The place is super nice. I would definitely come back! The location, and the fact that you just get off the elevator and you're practically at the ocean, plus it's not crowded, the pool is super nice and the lounge chairs are 100/10. Everything is super nice! And super comfortable.

Excellent apartment, just the outdoor dining area is in very poor condition, and the two-bed room doesn't work with the air conditioning; apart from that, it's an excellent place!

We had an amazing stay in Puerto Vallarta! The condo was beautifully kept, spacious, and had incredible views with stunning sunsets every night. The staff at the Peninsula were very friendly and helpful, and although we had a few minor issues, they were quick to respond and resolve them. The private beach was beautiful and not crowded, and the onsite food and drinks were good and very affordable. It’s about a 20-minute drive to Zona Romántica, where the food was amazing—driving can be a bit tricky at first, but manageable, and parking was easy. We also enjoyed day trips to Sayulita, Marietas Islands (not great for snorkeling), Hidden Beach , and Yelapa. Overall, an amazing trip and a great place to stay!

The condo is beautiful, very spacious, comfortable, full of light, and decorated with gorgeous sculptures. It boasts breathtaking ocean views with stunning sunsets. The pool is huge, and another one is currently being renovated. The setting is quiet and certainly one of the most attractive in the hotel area of Puerto Vallarta. Communication with the host was always easy, and he always responded promptly and satisfactorily to our requests. The security is reassuring, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Several banks and the Canadian consulate are just a short walk away. All in all, it’s a perfect place for a dream vacation.

Second time in 3 years staying in this unit! Love the Peninsula! Tried to book for 2027 but preferred dates not available. Will keep trying to return. JAB are wonderful to work with.

Property was beautiful

Peninsula property and this condo in particular were really wonderful. We rented two separate units here for a larger family gathering and it was the perfect place. The condos are spacious, the views are amazing and the pool is wonderful. Some of the reviews mention the property being extremely strict and we didn't find that to be the case at all. Security was super friendly and flexible, while also be very vigilant. We found the beach to be super relaxing, clean and the water lovely and safe. The pool area is perfect for all ages and the food service great. The condos are walkable to several local services -- i.e. grocery, starbucks, oxxo, and a few good restaurants. And, a quick Uber into Versailles for some really great food/drinks and just 20 min into Zona Romantica. Overall, a really great experience. We plan to add the Peninsula to our rotation!

It has some maintenance details, but other than that it is excellent, it is quiet, the view is beautiful and it is accessible for all ages

Good location, clean apartment

I loved the place and my family did too, the facilities were impeccable, I felt right at home, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay in the same place on my next vacation to Puerto Vallarta, it has an excellent location.

Excellent place, very good host, only the issue of the security staff, they are arrogant and overbearing, they put a red bracelet on those who rent through this means and they treat us as if they are doing us a favor, in addition to that you cannot drink in the pool area but they don't say anything to the people they know, they are not helpful at all, they don't help you at all, if you ask them for something they answer you badly and with a scowl! They should do something about it!!

Excellent apartment, an unbeatable location...

The apartment is beautiful!! Very spacious and incredible view of the beach. Easy access by elevator. There is an independent food service in the pool area. Or you can order through platforms and they'll bring it to your room without any problem. Everything is clean. They leave you some drinks and sweets as a courtesy. Pool Towels Washer and dryer. No battles at all. 10 de 10 Pools with a super nice temperature...

The condo was beautiful, just like the photos. The pools and beach access were a great hit for the children, ages 15, 14, and 11. Everything was clean. Great amount of space for our family of 5. We all wanted to stay longer. One item was left behind, a jacket. I have messaged the host In hopes of picking up the item before leaving Mexico.

Like all the apartments that face the beach of the towers peninsula, the view is magnificent. The place comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay, they gave us the apartment personally and gave us precise directions. We had a problem in the bathroom that was repaired the same day. They were always in touch with us. I fully recommend it

Excellent stay at this beautiful, beach-side condo with an incredible view. The place was incredibly spacious, clean, and had ample space and comfort for our family. We enjoyed the view and easy access to the pool and beach. The only con was no drinks or music at the pool but this made for a very peaceful environment. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Just as described with a beautiful and massive pools. The sound of the waves crashing is very soothing. The place is extremely secure, always had hot water and provided 5 gallons of drinking water as soon as we arrived.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is - large, clean, and cool with comfortable furniture, amazing views and fantastic pools, right on the beach. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Resort living but still felt like home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place where we got to live the dream life during our visit.

Beautiful place for vacations 💙

Location, Location, Location!! This complex was beautiful right on the beach. The pools are phenomenal and they are cleaned every morning. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we loved opening the sliding doors and listening to the waves. Security is great and vehicles were stopped at the gate. Host and his team very friendly and addressed a slight hiccup we had quickly. The dishes and pans could use some upgrading as well as some added lighting in the third bedroom and washer and dryer area. Despite these minor things we loved our time here and did not want to leave! By the way, save your empty water jug and you can buy a new one at security fairly cheap!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, beautiful, spacious and with an amazing view. Jesus was on the lookout since we scheduled the visit and until the last minute. Thank you very much for everything! We will definitely be back to this place!!

The place is very nice and quiet, ideal if you plan to relax.

Where to start on this beautiful condo? We stayed for 8 nights. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room for each of us to have space from one another and to spend time together. The 3 bathrooms were super helpful with a family. The views on both sides of the condo were beautiful. It was so serene listening to the waves crash at night with the large door open!The building itself was beautiful and very nice staff. Carlos, the concierge, was helpful in getting us ice and setting up massage’s for us. The massage by Elsa, located right in the building, was great. Location was safe and we walked all over the area at night. Jesus’ staff showed us around the condo and gave instructions on how the Internet and TV worked. WiFi was great. Only suggestion is to put a foam topper on the primary bed and convert to a tankless water heater. We ran low on hot water several times. We had two minor things come up and Jesus sent staff immediately to fix it. We hope to stay here again one day!

This unit is just as described and the photos are spot on. The views and sunsets are stunning and can’t be beat. Jesus and Irma were great to work with. Things to keep in mind, all short term rentals in tower 1 of the “Peninsula” will be required to wear a red wrist band that cannot be removed until you leave. This is common to many of the short term vacation resorts in this area for identification and security. It is strictly enforced. Check-in is easiest in the underground garage at the security desk where you can also pay a returnable deposit for your beach gate key. The security desk also supplies 5 gallon water jugs for a very reasonable 45 pesos after you use your provided 5 gallon jug. The security desk can also get you a cab. Cab fare to the PVR is 125-150 pesos and is easy and convenient. Groceries, 10 minute walk north. For the freshest foods at great price, the farmers market is 4-5 blocks east of the cruise ship terminal.

It was a dream stay! I wish we could have stayed more days. It was the perfect place for our young family with 2 small kids - they loved the pools and evening fireworks! It is in a great location and walking distance to the Foodpark and Walmart. We loved that the pool served food ( be sure to check the hours). We enjoyed breakfast at cafetop which is right by the gate. Lastly, Jesus was extremely communicative and quick to address any issue that came up. We can’t wait to return!

We just got back today from staying at the Peninsula. The pictures are just like the place when you arrive. I definitely would have liked more bathroom towels as we were staying for 10 days - just washed them as needed. Jesus was incredibly helpful, friendly and very responsive. I asked to have grocery’s delivered before we arrived and it was perfect and much appreciated! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Jesus for making our stay so memorable

We had a great stay at the property and enjoyed the condo unit! Unfortunately Upon arrival the front gate did not have our names. They told us to contact the property manager and had our taxi turn around. After about 10 very stressful minutes and two phone calls later we were let in. Once we got in the condo our stress melted away. The views of the ocean, beach and pool are amazing! We spent a lot of time watching whales and ships from the balcony. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We did notice that it could use some updates like new shades in the bedrooms, a fresh coat of paint in some of the rooms along with some decorations on the walls throughout the condo. My family rented two other condos in Tower 1 and all our condos were similar in price. We did notice the need for some updates compared to the other condos. With that said, we did very much so enjoy our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. Jesus was good to work with and his property manager was very kind.

Awesome stay! The pool is amazing, and the beach outside the condo is beautiful. The view and balcony are amazing. Poolside service bar, and restaurant have delicious items. The rooms are quaint, but comfortable. You can tell it has been well lived in. The security is obvious, but is very helpful to create a relaxing stress free environment. Restaurants and a few shopping malls are within a walking distance. However most clubs, bars, and The Malecon are a Uber or taxi ride away. Good communication from host! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Definitely recommend.

Everything excellent, very good service, in general everything seemed perfect, we loved the place, we loved the place, it had a very nice view, and everything was very close by, from banks, pharmacies and restaurants.

The apartment is amazing! Jesus and his team were always on the way. The location is ideal because you have La Isla winged for walking and shopping. The building amenities are best, too. Very large pool and doesn't feel stuck. Very quiet, ideal for resting.
