Everything is very good, the house is very nice, tidy and clean, as shown on the page. The view is super nice, the location is excellent, the neighborhood is very safe, a store or supermarket and bakery are very close. A few minutes walk from downtown Antigua. We are super satisfied with the choice. We will highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! This place had the most incredible views from the terrace. For that part alone, we would come back to stay in a heartbeat!! It was in a peaceful location that was also very walkable to the city center. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Antigua! :)

This house is in a good spot right next to the hike to the cross. Which is a close starting point to Hobbitenango. It is a large house with a small courtyard. We enjoyed are stay there.

Everything was perfect, Christmas was memorable in this place! House was big enough to fit 10+ people, I loved that there was a bathroom in every room and the location was great! We didn’t feel it “touristy”, felt more local and even the neighbors were super friendly. I would love to stay at this house again

Excellent stay. The place is just as described: clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The communication with the host was clear and quick at all times. We felt very comfortable and had no problems during the stay. Definitely a place we would go back to and recommend without hesitation.

This beautiful house made our stay in Antigua Guatemala comfortable, and it was perfect for the needs of our family. The neighborhood was friendly with two parks close by. We had a great stay! The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and nearly everything we wanted to explore in Antigua. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had, and the space was clean and comfortable. The terrace had beautiful views of the volcano, which our group of six really enjoyed. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return!

There were 10 of us traveling, it was very comfortable and the instructions were clear, be sure to read the parking instructions, but parking outside did not feel dangerous in our case, we were in a micro bus.

A Perfect Stay! I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house is not only stunning but also very well equipped with everything you might need. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, each with its own beautiful bathroom. There are two terraces—perfect spots to enjoy a sunrise coffee or a sunset drink, both offering a breathtaking view of the volcano. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made my stay even more relaxing. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Central Park, Parque La Merced, restaurants, shops, nightclubs, and everything else you might want to explore in the city. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

Clean and well kept property. Beautiful view on the 2nd floor. We stayed for couple of days but all in all it was a refreshing experience. Host was attentive and response times were quick. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely rebook if ever in the area again

This house was a treat: it provided several rooms to accommodate our group, private bathrooms, a beautiful courtyard, and a breathtaking view from the rooftop. We had tons of space to work and have meetings, which was valuable as we were traveling for work. Fans were provided for the bedrooms, which were warmer and thus needed on the ground floor. The upstairs rooms got more ventilation and were quite comfortable without the fans. We wished we had enough time to use the kitchen to cook, but we opted to eat out for our stay, which was easy given the walkable nature of Antigua. The location was perfect: a little outside of the main action of the town, nestled near the entrance for a wonderful viewpoint nearby (Cerro de la Cruz). Would definitely recommend this spot!

We loved staying here, Walter's team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The home is beautiful and the rooftop views are incredible, to wake up too. Quick drive to all the local spots, easy to get into the city without a problem.

The place is very nice, it's colonial style and design that makes you feel like you're in Antigua Guatemala. I liked the kitchen dome and the different viewpoints on each level. Very clean and well furnished.

Our stay was excellent ⭐️ is spacious, ideal for large groups like ours. It has five rooms each with its own bathroom, which was very convenient, full double queen beds, and everything was spotless, clean, no stains or odours, and the decor we loved it, with old-fashioned details that makes one feel in a vibe. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, there are also several common spaces for group sharing, which was a great plus. The park is wide, but the height is low, so only a sedan cart enters well. We were carrying large vehicles and we left them out. As we went in Easter, through there processions pass certain days, and we were warned to move the cars early❗️fortunately, a block away there is a very safe private parking lot, where we leave them all day by Q100 😌 The service was excellent!! We would definitely go back

Walter's Airbnb is just as shown in the photos, except for the indoor parking. It does have 2 parking spaces, but 1 of them is for a small car because the space is not very accessible. The place is ideal if you have a car because it is not in the center, convenient if it is close to the Santa Rosa Ruins where weddings are held.

The house is amazing. I was sad to have to leave. From the morning waking up to the beautiful volcano view, to all of the beautiful plants and flowers, to the lovely layout of the house with a beautiful courtyard, we just were surrounded by beauty. One thing that was a happy surprise was finding out there is a garden gate that opens on to a small park, which is a very short walk from the Cerra de la Cruz hike with an overview of Antigua! What a great house and location!! And super accommodating for a large group. Every one gets a nice bedroom and private bath. Wonderful value!

The house of Walter is a spacious house where you will feel like at home. So many bedrooms with privat bathroom, big and fully equipped kitchen and a stunning terace, where you can enjoy your stay and hang around with your friends and family, enjoying the views of volcanos surrounding Antigua. Worth every penny. Also Walter and his friends are so helpful and we cant forget the mantainance guy - who showed us around and explain us everything! Ohhh i almost forgot - the location - its hard to find a peacful place in Antigua- but you wont belive this house is on very beautiful and peaceful location, on a wakable distance to the center- nice walk, we felt safe and we enjoyed the walking around Antigua. Its located just bellow the mirador de la cruz - so its a nice morning walk to the stunning views of antigua! All in all 10/10! Totally recommended!! Thank you guys for this experience!

I traveled with my family to Antigua, we were 11 people and we really had a wonderful time at Casa Bellas Vistas. Indescribable sunrises with beautiful views of the beautiful volcanoes. Everything is super accessible, with many amenities available and the area is really close to downtown but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle. We felt at home. The order, cleanliness and details of the house are very nice, even better than in the photos. With everything you need for cooking and more. Nearby there is a pharmacy, a store and a few steps away an incredible laundry that made our stay even easier (very comfortable price per pound of clothes). Walking to Cerro La Cruz was beautiful, it felt like I walked to the house's patio because it is behind the accommodation. Sebastian and Walter were extraordinary hosts. Don't hesitate to rent this place, you won't regret it.

The house was perfect for our family stay. Each room had its own bathroom with enough beds for our group. The upstairs patio was peaceful to sit and watch the volcanos. We had a great time and walking to la Iglesia La Merced was very close. There is a little store across the street for necessities. Another store and panadería about a block away.

Of you are in Antigua, you must stay here. The layout is amazing and the road is much quieter than the rest of the bustling city. There I a great bakery La Reposteria that is wonderful with lots of fresh bread and dessert options.

Omg this place is just super beautiful, clean and very cozy. Close to all, lots to do here. Foods is amazing, your best bet is to ask around from food, things to do or activities. People are super friendly and welcoming, as well as the host.
