Everything was perfect. Most responsive BNB host ever! Responded quickly to every email. House was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Private and away from the crowd, but only a 15-20 minute golf cart ride to everything. We did that ride 2x most days. Felt like nothing and totally worth it to get away from the crowd. The swing by the beach was my favorite part - spent hours there. Bring a cheap portable speaker. I spent hours there listening to music. Paul arranged our airport pickup and drop off. Our driver was there even though we arrived an hour early. Martin was the house caretaker. Great person and available to help however needed. Paul had great recommendations for golf carts (necessary on the island) and food. They were spot-on. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely stay at Lucky Seed House. It was quiet. A beautiful large courtyard with lots of activities: fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, walking on the waterfront. We went to San Pedro about 20/25 min by cart. A big thank you to Martin and his wife who are the custodians of the property. They live in the back of the house, they are friendly, proactive and they often provided us with very useful information. It's a must! We would definitely come back to Lucky Seed House.
