Our stay was very pleasant and beautiful! We were in town for a wedding. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Herrera the host and Alex, the groundskeeper were so friendly and helpful for any requests we had! Herrera was so thoughtful of us bringing our toddlers and had everything they needed while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

This is the second year in a row a large group of us has stayed at this Airbnb. It is fabulous! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is amazing. Also Gaby, the housekeeper, and Alex, the groundskeeper, were so wonderful. They really made our stay special! They are both very helpful. The walk into town is really beautiful on cobblestone streets. The town of Tepoztlan is charming and very friendly. Definitely a place we would come to again!

It's an amazing place to be with your family, it's quiet, you can enjoy and relax as if you were at home, with a view of the mountains. It has enough beds to go with a large group, plus each room has enough beds, bathroom, everything is very comfortable.

It's a wonderful house! The photos accurately reflect the property. The beds are very comfortable. The staff was always very attentive to everything we needed. Excellent house to be with your family since it has plenty of rooms and many bathrooms. Everything clean and tidy. Alex and Gaby's service is excellent as they always ask if anything is needed. The pool is very large and is heated at an extra cost that is well worth it to enjoy it to the fullest. We only needed soap in the bathrooms, but everything was really good. Thank you!

The house is very comfortable, it definitely works well for a group of 15 people, 4 families. It's worth having a fridge with more capacity for large groups, the rest is very good and the fantastic staff are always attentive to what is offered. Very good experience.

The house is wonderful, super spacious, the garden is huge and the care in every space is noticeable. We were all very satisfied with the stay. It's spectacular for coming in large groups, and both Alex and Herrera provided excellent service.

This home was absolutely amazing! It actually was even better than the photos! Everything from the first contact with Herrara was easy and helpful. Her responsiveness was very appreciated. The home, the grounds, and the house staff were wonderful. We had 16 people that stayed in the house and it was spacious enough to make us all feel like we weren’t crowded. The indoor outdoor space was so inviting and the pool and hot tub were beautiful. What made our stay even better was Alex and Gabby. Alex took care of all of our needs, such as; calling for cabs, getting more water, and heating the swimming pool. Gabby, who is the housekeeper, was so friendly and inviting. Upon request, she also cooked dinners for all 16 of us for the three nights we were there. The most amazing authentic, Mexican food I’ve had! This place is truly a gem and we will definitely book it again. Thank you so much, Herrara,Alex, and Gabby. Our stay was so much more than we anticipated and we are eternally grateful.

I have stayed at Airbnb’s throughout the world and this one was easily the best! The house is perfect! Beautiful living room and dining room, the pool and jacuzzi were the perfect heat, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Very zen. And Monica, Gaby, and Alex were all the best! This property exceeded our expectations during our stay for a friend's wedding. The house feels like a private resort, with a huge yard and breathtaking views. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy the outdoor/indoor space without feeling crowded. Special mention must be made of Alex and Yuri, who were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and assistance made everything run smoothly. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Tepoztlan. It truly feels like your own private paradise.
