my 30th birthday trip with couple friends in Tulum. The place was amazing, so beautiful and fun, spacious and warm, everything that we needed and wanted was already there for us including sunscreens, bug sprays, beach towels/bags, etc. Conchita and Jose were so sweet and welcoming as well. My friends and I had the best time at the house. Truly felt so at home and at vacation. It’s a bit of a walk to downtown tulum and getting a cab is a bit tricky but you can always call the number left on the fridge to schedule ride to and from places. Rosa and Jacob were so responsive and attentive. The surprise birthday cake was so sweet and amazing. Conchita also made us quesadillas upon our arrival and was so sweet. All in all, I had the best time here and thank you Rosa and Jacob for making us feel so welcome.

This Airbnb property is absolutely amazing! Rosa, the host, is incredibly responsive and helpful. Conchita and Jesus, the chef/caretakers, are also fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The private chef meal service was a great night in and the food was amazing. The pool is beautiful and always clean, and the Airbnb itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a great girls' trip!

Casa Corazones was an amazing place to stay in Tulum!!! The caretakers were right next door and were available for any requests we had. They were even our chefs for a night! They were able to arrange transportation, excursions, and more. The pool was perfect as was the house, which had everything you could ever need & felt so safe. Highly recommend!

What a magical week! The house is just as beautiful as the photos show. It is completely private and we felt so comfortable there. The house was clean and supplied with everything you need for your beach trips. It’s located in a quiet area just a few minutes from the nightlife and restaurants, although not very close to the beach. Jesus and Conchita, the housekeepers, live right next-door and we’re always quick and accommodating to help out. Rosa and her husband answered messages very promptly and help us navigate the area by recommending local restaurants and things to do. If you aren’t big on planning, then this is the house for you. Rosa worked with me, leading up to our reservation and set up several excursions, massages, and a home cooked dinner at the house. We did the cenote tour and the private boat, and both days were experiences to remember!

Casa Corazones was everything pictured & more !!! The place is beautiful , roomy, & so homey . The hosts make the experience even better , can’t thank Jacob, Rochy, Jesus & Conchita enough !!! They were the MOST helpful people and sweetest souls ! The AC was great and bathrooms worked well. Pool was very nice but kinda chilly for a night swim. Kitchen had everything you can need . The services that come with the airbnb make everything a lot easier (we booked groceries , transportation, & yacht) ; side note if they give you the price is USD then pay in USD because the rate to change it will be higher . The bicycles were a cute touch because you can ride down a couple blocks to explore . We did the dinner in the house and Conchita filled our bellies and our hearts ! So much room to decorate as we hosted a bachelorette party :) Last little warning the roads are filled with potholes so getting in and out is a bit hectic . Will definitely be back in tulum because of this wonderful home!!!

Wow! Casa Corazones was more than a house, it was a home and an experience! We booked this place for 10 girls for a friendship reunion and birthday, and it was PERFECT. The hosts were very warm, friendly, and helped us book local tours and transport to/from Cancun airport. They made us feel safe, hosted, and right at home. There are caretakers that live next door to the house that were the sweetest couple and able to help with local daily needs. We also booked a private chef dinner at the house through the hosts, for a great experience. The house and pool are lovely. We did a professional photo shoot at the house, beautiful setting. The kitchen has everything you’d need. The location is within 15-20 min walking distance to main city street and a short cab ride to the beach area. We liked the privacy of the location and the space of the house. I cannot rave enough about the hosts and hospitality, the house was beautiful… and the hosts & caretakers really took it to the next level!

Our stay at Rosa’s place was more than we expected! Not only was it absolutely beautiful, but it had such a good vibe and feel to the house, making us feel immediately comfortable. Jesus and Conchita, the housekeepers, were fantastic cooks, and prepared some meals for us that we had planned with Rosa ahead of time. Rosa kept us informed with great communication ahead of our trip, and helped us plan our excursions with the amazing Delores and her transportation team. The house is walkable to downtown, and is a reasonable bike ride to the beach (despite the busy road you have to bike on). Restaurants around the house were also fantastic (Muare, burrito place, taco place). I would love to stay at this place again! Thanks Rosa and Jacob, Delores, Jesus and Conchita!!! Much love!! I can't say enough about Rosa's place! My party of 6 was greeted at the front gate upon our arrival, we toured the home, and received responses to any questions we had. The home is gorgeous, very clean, and we were able to arrange for a private chef, massages, and transportation to the beach and restaurant area. The intimate private pool area is a beautiful highlight, in addition to the cruiser bicycles provided! Rosa is rapidly responsive, and Conchita and Luis (and Poncho) were the perfect on-site hosts. I strongly recommend making this your home in Tulum!

WOW! I cannot begin to tell you how AMAZING Rosa the host planned my bachelorette party. I went with 6 other girls and safety was our top priority, not one second of the trip did we feel unsafe. Rosa had arranged all of the transportation, excursions, grocery delivery, and dinner reservations for us. We worked with her weeks before the trip to plan everything, she was so responsive and helpful. I highly recommend the Cenote & tequila tasting tour and the private yacht tour! The caretakers on the property Jesus and Conchita, are the sweetest couple you’ll ever meet! Anything we needed, there were always there to help. They even cooked a home meal for a night that we stayed in, it was delicious!! In home massages by the pool were also arranged for us. If you’re looking to book this for your trip, whether it’s with family or friends - DO IT! You will not regret it. We will definitely be back, we never wanted to leave. Thank you all for much for making it the best trip ever!!!

Casa Corazones is an absolute dream! the space is huge, clean and private. The pool area is fun and refreshing, providing both plenty of sun for tanning and shade for chilling out, and the common space is perfect for cooking and sharing a meal, playing games or watching something together. The best part of staying here though, is the care that you receive from Jesus and Conchita (and their adorable dog Poncho!), and the host Rosa, who are all so kind and thoughtful. They went above and beyond when they found out we were celebrating a birthday, bringing over a delicious cake for us to enjoy! If you need anything at all they're there with what you need and more, offering helpful local advice and resources, such as in-house massages and cab rides to the hotel zone. Tulum is an area with much to navigate, but with Rosa's help we had such an easy time of it all. Casa Corazones provides bicycles which are a perfect way to get around! Highly recommend having your Tulum at this true gem!

The best part of this stay was Rosa and her team. Honestly, I have never encountered a better hostess in all of our rental experiences. Rosa is off-site but communicated beautifully, answered all of our questions, provided recommendations and immediate help whenever we needed it. There were a couple of minor issues with things that came up with the house which is pretty typical for any rental - nothing worth mentioning - but Rosa was prompt and responsive. The caretakers who live nearby, Jesus and Conchita, are literally the loveliest people. I wanted to adopt them as my grandparents. They were so sweet and kind and helpful. They kept bringing us little treats and were absolutely wonderful. The house itself is great - larger than the photos and so well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. There were tons of towels, beach towels, sunscreen, kitchen supplies, hats, beach bags etc. Only caveats - the beds are a bit firm, the pool was cold (Dec) but the kids still used it.

Everything was great I sent rosa everything I wanted a week before the visit and she made everything happened for me and my friends. She made everything so easy even when I had changes she was on point with everything house was nice staff was nice just a overall 10 and I will be rebooking again!

This was an amazing airbnb. It’s exactly as pictured. I would stay alone just for how great Rosa was with communicating and helping us with transportation, massages.. etc. If you need transportation please ask Rosa because the company she uses, Doris Tours. Doris and Ariel give you a party in a van! Chochita was especially great as she was there for whatever we needed.

By far one of the best Airbnb I stayed in. The Airbnb is even better than the pictures and we wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space. Rochy, Conchita, Rosa, and everyone else went above and beyond with hosting and helping us arrange transport and tours. They even got us cake for our bdays which was nice personal touch. We enjoyed the dinners and breakfast we had at the house. The location is great to quick ride to tulum Pueblo and little further for the hotel zone. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Book this place now! The communication from start to finish was top notch. Shuttles were scheduled, groceries ordered and dinner reservations made which made our trip that much smoother. Chucho&Conchita are the sweetest and were available for any need we had during our stay. The location is perfectly set in between city center and the beach. Security is high priority and we felt safe throughout the duration of our stay. The bikes are the perfect extra touch! There are not enough words to say how much we all enjoyed our stay. I stayed at this beautiful Airbnb for my 23rd birthday and everything went even more perfect than I planned. Rosa is great at communicating and planning out your trip. The day of my arrival they already had all of our groceries for us as well as the living room beautiful decorated for my birthday. Chucho and Conchita were the beautiful couple that showed us around the Airbnb. The hospitality from them was amazing. Conchita even greeted us with some homemade tamales. The home itself is so beautiful everything worked amazing. I highly recommend this Airbnb to make your Tulum experience even better!

My group and I were scheduled to travel to Cartagena for a birthday celebration, but due to Airline issues, our trip was cancelled. We wanted to still travel to celebrate the birthday and VERY last minute, I found Rosa’s Air BnB in Tulum. I contacted Rosa on a Thursday, she immediately responded, and we were booked to arrive the following day! After booking, Rosa was extremely helpful in providing us activity options, restaurants, etc. She also set up our airport shuttle. Knowing the travel nightmare we had experienced the day before, upon our arrival at the house, we were welcomed to Mexico with a nice home cooked authentic meal! The house is exactly as explained in the listing. It was clean, everything we needed was there, from beach towels to kitchen supplies, etc. We had one small issue where we couldn’t get hot water. I contacted Rosa who immediately responded that Jesus was fixing the issue and it would be resolved in less then 5 minutes… and it was! We were also very pleased with Doris who was our transportation for the week. I highly recommend a stay at Rosa’s. She was very helpful and responsive the entire trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration! Rosa made it feel like this trip was planned for months and we were always meant to be there! Thank you Rosa, Conchita, Jesus, and Doris!

Casa Corazones was an absolutely beautiful stay. It seems every person involved went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Conchita is an absolute gem. She cooked us a delicious meal the night we arrived and left leftovers for us in the fridge. If we needed anything at all she was there in a heartbeat. Rosa was our go to person for setting everything up from reservations to the shuttle. From weeks in advance to a couple hours before, she made everything work and made the logistics of the trip a non issue. Doris, our driver made getting around so easy and brought the best energy every single day. Lastly the owners of the property were the sweetest and came by a couple times to ensure we were having a good time and if there was anything they could do to enhance our stay every further. We cannot say enough good things about this experience and will definitely be back given the opportunity!

Book this place it’s absolutely gorgeous! The pictures does not do it any justice. The pool area is just perfect. The sink in living room was really different, we enjoyed everything about the house. This place is in the middle of everything so a taxi Ride or if you are feeling adventurous take the bike ride(our only regret) Tulum is being developed so keep in mind lots of construction and roads aren’t paved and really bumpy Conchita and Chucho was amazing they live next door and are sweethearts. They were very helpful and attentive. chucho would be to our rescue in a heartbeat even late nights when we couldn’t get the door open The place is very secured and safe. DO NOT HESITATE BOOK THIS NOW!

AMAZING house and super worth the price! One of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. The host is super responsive and helps with any needs - provided an extra air mattress, called taxi service for us, and even private chef service. 10/10 experience. The house is absolutely beautiful as well

This place is a slice of heaven! Clean. Convenient location. And beautiful. Rosa and our group were in communication the entire time if we needed tours, recommendations or anything at the house. We used the grocery service which made for a super convenient start to our trip. Our driver Doris was amazing and we used her pretty much the entire time. We will always have great memories made here and hope to return. 10/10

Nice and new home. Very clean with good decor. Super comfortable for groups that want multiple hangout spots. Kind and attentive caretakers next door. Delightful pool area with hammock and pergola. Great new appliances and solid A/C. Lots of beds and the futons fold out into substantial and decent beds. Quiet area without construction nearby. Feels well secured. Basically halfway between Tulum town and Tulum beach area. A good value for a large group that is willing to drive a tiny bit and save their coins for fabulous cocktails.

I can only recommend this Airbnb if you want to stay in Tulum. It is both near the beaches and the city center. There are bikes available which makes getting around town easy. The house itself is very new and modern. There is air conditioning in every room, bedsheets, bath and beach towels are provided. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tulum. Wifi works reliably which is always important. We had a great time and hope to come back soon!

This has been by far one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Thanks for making it happen Rosa, Chucho, and Conchita! From the beginning, just right after we booked, Rosa’s communication and Hospitality began. She was very informative about the area and offered to set our PCR test for return flight, airport transfers, activities, and excursions. Already I knew this vacation would be smoothy sailing thanks to her. I was in charge with setting up this vacation for 5 very opinionated sisters, and as difficult as this was for me Rosa made my life easier. She never let me feel like I was my sisters and I were a burden (even when I got annoyed with the groups indecisions 😅). The hospitality continued with the property managers, Conchita and Chucho. This sweet married couple that lived next door were so welcoming we felt like we were staying with family. To our surprise, on the last day Conchita prepared us a traditional meal from her city in Mexico. Obviously it was amazing. All 5 of us have zero complaints, plan on returning, and definitely recommending.

Wow. What an amazing place. We were lucky to be the first clients and received a small gift for being the first clients. But it stops not here. Everything was perfect. Perfect attention of the host with all the questions we had. An amazing spot to stay a few days or weeks. The kitchen is very well equipped so if you want to really cook. That’s the right spot. The connection between living room/ kitchen and the pool area is fantastic. The rooms have all an own bathroom. Honestly nothing to complain. Thanks

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! the house was close to everything from the beaches to downtown Tulum, the house and the area felt very safe and secure. The host Rosa and the onsite caretakers (they live in a guest house next to the property) made it very easy to get to the house and get settled in. They met us on the main street in Tulum and guided us straight to the house. It was so nice having them there to answer questions and get recommendations for the area. The pool and deck area was amazing. We really enjoyed the swings and hammocks plus the pool chairs for laying out in the sun. We used the bikes that they have at the house to go out and explore the town. Every bedroom was comfortable and very clean, and they all had attached bathrooms. The kitchen and living room is a large open space with a really unique living room that you walk down into. The sliding glass door to the pool opens up the whole length of the living room. We Loved this house so much and really wished I could've stayed longer, I’ll definitely be back!!
