A modern and comfortable apartment to enjoy with the family. The pools are very large and the beauty of the sea is incredible.

The apartment is a little far from the tourist area, but that makes it quiet and private. It's very, very nice, super bright and I think it's a pretty safe building with good amenities.

The place has spectacular views the accommodation is very comfortable the privacy it offers you is the best the amenities we had at hand as the billiards table the balls etc were helpful, an opportunity for improvement are set up of the TV's to be able to enjoy a bit of tv in the bedroom from there in everything else was the best a pool that was warm all the time very nice (I don't know if I was with a boiler for the season) the place is quiet the spectacular beach for running, walking or watching a sunset on the palapas,a detail to mention is that there is no restaurant that is not in the hands of the hosts ,but they gave us a recommendation of some very good places to eat or dine and there are shops nearby in conclusion do not hesitate to stay in this place you feel at home if you prefer privacy and not to have as much noise of the malecón this is the precise place for you and your family.Martin was very friendly at all times

I was fascinated that the elevator had indications in Braille. I enjoyed the facilities and took into account the recommendations for care. I loved the awareness of conserving energy for the good of our ecosystem. We had a great time, I recommend it 100% 😊

This was a very nice apartment. It was spacious and clean. The views were beautiful from the 27th floor and sunsets were awesome. Both Jesus and Mario were very attentive and went over and above to meet our needs. Communication was quick and precise. The beach was very large and clean with lots of palapas for some shade, with loungers and chairs. The security at the building and the beach made us all feel safe. The pools are all very well-maintained and huge. It was in a great location, which was private and quiet, but also with easy access to get public transportation to go to other parts of the city. We all enjoyed our time here and would love to come back sometime.

We spent some unforgettable moments on the balcony and enjoyed the apartment to the fullest. Very nice apartment! Clean with comfortable beds. Washer and dryer a major plus! Beautiful view of the ocean, sunset on the water is breathtaking. Location is secure and gated with private elevator that needs fob to operate. 2 nice pools with one heated. Small drive to the golden zone. I highly recommend and would stay again for sure.

Can’t wait to come back, everything was exactly how described. Location is quiet and peaceful with a little bit for everyone. I felt safe for the whole duration of our trip. It is located 15min away from center, so crowds were non existent. It would be great for families. Listing is bigger than expected, all rooms were spacious and comfortable. All questions were answered quickly and check-in went smooth. Thumbs up. I highly recommend .

Five star experience. I recently stayed at this beautiful condo with my family, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making our stay both relaxing and comfortable. The breathtaking views from every angle truly enhanced our experience. We also appreciated the efforts of the staff who maintained the building; they were friendly and did an excellent job keeping the facility in wonderful condition. Communication with the owner was seamless; they were informative and responsive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great getaway in Mazatlan.

It's a very nice place, with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. A little far from the center and few restaurants nearby, but if you go in your vehicle or rent one, you can get to any destination quickly. The place is worth it 👍🏻

Beautiful stay in Mazatlan, much better than any hotel, we felt luxurious in this apartment. Clear instructions, with direct access to swimming pools and the sea, undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Mazatlan, don't hesitate.

The place was beautiful, the place is in a high floor and you have the possibility to see the best sunsets in Mazatlan, the place is private, the hosts are very friendly, they are always on the lookout, they are quite accessible, we had an inconvenience in the place and they resolved us immediately, they were friendly and very helpful, they respond quickly and they are always on the lookout for you to spend a few pleasant days, the only thing is that the pool water was a little cold for the season and they couldn't turn on the heat, everything else was incredible.

Amazing beach area, the building is very nice , main detail the washing machine , even though the service was offered that they will take the clothes to wash it is essential to have a washing machine and dryer working

The apartment is very nice. The pools are very parent, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the beds are very comfortable, the decor as such is very nice. The only thing you can't use the private barbecue on the balcony or in common areas. If you want to make roast meat, the building gives you its own grill. More however, the owner refunded the grill. But overall worth the price. I would definitely come back. I recommend it at 100.

A magical place for vacations with friends and family. The facilities and security at the property are highly recommended, and the beach is excellent—highly recommended.

Mario met us at the apartment and gave us all the details needed for our stay. Mario was very responsive to any inquiries we had, even delivering extra sheets for the air mattresses. The suite is huge, and accommodated our family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The children's pool and 1 deeper pool are heated. The beach is pristine and well maintained. Lots of palapos and umbrellas by the pools. Lots of loungers and chairs for the pool and the beach. Excellent security. We had a very nice vacation here. Mario was an excellent agent to deal with.
