Great stay! Place was clean and easy to get to. Eli communicates very quickly as well. It is very easy to hear through floors so must be extra quiet. And tourists must be careful in the area because some of us were being pulled over by the police and slightly harassed. Great stay, regardless!

Eli and Humberto was amazing they accommodated whatever we needed at any hour of the night, even having someone there to help us on Sabath. They were really amazing I never had such amazing service before and the apartment is beautiful and in a great location.

We had a family reunion and Eli's place was perfect for us as we were eleven in total. We were very comfortable as there were lots of space having 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. We were on the second floor. On the first floor were common spots for the whole complex but was not very busy at all. There were two small pools, a library and a lot of seating spots if family members wanted to be alone. The location was great for us as it is in a fairly new neighbourhood, clean surroundings and very safe to walk around. The main street which which leads to the beach area is only less than 15 minutes walk and there are lots of places to eat there. The units were very clean. Humberto was looking after our inquiries and he responded immediately all the time. We also booked a chef dinner through Eli and it was a success as the whole family was seated together. This was a great place and perfect location. The host was very responsive throughout the entire stay. I will note that this is a shared pool with other apartments tenants. But I would highly recommend this place.

Eli's place was well worth the cost. We had everything we needed. My group enjoys walking so the location was central to town and the beach road. It might be a little far for those who can't do the mile or so walk but there are many taxis. Just around the corner there is a 7-eleven (very different from USA-they sell everything from necessities to liquer). There are a few other sores and a great little restaurant near the 7-eleven which we frequented for breakfast each day. The pool at the condos is very nice. The only suggestion I would have for an improved experience would be a detailed printable map of the Aldea Zama area. My phone signal jumped in and out while I was driving in and somehow the actual location of the building moved around. The neighborhood looks similar from street to street so recognizing Manor Tulum was tricky. I actually drove by and saw the sign. Once there for a day or so it became easy to navigate. All in all we loved the place! Mike D

Great stay! Only problem was no hot water, which probably isn’t the hosts fault. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and the apartments had everything we needed. Felt very safe and great location

We had a wonderful stay the apartment were beautiful in a peaceful and safe area. The amenities were great both in the apartment and by the pool area. Perfect place for us to have had a small bday hangout by the pool.

Our host and her team were absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome with water waiting for us. Communication was excellent throughout our stay; not only was our host quick to reply, but her team was also very responsive. They addressed all of our concerns and came promptly whenever we needed anything. She also went above and beyond by providing great restaurant recommendations . The chef was amazing, and the dining experience was flawless. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend her!

The stay was good, only There was a problem with the hot water, it flushes the tablet and you can't regulate the water well in the shower The pool at the accommodation is cold

Really nice place with a lot of amenities but the description made it sound like all these amenities were just for our two units. We thought it was exclusive to us and the description does not say anything about there being many other condos that share the space. Seven of us who came all thought the same thing. Luckily it was never crowded but the pool was very cold and the open area with the outdoor couches was so dirty and cushions so stained that no one would sit there. Host was very communicative and helpful but we were all a bit disappointed and think they need to modify the description to explain the spaces are shared with many condo units.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. The location was awesome, and the unit was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. It was also kid-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The only issue we encountered was that the dishwasher was breaking down almost every day. However, the manager was very responsive and came immediately to fix it every time we sent a message. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, and we would recommend it.

Eli and Humberto's space was absolutely stunning. The complex is beautiful and lush and was perfectly situated for our group between the hustle and bustle of Tulum Centro and the beach. We were able to walk to several delicious breakfast restaurants nearby and convenience stores. The apartments were super comfortable and we really enjoyed having coffee and enjoying the hammock in the living rooms. The pool is gorgeous and we appreciated the ability to take a dip after our long hot days of exploring. We took full advantage of all Eli and Humberto's recommendations - specifically their really convenient bike rental and transport contacts - definitely recommend for other guests! Humberto was extremely accommodating and responsive to our last minute needs (thank you Humberto!!!). I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Tulum!

The stay was quite pleasant, the apartments are very well equipped, luxurious and with very good spaces. My whole family at first was not so satisfied by the fact that they are apartments we were more than 16 people, but when we arrived totally changed the perspective, we could fit very comfortably in 2 apartments . the place is ideal to have a nice and comfortable time, in addition it is close to the center and the hotel area ( if you take a car) in terms of service, always very professional and very attentive! We will definitely stay again if Dios wants for next time 👌🏻

Loved Eli’s place. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. Humberto and Eli were very friendly, attentive and acted right away when we had little bumps. Our kids love both pools. The location was great, 10 minutes to Playa Paraíso. Highly recommended to anyone with kids friends or a couple vacation. Thank you Eli and Humberto for hosting us!

We really liked the apartment, it had everything you need for a pleasant stay, great location, it is close to downtown and the hotel area. It has air conditioning in all areas of the apartment. They were very awaited for our arrival. We really liked it, we'll be back!

So originally we booked our stay with another host in this same building and they canceled a month before our trip. I started to stress out but fortunately I saw Eli’s listing. Eli’s place was amazing. The description on the listing was exactly what we saw. (Compared to the original listing we were suppose to book with) We went there to celebrate three birthdays. All though some of our plans was ruined due to weather we still made the best of it. We asked Eli and Humberto if they had any recommendations due to weather and they were quick to respond with recommendations.

Really nice stay. I had my large family and their friends so needed the space for 10. We rented two apartments next to each other. Could use some updating/ sharpening on the kitchen tools and utensils. We cooked a lot there because we had such a big group. Overall everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.
