It is a house with beautiful architecture and decoration. It is spacious and very comfortable. Large groups will have a wonderful time in its different areas. The manager on the premises is always very attentive to what you need. The mountain views will take your breath away.

Excellent luxury house, very comfortable, beautiful and perfectly maintained. Andrés and Gaby took care of us and helped us with everything, making our stay very pleasant. It has a wonderful terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the lake and the sunsets. It was a family weekend where we were able to enjoy spending time together and the World Cup games, since there was a very large TV in the living room. We would definitely come back.

This beautiful home in tepoztlan is even more impressive in person! I went with a group of friends who were visiting Mexico and they absolutely loved it. It looks like it’s from a fairy tale. Fanny and Jorge were super helpful. I really recommend this spot for large groups. I would be happy to stay here again!

The house is spotless. Gaby, who is in the house, cooks delicious food and is very active in cleaning. She's always attentive. It's a good thing to have her. Andrés helps open the door and extra things. Everything works perfectly. I would definitely go back.

Delia was attentive to us the whole time and her house is beautiful, it has all the perfect details and the property is in excellent condition, in addition to this there is a waiter who lives in an adjoining house who is available to help you all the time, he is extremely helpful and proactive, respecting our privacy at all times. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vilosel - the house is spacious, with big rooms that have beautiful views of the garden and mountains behind. We loved the huge garden and pool in a very beautiful natural setting. Jorge and Lupita who work at the house were wonderful - Jorge even went out and bought us a crib when it turned out the one they had was too small for our toddler. He was kind and helpful. Lupita is a great cook, warm and friendly and was also wonderful with our children. Getting the pool heated was a bonus (it takes almost 2 days to heat so plan for that!) and it's a great place for families. Two of the rooms are in a separate "casita" (4 are in the main house) which is great if you are a larger group. Overall we highly recommend the house and would return.

A dream house! A house with soul, personality and surely many stories to tell. You can see that the house was made with a lot of love and dedication. Best weekend of our lives. We got married in a nearby villa and had multiple people stay in this one. The view is fantastic, the house is beautiful and spacious and clean. Jorge and Fanny were unbelievable in their hosting/service and cooked breakfast , helped with taxis and always offered to help. 10/10 and will come back as much as we can! We are leaving Tepoz happily married and grateful ☺️

I stayed with my family and close friends on my wedding weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The whole stay was perfect, Peré was always kind to answer all my questions and as soon as I told him it was my wedding, he was EVEN MORE kind to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Upon arrival, Jorge greeted us, he was very attentive, he was always aware of what we needed and explained every aspect of the house very well. In the end we even had a mishap with one of my family's cars and even in that he helped us. Jorge is a really great person and a great housekeeper. The place was spotless when we arrived, it has everything you need to not leave, the 2 houses are beautiful, they have an incredible view of the mountains, the pool and garden are large. The photos and reviews really don't do justice to how amazing it is. None of us who stayed there wanted to leave. Just perfect.

The house is the same as the photos. Very cozy and spacious. Well taken care of. My family and I had a great time. Jorge was always ready to help us with whatever we needed.

The house is beautiful, the view is amazing and it is very cozy. It's not that close to downtown Tepoztlán, but we were going with that intention. Jorge, who lives on the property, is super helpful and does his best to make your stay comfortable. There are scorpions and it's completely NORMAL. Garden, high ceilings and the weather attract them. I mention this so that future guests can take it into account and consider taking precautions (before complaining). We were very happy and would stay here again in the future.

Actual place is nicer than what photos show, very cosy / nice & quite hacienda, with beautiful garden and very attentive hosts. You feel right at home and would like to stay longer. We can only recommend !

The property is amazing, it far exceeds the photos, the attention of the staff in charge of the house is always very attentive. The management with the host Natalia, I could say that she has been one of the best hostesses I have ever interacted with, always attentive, solving any detail. We used the house to celebrate my wife's birthday, with about 20 guests, everyone was surprised by the property as well as the support of the staff. We will definitely be back, but now with the kids! It's an amazing house with a spectacular view. It has everything you need to spend a few pleasant and quiet days. Pere was always very attentive to what we needed. Jorge welcomed us to the stay, who is a very friendly and helpful guy, who was always attentive to anything we needed. The whole family enjoyed it very much, it is a place we would definitely like to return to.

Better than the pictures - breathtaking beauty, both the mountains and the house. The house and the grounds are a mixture of Spain, Italy, and Mexico. Our family of 14 were extremely comfortable with zero complaints. Very well equipped - good beds, modern appliances, and a big kitchen. The staff was always responsive and Jorge was always available when needed. The tienda is a ten minute walk and the center a 10 minute drive.

I celebrated my birthday there and had an amazing time!! The property is beautiful, spacious; we really enjoyed being there. Thank you very much for all the attention, recommendations and availability.

Very nice, a very nice house to spend a good weekend, I would definitely come back, the only details would be to see the possibility of putting mosquito nets in the windows of the rooms since in hot weather it would help a lot to have external ventilation and if you could put a rotating table in the dining room :) since it is very large and it is difficult to reach things

Everything was excellent, the only thing that would be good is that they conditioned a rail and staircase to enter the pool x that older people complicate their access. Everything else we really liked the group we were in this place.

I was there for the weekend with my family and we all loved it. A house with interesting spaces due to its construction details, use of materials and good taste in decoration. Very quiet and comfortable, and the terrace with a beautiful view of the hill… definitely our favorite place. The hosts were always attentive to our needs and Jorge, the guy who takes care of the house, was very kind and friendly. In short, a beautiful experience. We highly recommend this beautiful house! Between adults and children, we were 12 people and we all spent a few very happy days. The land is very large, with an incredibly beautiful view, with a good pool, super nice trees and very well-kept grass. You can feel the peace and breathe in the tranquility! The house is large, the decoration is harmonious and authentic. We felt very safe and Pere is a very good host, kind, he was flexible with check-in/check-out and always attentive! The stay in the house was excellent, each part of the house as shown in the pictures, very nice, clean and tidy. The size of the jacuzzi ideal for the number of people who can stay. The place is just like the photos, everything is clean, nice and comfortable. The house is very beautiful and large. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff who help in the house is very friendly and attentive to every detail. The delicious food. They helped us get there as we missed a little to get there and were always on track from our arrival until we left. We would 100% come back to stay here.

The house has unbeatable social areas (Jacuzzi, terrace, etc.), which makes you want to take advantage of them all the time. The rooms are spacious and clean. The house staff deserves a special mention. They are respectful and provide all the facilities and amenities to make for a great trip.

Everything is very good

The house is in perfect condition, super comfortable , spacious and clean. Very welcoming. The response was always prompt and friendly and during the station Gaby and Abelardo very friendly . We will definitely return.

Words cannot express how wonderful our experience was during our four day stay. Pictures do not do this home justice. Everything is new and extremely comfortable, beds, pillows, soft towels, etc. The home staff (Gaby and Abelardo) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and helped with anything we needed to make out birthday/engagement celebration memorable. We were there during high heat but didn’t feel the need to pay for air conditioning, however we did invest in heating up the jacuzzi and took advantage of Gabys delicious daily breakfast. We had a hiccup with the water one day (that we probably caused due to the knobs in the shower) but it was immediately taken care of and the host knowing we were celebrating a birthday sent us the most delicious cake. We came in as guests and left as friends. We give this place a 10 stars.
