Ana's place is very pleasant, with an incredible ocean view, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to relax. Additionally, the description and photos match the listing; she was attentive to our questions and sent us clear instructions for checking in to the accommodation. We highly recommend it, and we will definitely book it again.

Ana Dora’s communication was prompt when I reached out with drainage concerns in the bathrooms. The issue was quickly dealt with. The unit was very spacious. It is also conveniently located near the marina, close to great restaurants. The ocean and sunset views were absolutely beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful oceanfront suite. Very large 3 bedroom with huge balcony. Sweeping views of Banderas bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta. Could not ask for more!

This is about the best location in PVR! Very close to the airport, walking distance to the marina, skip the traffic to downtown, better beaches than downtown, and this condo is on the very end of the building, closest to the beach with a balcony that is about as close as you can get to the water! Our only complaint was that the refrigerator is almost unusable. The freezer desperately needs to be dethawed, and so the fridge was barely cold. In addition there was old, leftover food in the fridge. The place needs a new fridge, but otherwise it’s FANTASTIC—better than described in the listing!

We had a great stay and would definitely book again. Next time we would opt for the all-inclusive at the resort for the first couple of days to just relax at the beach and pool. Great view, we enjoyed whale and dolphin watching from the veranda.

6 of us stayed at this BnB for 8 days. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us. The location was incredible, with the view being the absolute selling point for this place. The views could not be beat, you can see whales and beautiful sunsets from balcony. It was also an easy walk to the Marina neighborhood that has shops, food, drinks, spas etc. We made numerous stops down there. It was nice to have use of the amenities of the Velas Vallarta Resort (pool, restaurants, swim Up bar etc). The grounds were gorgeous. I will say that some of the amenities inside the condo could use some updating (furniture, refrigerator, appliances) but we weren’t picky and they worked just fine for us. Ana Dora was easy to work with and communicate with and we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had the best time staying here! The place is a little tired and run down in some respects but the price seemed very fair and I felt it was priced right. I would go back for sure and Ana Dora was honestly the best host ever, so kind and considerate and very accommodating. ♥️

Ana Dora was an amazing host and the suite was well described. The suite is in the Velas Vallarta resort which has 3 swimming pools and beach front chairs for you to enjoy as a guest of the property. If you wanted to participate in kids club or other activities it was an additional charge paid to Velas Vallarta. There were some minor things that didn't work such as the screen door and balcony door not locking properly, the sink becoming overflowed as well as the shower not draining fully. These issues were dealt with in a quick and efficient manner by the host and maintenance department. The best part about the apartment is the superior view of the Banderas bay and sunset. The balcony is quite large, the kitchen is well stocked and the entire suite is lovely and very spacious. The only downside was the rock hard bed in the master suite and some clothing left behind by the previous renter that was not thrown out by the cleaning staff before our stay.

The unit was very spacious and the location was amazing. The balcony was the highlight with incredible views and being so close to the ocean. The resort and grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was very nice. We found the food at the hotel fairly pricey so we did almost all meals off the property. The marina was a quick walk and downtown was a short taxi away. We felt very safe in the area. The unit could use some updates and particularly the kitchen but it suited us fine as we just did breakfast and snacks in the unit. Beds were hard so took some getting used to. The property is close to the airport so there’s definitely some noise from planes but bothered my wife more than me. Overall a very good experience and would book again.

Dora's apartment is great. The sea view is the best in the complex, and you feel like a guest of the Velas. The apartment is spacious and nice. We found that there were few dishes (just a bowl, my jijos were fighting over breakfast). And the washing machine failed. However Dora responded quickly and sent to fix the washing machine in a couple of hours. I would definitely come back!

The view is incredible. I had thought it was ground level before check in, but the patio space (3rd floor) was probably better given it is in a hotel/resort setting. Pools, amenities were great. Very spacious.

What a great location right on the beach! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves was magical. And the ability to use the resort's pool, restaurants, and other amenities was fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves and we will be back.

Such a fabulous place to stay! The Airbnb is spacious, clean, and quiet. Located about an 8 minute walk to the marina with plenty of restaurants, drug stores, and things to do. The hotel is really beautiful and relaxing. Ana Dora is super responsive and was even able to get us a very late checkout so we could enjoy our last day until we left for the airport. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The unit was beautiful and was right on the beach. Ana responded quickly to every text and acted on them. I would rent from her again.

When we arrived we were absolutely blown away from the massive balcony and it’s view. My wife and I sat on that balcony for hours without unpacking. We spent a week in this condo and could spend a lifetime sitting on the balcony staring at the ocean. It is in the middle of Banderas bay and therefore you can see sunsets and fireworks at night. I cannot wait to go back or recommend this unit to friends and family. Ana and her daughter were more than generous and kind. They left us a bottle of wine for our arrival which added to the experience. You can order room service from the restaurants downstairs. We did not opt to take the all-inclusive offered at check-in due to there being four of us and they wanted $140 US per person per day. Instead we did a grocery run and utilized Anas wonderful and well-equipped kitchen. The marina offers plenty of restaurants as well in walking distance. Book this place now you will not regret it!

Ana was an excellent host. We had some plumbing issues and she had the facility staff respond immediately. Check in/out was the easiest we have found. The location is perfect for golfing, beach access, walking to local restaurants, easy access from Airport, plenty of taxis/uber support, condominium had resort type of activities. Will want to rent from Ana again.

It is a very spacious and comfortable suite with an incredible view of the ocean. The complex is very large with good service and excellent pools. Very close to everything and very easy to get anywhere. The airport is five minutes away.
