We had a wonderful stay at Rosy’s condo! It was extremely comfortable, with great beds, comfortable sofa, and a beautiful view. The WiFi was excellent and very reliable. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve found in a vacation rental…proper sharp knives, even a knife sharpener, and a fabulous grill that we really enjoyed using. The pools and beach were beautiful, and the service throughout the property was excellent. The A/C worked great, the water pressure was excellent, and everything was comfortable and well maintained. We genuinely can’t think of a downside to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Everything was excellent! Rosy's apartment was very comfortable, with a beautiful view and well equipped. Rosy was attentive to ensure we had a good stay. The pool and beach area is very beautiful and well maintained, and the restaurant is very good too. We'll definitely be back!

Wow what can I say. First of all the communication was great. Check in wasn't until later in the day, but since we arrived earlier we were allowed to use amenities before check in, and after check out. The restaurant there has very affordable prices and great service. We all had such a great time there.

We are very happy to have spent our vacation here! The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The pools are incredible. Nothing is missing, and above all, the sea at Maritima is super enjoyable. It's been a long time since we went to a place where we could enjoy the sea like we did this time. We are very grateful to Rosy. She is an excellent host. She was always attentive to us and addressed our questions and needs at all times. We will definitely be back!

This place was really nice. There was not a lot of people the pools are clean and empty most of the day. The chairs by the beach are clean and there’s always open ones to sit. The views are beautiful. And the apartment is clean and has everything you need to cook. I recommend this place. It’s beautiful. Friendly people.

Pictures are exact! This place was amazing. Ubers were so simple here. The staff were absolutely incredible. Whatever you needed, they were there to help. Rosy gave so many wonderful recommendations and responded right away. We can’t wait to come back!

When we arrived at the apartment we were impressed. The photos looked nice, but we did not expect the ceilings to be 20 foot high and have such a panoramic view of the sea from the apartment. The outdoor terrace is fantastic. The apartment is comfortable, safe, and with luxury materials like what you would expect at a 5-star hotel or a multi-million dollar hotel. The bed is comfortable. The AC is cold. The kitchen is fully functional. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away (La Comer) which will give Whole Foods run for its money in terms of quality of food and beautiful displays. 3 pools on the rooftop, a great pool by the sea. Plenty of hammocks, chairs, and lounging chairs. The beach is beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The spa is awesome and quite reasonably priced ($50 per one hour treatment) which my wife and daughters enjoyed multiple times. There is good service at the pool and beach with plenty of food options and cocktails. At the end of the day, we had an amazing time.

The incredible view, the high ceilings make the weather more comfortable, the photos are accurate, privacy, the elevator to the room is the best, especially if you go to the supermarket, the washer and dryer are a plus. Rosi was very attentive when recommending places to eat, and was extremely helpful... we will definitely come back.

Everything about the area, location and condo were as described. The amenities: pools, restaurant on the property, beach and security were all top notch. The staff were courteous and helpful. The view from the condo looked like a postcard. Rosy was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We had a great time and would stay here again in the future.

My family and I stayed there this past March, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Our host Rosy was amazing. She guided us throughout our whole vacation and responded quickly with any questions that we had. Rosy also gave us many recommendations to many great restaurants. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable for our family. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms giving me and my wife and kids enough privacy. We loved that the elevator would take us directly from our parked car in the garage, to our room. No hallways to walk through. The extra bonus I think was the washer and dryer, which we thought wouldn’t use because we are on “vacation” but being there at the beach with kids, washer was being used almost everyday. Beautiful ocean view as well. We will definitely be going back.

Excellent host - Rosy was quick to respond and tried to take care of every problem as best and fast as she could. Provided loads of local recommendations and suggestions. The building is very nice - the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. We couldn't make any use of the pools in the property because of an injury in our group. But they looked beautiful and inviting. The spa at the top was great too - inexpensive and convenient. The apartment itself was very well kept and well stocked, but was on the small side. One of the bedrooms, is very small with no space to even keep a luggage piece inside. Two of the bathrooms were also quite small, so 8 adults would struggle to stay comfortably. The location was not the most convenient as even a grocery trip needed an Uber. No vegetarian restaurants nearby for delivery or in waking distance, so you are stuck waiting for an uber for everything and that is tough with kids . During the holidays, many places were closed which made it worse

We loved my family and I the rosy deer and the facilities, it has an incredible view from the depa, the comfortable beds and everything you need, you don't have to worry about anything. The super nice facilities and the beach as well. Rosy was always attentive to what we need in addition to sending us recommendations to eat, everything is very rich and very comfortable!! The pool and the sleeping area were super comfortable. The depa very nice (although they fit up to 8 people I recommend that for a total satisfaction, go at most 6) Rosy was always ready to answer any questions. The direct access to the depa is a plus adding that its double-height windows give a magical ocean view. We would definitely come back.

Marítima Flamingos is a privileged spot in Nuevo Vallarta. Beautiful beach and the most amazing sunsets. Rosy’s place is amazing, gorgeous, spacious, neat, well equipped… just perfect!! Excellent family vacation; the apartment is in perfect condition and is provided very clean. Rosy, our host, was attentive to making sure everything was in order prior to our arrival, and during our stay, I had a few questions that she answered right away. I definitely recommend this place. The building is one of the best I've stayed in in Vallarta; it's very quiet for relaxing, and the beach is great.

Everything was very clean; the apartment is very spacious for the number of people we had. What we liked most was that it had a beach less than 20 meters away, as well as a bar where you could order whatever you wanted, 10/10!!
