The team, especially Ana, was amazing. She really helped us with information and her responses were very fast. She also sent help quickly when we needed it. My only complaint is that the house needs a deep cleaning and better maintenance. The people they send to clean seem to do it very superficially. The walls look dusty and the floors do too. The house would benefit from a deep cleaning and repainting the walls from time to time. The house has potential, but for a long stay it does not feel worth the amount you pay.

We love our stay. The place is even nicer than on the photos!
